Chapter 245. Under A Spell

"Who are you?"

S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Helicarrier, main control room.

Looking at the scruffy Daoist in front of him, Fury asked with a heavy tone.

Although, from the conversation with Tony, he already knew that the other party was from Peng Lai, Fury still needed to find out the other party's true identity and, of course, abilities.

That ability to fly with a gourd reminded Fury of the information about Peng Lai he had in S.H.I.E.L.D. According to the clues from Ip Man, it seemed that among Peng Lai's people, only immortals had the ability to fly without any technological help. "If that's the case, why are you sitting on ..." The gourd in the [Drunken Sword Immortal]'s hand seemed familiar to Steve, who, for a moment, had difficulty matching it to the one he had in mind. "You mean this wine gourd."

On the side, Agent Hill stared at the gourd in the other party's hand with a strange expression.

It was because the amount of wine the [Drunken Sword Immortal] had drank since a while ago had far exceeded the possible volume of the gourd in his hand, but the gourd in his hand showed no sign of being emptied.

"Looks like the Old Turtle has told you guys quite a bit."

Natasha looked at the drunken-looking [Drunken Sword Immortal] in front of her and remembered the [Master Roshi] she had met before and felt that these immortals from Peng Lai were always a bit outside of their expectations. However, despite the other party's drunken appearance, there was no hint of relief in Natasha's mind.

In the past, the experience with Master Roshi had clearly shown her that immortals were a group of powerful beings far beyond their imagination.

Even though how off-key they usually acted, all of them were no less dangerous than Thor in terms of their dangerous prowess.

Thor: "?"

After burping, he glanced at the Avengers and the others in front of him. The [Drunken Sword Immortal] casually replied, "It's nothing really; something happened in Peng Lai. Someone was under the spell of a guy called Lord Godless and stole an item from Peng Lai that was used to seal the Heavenly Demon."
