"System, where did this divinity come from?"
[Host, every system fragment holds something significant. The first fragment you collected has the power to cross dimensions.]
So, does that mean each system fragment has some kind of reward?
[Yes, host.]
"How powerful am I now?"
[Host, you possess enough power to annihilate an entire solar system.]
"Wow, I'm that powerful?" Alex exclaimed.
[Yes, host.]
"System, what does the percentage of the divinity represent?" Alex questioned.
[It shows how much control you have over that aspect of power.]
[With your Thunder divinity, you can obliterate a planet in the blink of an eye.]
[Because of the low percentage of Time, you can traverse through the past and future, and even freeze time, but there are limits.]
"What do you think will happen if I fully master them?" Alex wondered.
[You will gain complete control over them and be able to manipulate time throughout the omniverse.]
"Gaining full control seems to be quite challenging," Alex remarked.
[Indeed, host. It may take millions of years.]
"Alright, let's set that matter aside for now. It's time to deal with Umbrella," Alex muttered.
"Let's try out the thunder power I got," he decided.
Thanks to the integration, Alex now knew how to wield this power with ease.
"Let's decrease the output," he said, as sparks of lightning emanated from his eyes. Dark clouds gathered over Siberia and with a mere thought...
A surge of blue lightning descended from the clouds, targeting the underwater base. As the lightning struck the water, it evaporated instantly because of the intense heat, obliterating the entire base.
"It truly possesses immense power," Alex remarked, awestruck by the destruction.
"Let's move on to another country."
9 months later.
London.
In the ruins of an underground laboratory, a man sat on a chair, staring at a person kneeling on the ground.
"So, Wesker, I've finally found you," Alex declared.
"Project Alex, it appears you've been destroying Umbrella's laboratories," Wesker responded.
"Yes, and what of it?"
"Hey, I have a question for you. Why is Umbrella employing clones as their employees?" Alex said.
"How… do you know that?" Wesker asked, his expression filled with doubt.
"It seems my hunch was correct," Alex stated, observing Wesker's expression.
Using his telepathic abilities, Alex invaded Wesker's mind and discovered something that filled him with anger.
- In a series of memories -
17 months before the viral outbreak...
In a meeting hall, Umbrella's top authorities gathered. Isaac sat at one end of the table, while at the other end sat an elderly person in a wheelchair who bore a striking resemblance to Alice.
"We are here to discuss the future of our company, but also the future of Earth," Isaac began.
"The Earth's resources are depleting," he continued.
"Meaningless wars consumed humanity," another voice added.
"We possess weapons beyond our control," a third voice chimed in.
"Diseases without a cure," yet another voice lamented.
"Global warming and overpopulation leading to food shortages," the elderly Alice contributed.
"The world is heading towards a certain fate," Isaac stated.
"The question is, will it will destroy us?" the elderly Alice questioned.
"What do you propose?" she inquired.
"I propose that we bring about the end of the world," Isaac proclaimed.
"An apocalypse that will eradicate all humans," he declared.
"Only a chosen few will rise after the apocalypse to lead the future of Earth," Isaac explained.
"For the sake of Earth's future," he emphasized.
"This is the only way to ensure it," Isaac concluded.
"According to the plan, we will all enter a deep sleep in the Hive and release the T-virus. Once all humans have perished, we will release the Airborne Anti-virus," Isaac revealed.
"While we are in slumber, Wesker will handle Umbrella."
These hypocrites intentionally released the T-virus.
From the very beginning, Umbrella desired the demise of humanity.
Their goal was to rule over the Earth.
Umbrella Corporation's truly corrupted to its core.
And who is that woman resembling Alice? According to the memories, her name is Alicia Marcus, the one who owns half of Umbrella.
"So all of you are hiding in the Hive, huh?" Alex mused.
"How do you know that?" he questioned.
"You don't need to know. Now it's time for you to perish, Wesker."
After disposing of Wesker, Alex continued his journey, obliterating all the bases across the world.
[Elemental Fairy Bloodline (SSS) acquired.]
"It's time to go to Arcadia and deal with the Hive and Umbrella," Alex declared.
"Finally, to put an end to this apocalypse."
