The first Alt world

I enter the portal I summoned and dove right through. On the other side I find lush vegetation and giant forests.

I looked through and flew all over but found only a few pockets of humans here and there.

It looked like something big happened here. Especially after doing a head count I found only 1-2 million people living on this world.

I looks for any past news articles on a working computer that I had to charge with my chi to make work.

Thankfully capsule Corp still stood. But very dilapidated and also overgrown with vines and ivy.

I looked through and found that in this world a giant war erupted after a small space exploring party came back with some aliens called Namekians. And shortly after a tyrant called Frieza came and attacked.

Every government came together to fight them. But were ultimately failing as only some of their larger and more deadly weapons worked. Even the space explorers and their alien allies could help for so long.

After they put in everything they had against Frieza. It ended.

With half the world's population decimated and the brave explorers all dead.

Only their children survived.

A young boy named Trunks, another named Gohan, a Namekian child birthed by the falled Piccolo called Tambourine, and a woman named Bulma who hid with the children.

They became the new defenders of this world and did a decent job.

But the peace they fought for didn't last. New threats came. Androids. Cyborgs. Perfect Cell. It all came crashing down as Gohan died in those fights.

But despite this Tambourine and Trunks fought on.

However true tragedy came in the form of after they used a wish to bring people back.

They didn't form their wish right.

And as such they accidentally brought the earth back before any evil enemies attacked.

So the remaining humans had to adapt to the sudden return to ancient times.

Trunks and Tambourine still make their efforts to defend the world but with animals being the main threat now.

Right as I finish reading I hear a snarl and see a large leopard looking animal with bright red fur like a Mohawk on its back and it's large saber teeth.

I gasped at it as I sensed out how it was a solid 2,000 power level. Normal humans couldn't beat that! What kind of wish did those idiotic kids make?!

I punch it out of the room with a quick karate power punch. It yowls all the way down.

I look at the database and figure might as well.

I look up the pictures of the creatures these kids summoned from their wish.

I gape and figured that tiger looked familiar. It was a great saber cat! From Dragon Quest!!

Jeez these kids need to word and mentally picture their wishes differently.

I did a quick look through this world, by that I flew all over it, and found the pair of Trunks and Tambourine currently holding off a group of 10k power level trolls from hurting a village.

I shoot down right behind the trolls as they were about to attack. Trunks and Tambourine both gasp at my entrance as I quickly punch and kick the trolls into the air while using Divine chi and then kick them off towards the mountains until I see a few dust clouds rise up from where they crashed into the cliff faces.

Nodding to myself I clap my hands a bit to get rid of the dust and lower back down to meet an dgeeet with this worlds current generation of heroes. I look at their confused faces and go, "Howdy!"

Trunks and Tambourine both invite into the village with solid metal walls around it and a bunch of people armed with weapons both modern and fantasy style.

I looks at them both with confusion and they promise me they would explain as they get me to the central hut.

Sitting down next to an older Dr. Briefs who is the village head man he explains the events leading to this and about the war.

I knew most from the articles but getting accounts about how Frieza tried to suicide attack and Goku and Vegeta used their powers to withstand it made it quite bad.

Then the androids appeared after they used a wish to revive both Saiyan warriors. And they died again.

I just facepalm at that point as I now knew why they didn't revive more of us from that war. We did get revived! We just died again!!

I go pale as they accidentally worded their wish as such, "Shenron, please remove future threats from earth and make it a world where we can still live and grow!"

I stared at them... I rose a finger and then clapped my hands into a prayer motion then swung it down at them and went, "You realize you said that from your perspective right?! So he interpreted it as you two being able to live and grow! You gotta be careful with those kinds of wishes! No wonder you guys are now in a fantasy type world mixed with modern day stuff! Good gravy!"

They both blush and shrug. Then Trunks perks up and asks, "Why wait if you're dead twice now how did you come back?"

I shrug and said, "Time travel from alternate time line."

He goes, "Ah that would do it."

So we examine options to fix their world and I tell them about communication with King Kai. I ask if they want more help in this but they said if I can get them a line they will handle it from there.

I nod and sit back letting them discuss about their amended wishes from Nameks Dragonballs once they can talk to them.

I meditate and reach out for the Kai. But meet an unexpected boon.

I hear a young sounding voice but one full of power who says, "Hmmm? A divine chi using human? Interesting. You have reached the supreme Kai. How can I help you?"

I bulge my eyes wide and settle down quickly. It isn't as if Beerus is awake... Hopefully. I talk to him about earth and the Namekian Dragonballs and helping the citizens here.

He nods and hums to each one and agrees to it.

He reached out to Trunks and Tambourine who both gasp then greet him. They look to me in thanks as I wave to them and leave them to their efforts.

I'll check back to make sure they didn't make a worse wish later. I figured let the time flow through here.

But as I go to leave I get a message, "Ah one moment Krillin."

I pause and look to the sky and say back, "Yes Supreme Kai?"

He chuckles and goes, "Shin is fine. I wanted to let you know that if you ever need aid in learning more about divine chi in your travels. Look to connect with any version of us. We can aid you in your efforts to learn it and defend that timeline."

I grin and nod as he gives me the phrase needed to become a temporary discipline of the supreme Kais. Used only in times of crisis or terror.

I open a portal as the earth below glows and I notice cheering from Trunks and Tambourine as many evil chis from the monsters across the world disappear.

I grin at that and nod to myself. They have potential to make something of this timeline.

I go through the portal to see the next world.
