Chapter 13 - Perfect Cell

"Then, we're going inside the hyperbolic time chamber." Goku said as he waved his hands walking towards the hyperbolic time chamber and Gohan followed him.

Haru just nodded and waved his hands to say goodbye for a bit.

Haru stood at the edge of the lookout to look at the imperfect Cell.

Bulma, who was behind Haru, asked him, "What do you think? Do we have a chance of victory?"

"A chance of victory? More like total victory at this rate. Won't be much of a challenge for Vegeta and Trunks even if Cell becomes perfect." Haru smiled and replied as he looked into the distance

Bulma then cheerfully replied as she looked at Haru "That's great then!"

Haru shook his head and replied "That's not good. It won't bring out the potential of Goku and the others at this rate."

"Well… Atleast Earth is safe." Bulma commented as she played with Trunks

Haru laughed lightly and replied "even if perfect Cell had 100 times his power, he won't even amount to more than 0.0000000001% of my strength. Earth isn't safe, it's incredibly safe so we need Goku and the others to have a much stronger opponent."

Bulma hugged Trunks and was startled into dumbfoundedness and replied "0.0000000001%? Y-You're that strong?!"

Haru just laughed and replied "Yup!"

Bulma then breathed a sigh of relief and replied not knowing the gravity of what Haru just said "That's good then. We don't need to worry about the destruction of Earth. It looks like the self-destruct remote I created for the androids is useless now."

Haru just laughed as saw Bulma's reaction and didn't really care about his incredible power and treated him just as before. Haru looked at the distance again and said "It looks like Piccolo and Tenshinhan are about to die."

Bulma's face paled and said "That's not good. Can you save them? Haru?"

Haru replied "Sure." and snapped his fingers and Piccolo and Tenshinhan appeared in the lookout.

This earned a shock from our friend, Bulma "H-How did you do that?"

"It's one of the applications of Ki that just wasn't explored enough by Goku and the others." Haru replied

"I see…" Bulma replied in understanding

"I can also heal them using ki." Haru replied as he snapped his fingers again and immediately healed both Piccolo and Tenshinhan.

"How useful. I wish I could use ki too…" Bulma said as she watched Haru's ki application

Piccolo woke up as he was healed and looked at Haru warily "Haru?" Piccolo scanned kami's memories and saw that Haru appeared 10+ Years ago to get inside the hyperbolic time chamber.

Tenshinhan also woke up and stood up and thanked Haru "I don't know who you are and how you did it but thank you for saving me."

"No problem." Haru replied as he lightly laughed

Piccolo who saw Tenshinhan thank Haru also thanked him "Thanks for saving me too." but then asked "So? Do you think you can defeat Cell?"

Haru just chuckled and replied "He's pretty weak, I can defeat him if I roll in bed and find him in my way."

Piccolo and Tenshinhan looked at Haru in amazement and thought 'If that's true, He's extremely strong'

"But… even perfect Cell won't be a match for the current Vegeta and Trunks if they turn super saiyan so I'll have to improvise."

Piccolo and Tenshinhan were shocked at Haru's statement and Piccolo asked in shock "Vegeta is that strong now? How is that possible?"

Tenshinhan nodded with Piccolo's question and also looked at Haru

Haru lightly laughed and replied "Of course, I trained them myself."

They just looked at Haru in amazement and asked "Then what did you mean by you would improvise?"

"Of course, I'll make Cell stronger."

"What? Why would you do that?" Piccolo asked in concern with Haru's statement

"If I don't make him any stronger, how would you even find it a challenge right?" Haru replied as he laughed and continued "Well, Cell is about to absorb 18 so I'll be back later after I make him stronger."

"Wai…" Piccolo said as he saw Haru disappeared without letting him finish. Piccolo worried about Haru's objective but heard Bulma say "Isn't it okay? Haru just told me that even if perfect Cell is 100x stronger he doesn't equal Haru's 0.0000000001% power."

Piccolo, alarmed at this statement, said in shock "What?"

Bulma just replied as he played with Trunks "That's right. He said it himself. Earth is safe.

Piccolo just looked at the distance as he smiled helplessly and thought 'so in Haru's view we're just ants in his backyard. He really is a god as he said in the memories of Kami''

Raditz in super saiyan who was ruhsing towards with Cell currently trying to prevent cell from absorbing 18 as Vegeta and Trunks watched them suddenly saw a man appear out of thin air, he then said in surprise that Haru was out of the hyperbolic time chamber "Haru-sensei?"

As Haru arrived he saw that the tail of Cell was about to hit Android 18 and made a barrier of ki to defend 18 Haru faked his worry to tease Cell and said "Phew… I made it just in time."

Cell just asked arrogantly "Who are you? Why are you getting in my way?"

"Hello, Cell. I'm Haru" Haru smiled as he introduced himself to Cell

Cell just snorted and flew at an incredible speed at his full power towards Haru trying to smash his head against Haru's body, Cell smirked as he felt contact.

Cell then noticed as he made contact with Haru's body that he wasn't moving despite rushing at his full speed then looked forward and saw that he was stopped in mid air with ki

"You! What are you?" Cell asked alarmed at what just happened

Haru just lightly laughed and replied "I'm human, at the same time a god."

Cell asked cautiously despite being holded by Haru's ki. "What do you plan on doing?"

"Nothing much, just making you stronger. Even if you absorb Android 18 Vegeta is about as strong as you." Haru explained as looked towards android 18

Android 18 just looked at Haru in disbelief as she watched him subdue Cell without doing much.

Haru just smiled and waved at Android 18.

Cell just snorted and didn't believe what Haru just said "That's impossible! I'll be perfect when I combine with both Android 17 and 18, gaining unimaginable strength!"

Haru looked at Cell and replied "What you're calling as unimaginable strength is just the strength of an ant for me."

Haru suddenly punched Cell in the stomach.

"Guh!" Cell groaned in pain as he felt Haru's punch in his stomach.

Haru took back his hand from the still floating in mid air Cell held by his ki and said "That's about 0.0000000000001% of my power. See? You're not even an ant at this rate you're just the food ants carry to take with them."

[A/N: 1,000,000,000]

Cell groaned in pain as he felt something coming out of his mouth "Urgh…"

Haru punched Cell again in the stomach to push out Android 17 "Seems like you haven't fully digested Android 17 yet."

Raditz just looked at Haru in disbelief as Haru played with Cell because although he knew Haru was strong, he didn't expect him to be this powerful. Vegeta and Trunks just looked at Haru playing with Cell nonchalantly as if it was expected.

Cell vomited Android 17 and looked at Haru in fear as he came back to his former form.

Haru just chuckled at Cell's fear and teased as he pulled Cell forward with ki"Now your power level is halved. Are you still arrogant?"

"W-What are you planning to do?" Cell asked in fear as he struggled to get out of the bind

Haru just replied "Why, of course… Make you stronger. You're too weak to pose a challenge to Goku and the others at this rate."

Haru grabbed Cell by the neck and undid his ki that was binding Cell and Cell struggled trying to absorb Haru with his tail but his tail just looked like an egg trying to break a brick.

Haru slightly cut his index finger causing a drop of blood to appear and explained smilingly as he extended his finger to Cell's mouth "In this drop of blood, I made it so that you can have power that's stronger than your perfect form. Make sure to absorb every last bit of power it contains. Good luck!"

The drop of blood dripped from Haru's finger into Cell's mouth and Cell still struggled as he didn't believe Haru.

Cell felt pain all over his body and rolled on the ground as he shouted at Haru "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME!"

Haru just crouched down and replied as he teased "Shhh… Make sure to absorb every last bit of it or you'll die. Although it's a small amount, it's god's ki. Be more thankful."

Cell who rolling all over the ground felt his body changing with great pain and shouted at Haru "I'M GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU!"

Haru just laughed at Cell's curse as he sensed his power level growing "That's right, become more powerful."

Cell slowly felt the pain reducing and observing the change in his body and remembered Haru's advice to absorb every last bit of his ki. He then closed his eyes to absorb the ki he was given as he knew he couldn't do anything if Haru wanted to kill him.
