Dreaming of a Silent World

**HIATUS** Being a slothful person, never ambitious nor outgoing, I always enjoyed staring outside a window, looking listlessly at the dark, grey sky, rain gently tapping onto the window, raindrops distorting my sight. One day, I just woke up in a middle of a dark forest, and somehow I felt as if I belonged here... ------------- Based on the anime and manga, "Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic". If ya'll are confused with something, look it up online.

Always watching, always waiting, always and forever

It has been a couple weeks since I've regained my memories and activated my [Projection of the world] spell.

The Rukh are constantly with me, their curiosity not hidden in the least, trying to see what I'm planning. I let them do as they please, only commanding them to keep it a secret, barring them from sharing information of me, my plan, and my forest to anyone in anyway shape or form, until I give permission.

Now then, back to my loyal and unstoppable army; Ogres. I eradicated them all many, many centuries ago, because apparently they ate humans until there were about a population of 500 left. Now, I'm bringing them back.

As I've mentioned before, as my power is frustratingly weakened, I can only do the bare minimum. The recreation of a single Ogre will take quite a while, so I started it's creation off, and moved on to my now favorite past time: observing.

Going back into my mind, I see the world Solomon has created, from every creature the largest of creatures, all the way down to the smallest ant.

How I can keep track? Well, I just can.

Being [Ill Ilah]'s Will, I'm capable of retaining each and every information that comes and goes in the world, with Rukh providing assistance of course, without worries of overloading my mind. Information that is useless gets sent away into the void until desired to resurface.

Now then, back to my observing. Although I really can't read books I haven't finished reading and watch anime from my old world, looking at the humans struggle and going on with their life does have some degree of amusement. I do enjoy seeing humans making life-changing choices.

But, that is only temporary, because what I find truly enjoyable the most is staring at nothingness, my mind being empty, and listen to the sound of raindrops splattering against the trees, the branches, and its leaves. The grey and black world surrounding me is relaxing, suffused with a silent serenity, never a disturbance. That is the only true enjoyment in my life, when there is no conflict, no strife, and endless silence.

Always and forever.

The girly looking guy finally died, on his 8th life nevertheless. . As he died, his Rukh returned to the Sacred Palace, a place where all Magi returned to after death, for his 9th reincarnation, and sees Ugo, a blue djin in the shape of a giant man sat on top of the stairs.

"It's been a while Ugo", the guy said with a smile as he hopped-floated onto the stairs leading towards to him.

Ugo smiled gently in return.

"It has indeed been a while, Yunan, moving on to your next reincarnation?"

"Yep, there's still plenty of wandering and exploring to do... although..." Yunan hesitated, feeling conflicted.

"Yes, I've felt it to, that presence. The Rukh are talking about it, but they won't tell me anything at all", he said, shaking his head. "It could be that although the anomaly isn't malevolent in nature, something related to that anomaly will happen in the future. I know you tried to find the source of it, but that isn't what you should do, as the Rukh already warned you. We could only wait and see if this 'presence' will threaten Solomon's will and world...anyways take care!"

"Oh, see ya-hey wait hold-!"

Yunan's Rukh forcibly exited the Sacred Palace, flying swiftly into the outside world.

Yunan has begun his 9th reincarnation.

Weeks turn into months, months turn into years, and empires grow and decline. The Reim Empire is still slowly expanding across the Western Continent, with the Partevian Empire slowly losing its land time and time again. This continued indefinitley until one day...

Scheherazade, the second magi of the current era, was born.

Next chapter will finally have some real dialogue....maybe...
