Much was in the process of changing at Mt. Dakun. What had once been an emergency headquarters for the rebellion in the wake of General Jiang's betrayal was rapidly being dismantled now that Aviye was, for the most part, at peace.
Plans had been drawn up to create a new military base, along with the new capital, in the south, on both sides of the Rosi River where it let out into the Avis Ocean.
The new city, to be called Linan, would be situated near the latitudinal center of the nation, pulling the political heart away from Escator while avoiding the act of leaning on past capitals like Xongren and Xitao.
