Freed

The boy walked over, he gave off a sort of eerie aura, sort of like someone superior to me. A chill ran through my spine, and I could see Sun and Saya visibly shaking, I wonder if I was doing the same.

"Dear mortals, you will be granted a chance to live in another world. My name is Freed, The God of Freedom, and I will grant you all three wishes for the sake of your success in this world. When you have your wishes step forward and they will be granted."

"I'm sorry, Freed was it, but why were we chosen for this world, weren't there other people that died in that fire?"

"Oh, you what is you name?"

"My name is Sora sir."

"You three were chosen because of your will to live, and the chance that you died above a world tree fragment from the world you are about to enter."

I looked around to see Saya, and Sun completely shocked. Sun back on Earth was a huge dragon ball fan, hence his nickname, Sun, Saya on the other hand was a sweet girl and loved just being near animals and all the plants at school, so it was no wonder they were completely frozen. They were just completely average people that lived very simple ordinary lives. But what about me, why wasn't I like them unable to speak or do anything but stand there. I did live an ordinary life, albeit always with the top grades on level in New Nipon but otherwise still just a normal person that like manga, anime, sports and recreational activities.

I sat down to think for a moment, if the wish thing was true, I would need to plan wisely on everything I need for the other world. Of course being the honour student that I am, I immedeatly thought information of this world as my first wish, and it was obviously the most logical choice, and then I would still have 2 wishes to figure the rest out.

"Freed, for my first wish can I have knowledge of the world, and where we will end up when we make it to the world?"

"Of course."

He smirked, but I chose to ignore it. A large book made up of light with the bolded word Encyclopedia on it appeared in my hands, so I began reading it.

To summarise what it said, we would summoned into the human country Merl and most likely be enslaved to fight demons for the country after about a week of living there. On top of this there are 7 species that live in this world. These races are Humans, Dwarves, Beastmen, Elves, Demons, Legandary Beastmen, and Iven. The species are basically what you could assume from any typical Fantasy manga, except the Legendary Beastmen and Iven.

The Legendary Beastmen were mixes of human and any mythical animal or extinct previously Beastmen Species. For example a pig beastmen is a Beastmen, but a Pheonix Beastmen is a Legendary Beastmen, and the Ox Beastmen, said to be an extinct species would be a Legendary Beastmen aswell, of course this type would still have the same strength as before, just every member would have the title, "From the dead" and their power would raise exponentially and be equivellant to that of a Legendary Beastmen. On the other hand, the Iven have 8 members. They are said to be Sages and the Messengers of the Gods. Their powers are above that of Angels, and are the highest existance one could have without being a God or DemiGod that resides in Heaven. They are genderless, and their only denifing feature in multicolour hair, and different colour eyes. In addition to this they are made of mana so as their mana quality improves over times they seemingly evolve, and become much stronger than before in every aspect. On top of this they are Immortal, but must have a patron contract with a God to exist.

Besides just species, other things like magic exist. Magic is split up into infinate parts, but the most one has ever acheived is 50 elements, that being the eldest Iven. Besides Iven most people have 5 elements being Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, and Support. But just having the elements means nothing if you dont know how to use them. You can gain more elements by understanding the thing they come from. So for lightning you need to know how lightning works etc. The amount of elements you have corresponds to the type of magic you have, so most mages have Octomagic, and as the name suggests uses an octogram for magic, and requires 8 possible elements. The strongest mages are called the Mortal Sages, and normally have a mere 10 elements they can use. In fact the mortal with the most elements was Enchil the Arch Elf with a whopping 13 elements recorded over 5000 years into this worlds past.

Oh but I guess I forgot to mention every species has superior and inferior types of themselves, sort of like varients, of course execpt for Legendary Beastmen and Iven. The order going in descending Order is Arch, Royal, Noble, Ordinary, Demi, Half, and finally aquired. The aquired type is rarely seen because it is used for recently evolved bestmen that have gained more intelligence and bipedal features, like orcs or goblins, these can hardly even be considered part of the 7 main species.

But the most important thing to note was that everyone gets a video game type system that describes your power alongside skills and other things. There are three types of skills, Ordinary, Unique, and God Gifted. Ordinary skills are copies of what the unique version is. A unique skill is one you made through your own effort, and Gof Gifted is one granted by a God to you. a minor version of God Gifted is Sage gifted and can be used by the Iven, but has yet to ever be used at all. Also it seems that God Gifted skills have no restrictions so anything could be granted.

Of course, now I had my remaining wishes planned out to be exactly what I require for this new world.

"Freed for my second wish can I plan out my new status screen and appearance?"

"Yes of course."

A blank screen appeared before me. To start out I put my name in, Sora, and set my level to 1. Of course you can't not be the strongest species so I listed Iven as my species. Of course I couldn't see myself, but I could sort of feel my structure change from human to something entirely different. I set my age to 10 so I could be seen as a prodigy, and continued on to the stats before I decided on titles, skills, and elements.

I brought up the list of average Arch Human stats since we were going to a human country, and saw just how low they were.

Health: 500

Mana: 100

Strength: 20

Defense: 20

Evasion: 20

Intelligence: 10

Wisdom: 12

And this was the average of the highest form of human you could possibly be, just how pitiful was the existance of humans. Needless to say for my stats I did a bit of tweaking to just the average and gave myself "cheat stats." My stats at level one were

Evasion: 300 (100 (original) + 200 (Short Kid Bonus))

Intelligence: 5000

Wisdom: 5000

Then moving onto titles, I had a few preset because of my previous choices, and they were [Reincarnator], [The Ninth Sage], and [Messenger of Freed]. It seems like my patron had become Freed by default, not like I really cared anyway. I added one more title that would increase my critical thinking and creativity so I could get us all out of tough situations, it was called [Creative] which I would say is a pretty ironic name but whatever.

The next thing I wanted were a few skills andunique skills, my final wish would have to be my God Gifted Skill. I started with the normal skills which ended up coming to three, (Parallel thinking) (Enhanced Brain Processing) and (PentaDecagram Magic). My Unique skills ended up being [Remove] [Perfect Steal] [Complete Analysis] and [Obscure Combat]. My normal skills are pretty self explanitory, but my unique ones not as much. [Remove] is a skill that allows you to remove any skill, status, level, title, pretty much anything that can be found on the status board and eliminate it entirely from that persons status. This was meant for the sake of controlling my God Gifted skill when I get it. [Perfect Steal] is like steal but you can take someones entire status besides level names and speices, and add it to your own status while stripping them of everything, while also having the normal effects of (Steal). [Complete Analysis] is prety much just the ability to see everything about something so you can see other peoples statuses and what type of plants are around you among various other things. [Obscure Comabt] is just an all rounder combat skill that lets you use prety much anything as a weapon using teachniques best suited for whatever item is in your hand, like if you had glasses then assassination techniques or if you had a stick then swordsmanship techniques, of course if you use a real weapon your ability to use it would be great aswell.

Then finally my elements. These are by far one of the msot important things I could have right now, and I get 15 because of (PentaDecagram Magic). Of course the base 5 were automatically added to my stauts so I can only pick 10 more additional elements. To make it easier to keep track of elements, a system was implemented to just show what the elements combine into, I wont go inot how I chose my elements becuase it'll speak for itself, but my elements are as follows:

Origin (Fire, Water, Wind, Earth)

Dimension (Space, Time)

Exillary (Crafting, Support)

Azure (Wood, Lightning)

Balance (Abyss, Demonic, Dark, White, Holy)

Then it was time for my final wish. I stepped forward for the last time and asked for my final wish.

"Can I have a God Gifted skill that allows me to add any and everything besides name, age, level, gender, and class I read to my status?"

"Yes of course."

And then it was done, I finished my entire status and it was pretty over powered and pretty incredible, especially for a level one ten year old. My complete status peiced together was:

Then moving onto appearance. Since it was part of my second wish I could still change it if I wanted to, so I did just slightly. I started out exactly like Freed so I changed my hair to be purple, red and green, then my eyes to be purple and green. With my right eye being purple and my left eye being green. I wanted my skin to be really pale white, then my hair to go down to my waist so I gained an even more androgynous appearance suiting my new race, the Iven. If you had a hard time thinking of how I looked, think of Rimuru but with the colour hair and eyes I described and youll get a rough idea of my appearance.

Lastly it was clothing, quite frankly I was currently naked and felt pretty uncomfertable, and since my clothes from before wouldn't fit me anymore, I though it would be best to test out my skills. I used (PentaDecagram Magic), using the Exillary element to rip apart my clothes from before, then peice it back together into an apron alongside a small blouse and shorts. I simply tightened my old underwear, and made my shoes smaller to fit me. With all the extra cloth and material I though it would be funny to get a matching hat for my apron. So I did it and got a newspaper boy hat. I dyed all the clothing with water magic, and made the apron, hat and shoes beige, and the blouse and pants white and blue respectively.

The reason I chose all of these is to look more like an artist because of my title [Creative] to help get me into the mindset of finding the right way out and how to do things effectively and artistically.

Finally the last thing I did was analyze my new clothes just for fun right before we got summoned.

Hat of the Artistic Sage: A hat that was made by Sora the 9th Sage, and improves thinking outside of the box and making unpredicted actions well suited for the task at hand.

Apron of the Artistic Sage: An apron made by Sora the 9th Sage, this can never get dirty, and improves defense by 10 while wearing it.

White Blouse of the Artistic Sage: A blouse made by the 9th Sage Sora, this is an ordinary high quality blouse but part of the Artistic Sage Set.

Blue Shorts of the Artistic Sage: A pair of shorts made by the 9th Sage Sora, this is an ordinary high quality pair of shorts, but part of the Artistic Sage Set.

Shoes of the Artistic Sage: A pair of shoes made by the 9th Sage Sora. These can never get worn down.

Artistic Sage Set: When all of the Artistic Sage Set, made by the 9th Sage Sora are worn by a person, that person gets +15 in every stat.

Of course I was suprised at how good my craftmanship was, but I would guess my ability would come into play next, and I would become even stronger than intended originally.

I'll just show what changed, but I did also get a new skill aswell.

Now that I knew my skills worked and I had some clothes, I was ready to go, so I waited for Freed to send us all off to this new world.
