First Gift? and Time skips

5 years later.

Hi, My name is Rohith Mehera. I am 5 years old or will be in a few minutes. You have probably met my past self but I don't remember him. I don't know what made him 'him'. If that makes any sense.

Anyway, My parents are Sanjay Mehera and Sonia Mehera. yes, you heard me I have the same name and parents as Krish's dad. Yes, I am in India and not in the US of A and the date is 10/04/1998.

My dad is a scientist focusing on astronomy and extraterrestrial life. Mom's a housewife but she is a smart as Dad and when I asked why she is a housewife when she is that smart she said that she lost interest in research after she got pregnant with me which caused me to bum out. To which she just laughed and said it wasn't my fault and that it was her own choice.

She is also the head of a nearby orphanage and is very happy and is also loved by all of the kids there so the orphanage and our family are like one big extended family. I also spend most of my days in the orphanage, where I either play with others or attend classes.

Oh yeah, I am getting homeschooled by the government. being a 4-year-old who can easily solve high-school problems gets a lot of attention. Who knew?

Well anyway, I think I have given you enough of my private life.

Now, I have been thinking what am I supposed to do?

I mean yes there are dangers in the world and many threats but that is true for any world and this one has its heroes. I am not strictly necessary for the progression of this world.

To be honest I kinda forgot I had a deal like that with my 'agent', Thanks, K.

She is right I am going to try and be the best version of 'me' possible and in the process, if I make the world a better place then so be it. As for those that come after me and those that I hold dear. Well, Krish wasn't exactly an easy target now was he?

With that solving my problems I drifted into the gentle embrace of sleep.

Hey, It's the night before my 10th birthday. To say that the last 10 years were eventful would be an understatement.

Jai Mehera, an older kid in the orphanage (yes everyone in the orphanage has the same last name unless they had a family before.) had this crazy idea one day to make a secret group that helps the country with crime and people with powers, and when asked why people with powers specifically he showed us his power after a lot I mean a LOT of pestering and reassurance.

He can turn into a giant 5 times his height and considering he is nearly 6ft that's saying something. When he does change into a giant his clothes company him so he isn't exactly naked.

He was pretty scared that we would Isolate him but all of us just thought it was cool. Powers or no he was family and when my parents found out they were afraid. They did not fear him but feared for him worrying what might happen if people found out about powers. Which caused him and surprisingly a lot of others to tear up and confess.

The powers ranged from weak telekinesis to transformation and the super series you know strength, speed, etc but none of them to the level of the X-Men.

The rest of them just thought every one of them was cool and were mostly jealous that they couldn't do anything.

I still kept my powers a secret I was afraid of how my parents would react despite having the example right in front of me

Mom saw that and realized what could happen and got worried but I didn't realize it until that incident happened.

Groups were forming within the orphanage. The ones with powers were nearly their own group. The ones without powers and were jealous formed another group and ones that didn't have powers but weren't jealous formed the last. While I was a member of the last group and usually broke up the fights that sprang up from time to time.

One day while playing someone got launched too high into the air and everyone was in a panic and didn't know what to do so I had to reveal my 'kekkai' and save him which lead to a bitter-sweet moment with my parents where I ended up confessing about my powers of which they were accepting but still warned me about keeping it a secret. Which may or may not have caused me to burst into tears.

Anyway, after I explained that others could potentially learn my 'Kekkai' and that I could teach them. It resulted in me teaching everyone in the orphanage about it. Which resulted in quite a discovery. Only me and those without powers could use it.

Which helped lessen the jealousy and the weird tension in the orphanage and got me a squad of loving and loyal students/subordinates. While unexpected was welcome and one I had no idea what to do with...

What in the name of all creations is this absurdity? this universe wants me to get powerful? what the heck?

What I didn't notice since I was having a panic attack was that ice started to form around me and the temperature dropped quite a bit.

Calm down Rohith. It's not that hard all you have to do is become absurdly strong. Okay. Calm down it isn't that hard. All you have to do is copy your mind to a computer and you are going to have absurd power like no other just like in the movie transcendence...WHAT THE HECK? WHO IS INFLUENCING MY THOUGHTS?!?

At that moment I lost it. Not only was I ripped from my old life and thrown into a ridiculous world with all sorts of universe-ending threats occurring on an almost daily basis with all sorts of powerful beings and tech thrown around like there is no tomorrow. This universe has the balls to force me into the center of it? FINE, I WILL TAKE CENTER STAGE BUT IT WILL BE ON MY TERMS AND RULES. I WILL BE THE ONE TO DICTATE MY LIFE. SO WHOEVER YOU ARE, WHERE EVER YOU ARE, I WILL FIND YOU AND PUNCH YOU IN THE FACE! AND DON'T THINK YOU CAN HIDE FROM ME! I KNOW YOUR PSYCHIC SIGNATURE. YOU DISGUSTING, FILTHY PIECE OF SHIT!

As I said (thought) that the signature vanished from my mind. I took a deep breath to calm down.

"Have you calmed down?" asked a voice startling me causing the Ice that had grown to become a glacier around me (Which I totally knew about and was totally not worried about explaining it my parents. Nope, Not at all) due to my rage shatter and attacked the intruder who just waved his hand causing the ice to disappear.

"Who are you? how and why are you here?" I asked getting ready to cast my barriers and run. I can easily our over 200 km/h for a long time with my current stamina. Krish was never this fast in the first movie I guess all my abilities were boosted.

Oh yeah, I should probably describe the intruder. He looks like an ancient Chinese man and is dressed in a gray robe like those cultivators. If he starts spewing cultivation bullshit or asks me to become his disciples I am either killing him or myself.

"My name is Amir, I am a sorcerer of the Kamaraj sanctum. I am here because we sensed a dimensional disturbance in your location and had to check it out. So imagine my surprise when I find you growing Ice all around you. I had to pull you into the mirror dimension or you would have killed your parents".

My eyes widened in shock I had forgotten about my parents in my rage. Now I feel guilty and ashamed.

I let my guard down a little, if he is from the sanctum then maybe they can help me learn to control my powers.

"Thank you for protecting my parents," I said bowing to him. What? he looks Chinese!

"What are you doing?"

"Is not a custom in China to bow when you are thanking someone?"

"I am not Chinese. I hail from Tibet" he said with a little venom.

"Is Tibet not a part of China?" I asked.

He took a deep breath and sighed.

"Not during my time, no," he said refusing to accept it.

"So what now?"

"Now either I put a seal on you and wipe your memory of tonight..."

I frowned as he said that I hated having my mind manipulated.

"...or would come with me to meet the ancient one and see what we can do about your new abilities " finished Amir.

"Okay, Let's go with the second option but what about my parents?"

"Don't worry they are in deep sleep and won't be waking up anytime soon"

"Got it, Thanks," I said releasing a sigh of relief.

He just nodded and opened a portal to the sanctum and gestured me to follow.
