"What's wrong Jessy? Is there something you want to say to me?" Jake observed.
He sat properly with his eyes still gazing at her. Jessica sat upright. Her two hands pressed down on the couch. She glanced at Jake then at her legs.
"Yes, there is. I have a lot of questions to ask you. Hope you don't mind Jake?" Jessica turned her attention directly to Jake.
Jake smiled at Jessica. He had a feeling that she wanted to ask him questions based on the invasion and other things that had happened in the past. Jake was ready to answer her every question.
"I don't mind at all Jessy. Ask away." Jake crossed his legs.
Jessica nodded briefly and began with her questions.
"Last night, on our way here, there was...there was a great wall. Or let's say a fence." Jessica narrated. Using her hand to describe the height of the large wall surrounding the city.
"Anyone you like. As long as it's related to your question." Jake grinned.
