Inside a room in Dawn Island, a round table with 14 chairs stood there. Sitting in these chairs were Vox, Alan, Ina, Eric, Kahn, Sam, Wendy, Wright, Lena, Lucy, Samuel, Night Wing, Psy, and Curran.

Vox looked around at the people sitting and was very emotional. He had not seen some of them for years, they all have grown into beautiful woman and handsome men. Right now the youngest is Inara who is 14.

Vox himself was 29. Alan was 18, Erik 17, Kahn 16, Sam 18, Samuel 20, Wright 18, Wendy 19, Lucy 20 and Lena 21. As for the cards, they did not age.

"How is everything going?" Vox sipped his tea looking at the Skaarf Family, the real Skaarf Family.

"Everything has been finished in our area. We are the only organization doing business." Lucy was the first to speak.

"Same on my side." Samuel followed

"Yea, it is boring now without any more people to tor- beat up." Wright smiled as well. Vox has learnt to let them be what they want. He just made sure that Wright did not hit Wendy. But... he failed. Even when changed their teams up last year, they would see each other every week.

"We are also done."

"Same here."

"Good, now that East Blue is pretty much ours, we will expand to the other 4 seas."

"What about the grand line?" Erik questioned as he caressed is Kar98 with love, which made Lucy's eyes sharp.

"I have already made arrangements for the Grand line. Focus on the 4 seas." Then finished his tea and looked at everyone. "Eric will go to the South Blue, take some of trusted people do as we did here. Make an a remote island as a base and a teaching facility for the future additions."

"Oke." Eric smiled as he kept caressing his gun with love.

"Kahn will go to the North blue with an army and do the same as Eric-"

"Brother.." Kahn said when he heard the arrangements made for him.

"Something the matter?" Vox asked him

"I wish to become a pirate."

"WHAT?

"NO!

"Are you out of your mind!?"

The others in the room all protested when they heard that, many of them were caught by pirates. Vox stopped them and looked at Kahn, he had an idea why he wanted to be a pirate.

"Your brother?"

"Yes, I want to have my name known to the whole world, hopefully my brother will see it and try to somehow contact me."

"Oke, but you won't go alone. Take Alan with-"

"I will go with him" Sam said as she looked at Vox.

"No, it is dangerous!" Kahn protested immediately.

"Exactly because it is dangerous that i am coming, I am older than you so I am coming." Sam looked at him, not taking a no for an answer. Vox on the other hand pinched his nose and let out a breath.

"Fine, just stop with your romance, we single men and women feel jealous." Vox spoke, making the two of them blush fiercely.

"Then Alan will go to the North Blue, Samuel to the West Blue and Ina will stay in the East blue and manage the family."

"Blue eyes and Red eyes will stay behind to guard Ina, Night Wing will stay here to help her manage the family and the businesses."

"What about us?" Wright spoke while playing with his whip.

"The 4 of you will join the marine." Vox smiled and he took our 4 small boxes from his pocket and threw one at each of the red heads.

"Also, from now on, wear this." the 4 of them opened the boxes and found 2 pairs of lences inside. These lences were specially made to hide their unique eyes and give them a dull brown color. There were many red heads, but their most recognizable feature was their eyes. During the last 4 years he had to kill many people that came after them. 2 of them were especially powerful. he did not manage to kill them, but he is now even more certain. Whatever the organization is after 4 kids, they are capable of fighting the marines if they wished to.

'They are probably scared of the power behind the marines. The World Government must have power that can scare even this behemoth. I was not wrong to be careful.' Vox thoughts were interrupted by Lena complaining.

"Why? I don't wish help those fuckers with whatever they are doing!"

"Yea, why do we need to join the marine, we can't gain anything from them." Wendy also looked confused.

"I want you to join and grow in ranks. So that you will be able to help when we take over the marines." Vox smiled as he sent signed one of the butlers to bring something. A few seconds later newspapers were given to everyone to read.

"The 4th Admiral, Night Emperor Enel."

"What has that got to do with us?" Lucy looked at Vox, seeing his large grin she realized the point. "He is part of us?"

"Yes, When i left 6 years ago, I met him, after some situations happened he joined me and I told him to join the marines. the 4 of you will join the marine and rise in ranks. Don't mention me to him, i want to see if his loyalty still stands, and if it does, he will take the 4 if you under his wing and train you according to the marines program." Vox had large grin when he thought about his plans going smoothly.

"The 4 of you will go to the grand line and join the marine there, I want the 4 of you to be at least equal in strength to the current me. Which should be easier with the marines training, They have better training for Haki than I do. Not to mention some powers that will help you out."

"Oke." The 4 of them signed when the heard it; it was true, the only Haki they had swift progress from was Observation Haki, they armament Haki was still lacking if it was compared to new world pirates. Vox had it easier because his devil fruit improved his Haki.

"Also, Wright, there is a prison called Impel Down, I want you to try and join it as a warden." Wright's eyes shined. It could be seen that he too, was a lost cause.

Then they kept talking for an hour and finally finished the meeting. Vox walked out of the door where 20 people stood guard, each one of these was fairly powerful. if they were compared to pirates, they would be around 200 million in bounty. Some of them had Devil Fruits, but Vox was happy seeing it. They need an army and loyal people.

When the ones standing outside saw Vox, they all kneeled on a knee and 2 of them walked in front of Vox before also kneeling.

"Hans, Lisa. From now on the two of you will support and guard Ina with your lives."

"Yes my King!" Both of them shouted with admiration. This man made a whole underground empire from scratch in just 5 years.

"Good, now wait for her, Lisa, you are not to leave her side at any point in time. Even if she were to go to the bathroom, you will be there. You will sleep in her room, you will be where she is."

"Yes my King!" The woman named Lisa bellowed. She was aware how much the 9 generals and the king doted on the youngest general. Every one of them would do anything to keep her save. And anyone who even as much as hurt her a bit, would be in deep shit. Litterly. Lisa admired this man more than anything in the world, this man was her everything, he saved her from starvation, gave her a home and trained her. If he asked her, she would give her body and soul to him. But she knew that this man, this god, was not meant to be with her.

Vox left the building and zapped towards a small village, at the port he saw someone with a straw hat punishing a see monster.

'It is finally time.'
