Seeing Luffy set sail, Vox Zapped on to of Heli that was flying in the air and looked at his deck. 'So unlucky, I am still lacking 1 card for exodia, but now I have enough trump cards to not die to even a combined force of the admirals. And thanks to the 3 DNA Surgery's I actually have some talent in body training, and my devil fruit is also stronger.' Vox smiled when he looked at the deep blue lightning coming from his hand. He used 2 DNA Surgery's for his body's talent to be increased and one for the devil fruit. If he were to fight again An admiral, he will not win, but he won't lose either.'

"If the world was just what is on the surface, I wouldn't need to go through so much trouble." Letting out a breath he started to fly above Luffy and observer his adventures for now. There are 3 people he wants to see. 1 of them is Sanji, he is now almost certain that he is a product of a devil fruit experiment. Probably something about heat. He also wanted to meet up with Mihawk and Dragon. Mihawk because he wanted to test his swordsman skills against him, and Dragon to make a business proposition.

'I have a DNA Checkup, and I might be able to use Change of Heart on Mihawk, but men like him have strong wills, it will probably fail.

After following Luffy for a bit, he soon saw his fight with Alvida, for someone of his level, it was like watching 2 insects fighting. The only one that interested him was Coby, but even then, Coby was delusional. His efforts alone will change nothing. If Vox had time, he might have trained him. but he really didn't have the time. Not to mention he has many subordinates more talented than him.

After seeing their escape from the marines, Vox decided go back to his singing.

Time passed by and Zoro was also added to the straw hats. 'How can his neck withstand that!' Vox looked at Zoro who was blocking so many weapons with his 3 swords. "Was he also an experiment to increase neck strength?" Vox murmured to himself. Deciding to leave that for the future. Vox went back to his singing, he couldn't let Heli get bored now could he?

"Partner, fly down a bit, I wanna eat." Vox pointed downward, Heli flew at speeds never thought possible. This was it's favourite time, one can't sing when one ate right? Seeing Vox walk off to the city Heli cried, these were oils of happiness.

Inside the city, Vox ignored all commotion and walked to a small restuarant that sold Ramen.

"1 bowl of Ramen please." Vox sat down as he ordered his Ramen. Which was given to him not long after.

When Vox was eating, the city was in turmoil, but he ate his ramen without any care in the world. "That was great, 3 more please."

After eating, Vox went back to where Heli was and flew again in the air to stalk the straw hats.

In the grand line, in Marineford, a man sat at a table, he wore a black suite with his admiral cloak. He looked at his subordinate who rushed in the room, visible displeased.

"What is it Lenny?" The man spoke in a displeased tone.

"Admiral! We got a report about 4 new recruits!" Lenny showed 2 reports and put them on the desk.

"And why do you bring me these reports about new recruits?" The man looked at Lenny then he went to read the reports. "It better be worth my attention."

"Admiral, these 4 recruits are not normal recruits! they can use Haki, all of them seemed to have eaten a Devil Fruit. 2 of them are swordswomen while one is a whip user, the last is a hand to hand fighter." Lenny said with admiration, how long did it take him to learn Haki? yet these recruits who looked to not even be 20, were capable of doing it.

"Why are you talking, I can read." The man ignored his rambling and kept reading the reports, when he was finished a thoughtful look appeared in his eyes. 'Are they related to him? is he starting to make a move?'

"Bring these 4 to marineford, these 4 will work under me." The man said as he walked out of the room with the reports still in hand.

"Yes Admiral!" Lenny exclaimed and ran to out of the room to make it done.

The man walked into a room, inside of it 5 other men were sitting and talking.

"Fleet Admiral, I have a request." The man said as he put the 4 reports on the desk.

"Oh, what is it Enel." The Fleet Admiral said as he looked at the reports, when he finished speaking his eyes were in shock.

"I want these 4." Enel smiled. Behind him someone laughed when he saw this. "Bahahahah Sengoku, give him what he wants, this is his first request!"

"Shut up Garp!" Sengoku glared at Garp before focusing back the reports and Enel.

"Why? We don't know if they joined the Marines with alternatives motives." He said and looked Enel deep in the eyes, this newly appointed Admiral has already proved himself, he captured or killed many pirates in the new world, not to mention his abilities as a fighter that cast a shadow upon thousands of others.

"I believe in my instincts." Enel said as he took a seat and poured himself a cup of tea.

"Fine, but you are responsible for them." Sengoku said as he then went back to his old work. Reading another exploit done by Fire Fist Ace, Sengoku could not help but lash at garp.

"GARP YOU BASTARD! WHY IS YOUR FAMILY SO TROUBLESOME!"

"Gahahahaha" Garp laughed his ass off seeing Sengoku so angry for no reason.

"Sengoku, you should step down, you are gonna have white hair if you keep that up. Gahahahaha"

"Shut up you bastard!"

'These 2 old monsters, when will they finally get a room already.' Enel thought to himself as he sipped his tea. With him Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru just ignored the two old men and started focusing on their own things.
