Strawhats Pirate Improvement
at one of the bounty hunter ship
Luffy can be seen fighting equally with a strong bounty hunter, while the rest of the bounty hunters on that ship were already being knocked out by Luffy earlier.

This tough bounty hunter was known as
"Max the Black Needle" back in the New World.
Max ate a Devil Fruit that can turn himself in to countless of sharp needles.
Basically he was like Buggy who can turn his detached body in to millions of needles that can pierced his enemies.
Max also known as a profficient armament haki user that can coat all of his needles with his haki and turned them to black needles.
....
Luffy and Max were both injured from their earlier fight on the ship.
Luffy were bleeding from many injuries on his body after being pierced multiple times by Max's needles that were coated by haki.
Max also had multiple injuries from luffy's haki attacks on his body.
"Not bad boy, it's been a long time, since I have this much fun fighting, when trying to catch a pirate." Max said while breathing heavily.
"Same as you, I need to increase my strenght even more in order to reach my dream to become the Pirate King" Luffy replied while preparing to fight again.
"Hahaha.... You're just like a frog inside a well,
in the New World many pirates, bounty hunters and Marines had much more strenght than mine. As for your strenght that can be seen equally or below mine is not their match at all. Also you will never reach the New World since you will die by my hand right now. Black Parades!" Max said while turning both of his hands in to black needles and send them flying towards Luffy with super speed.
Luffy then start dogding the black needles using his observation haki and jump back in to safety by using geppo.
"Gear Second!" Luffy said while his body start changing and releasing some steams in to the air from his body, after escaping from the black needles that almost hit him.
"Time to end this fight, Gomu Gomu no Eagle Claws Shigan!" Luffy said while using soru and his body start to move with speed that break the sound barrier towards Max.
Luffy's five fingers on his right hand turned to black and each of them release a shigan towards Max's heart location on Max's body.
"Urggghhh..... How did..." Max never finished his sentence since he falls down to the floor dead with a large hole on his body.
"Finally I can use this movement on a real fight, time to help the others." Luffy said while throwing Max's bleeding heart to the floor and start heading towards the other ships.

Meanwhile on the other ship, Sanji is still fighting with a strange man that can evade all of his attacks with ease with his strange movements.
Sanji already defeated the other bounty hunters on that ship except for this strange man who can always evade Sanji's kicks.
The strange man also attacked Sanji once in a while with his strange movement that always hit Sanji every single time.
This strange man is a bounty hunter from the New World too known as The Snake Hand.
He got his nicknamed from his fighting style that resembles a snake.
He is not a Devil Fruit user but he can use observation haki better than most people in the New World. His weakness is that he can not use armament haki but he covers his weakness by using gloves that were made by sea stones and combined with his snake fighting style he can fight againts Devil Fruit users with ease. No one knows his real name.
"You should give up! I can see 2s in to the future and with that I can evade all attacks that were aiming at me." He said to Sanji.
"I will never give up, I still need to meet with all the beautiful ladies in this world and also to find All blue with my friends." Sanji said while wiping the bloods from his mouth.
"You're lucky you are not a Devil Fruit user, Since I can defeat you more easily if you were one of them. Still you're not a match to me, just give up so I can get your bounty in full if you're alive." He said while running towards Sanji.
Both of them then start to fight again with Sanji at disadvantage againts the strange man.
Suddenly out of no where, a person arrived behind the strange man and hold his neck and turned the strange man in to an ice sculture in an instant.
"You can see 2s in to the future? Too bad for you, I can see 10s in to the future" Dan said to the strange man that has turned to ice sculpture and push it to the floor.
The ice sculpture then smash in to the floor and got scatter like glass.
"You okay Sanji?" I asked Sanji after killing the strange man.
"Yeah, thank you. I can't hit him at all, he is just like you and Ussop when using Kami-e.
I really need to practice observation haki too." Sanji said while start smoking.
"Yeah, you really need to learn that skill. Let's head back to Going Merry! We need to help the others" I said while running towards our ship using geppo and soru.

Zoro, Nami, Ussop, Chopper and Robin were defending Going Merry from those bounty hunters who managed to get close or even landed on our ship.
With their teamworks, they can easily defeat any bounty hunters that land on Going Merry.
Zoro want to go to enemy's ships but Nami told him to stay on the ship to protect the ship while protecting the other nakamas on the ship.

a while later
I start heading towards those ships that belongs to the bounty hunters that were surrounding Going Merry and start freezing them one by one along with all the people in it and sink all the corpses in to the ocean to remove the evidences while keeping their ships in to my inventory to be salvage later.
After the long battle we gather together at Going Merry to celebrate our victory, while Luffy and Sanji being treated by Chopper for their injuries inside the ship.
I already melt all the ice on the ocean surrounding our ship, so Going Merry can start sailing again through the ocean.
"I knew it! Those people will start targetting us to get our bounties ever since those damn marines released our new bounties." Nami said in angry voice.
"Let them come! I will slash every single one of them with my swords." Zoro said while cleaning his swords from the blood stain.
"We need to make our selves stronger since those people were stronger than any enemies we faced in the past." Ussop said while making new bullets with his equiptment.
"Fufufufu..... The enemies will keep getting stronger the further we travel in Grand Line especially when we reach the New World later." Robin said to all of us while smiling.
"After Luffy and Sanji get better we will train in the frozen sea to improve our strenght" I said to them.
"Let them rest for a while for now, also Dan you need to freeze the sea immediately in the future to make our enemies can't reach our ship." Nami said to me.
"Okay, I'm still learning this power of ice. I'll do better next time." i said to Nami.
"Dan can you please improve your teaching abilities? Sometimes I got confused hearing your explanations when you teach us those skills." Ussop said while getting a nod from all of my nakamas.
"I can try, but no promises. I feel like I already tried my best when teaching you guys." I said to them knowing full well I can't do anything about it, since I still can't buy any skills from the store after being banned months ago.
"Robin it's better if you try to learn Kami-e from Ussop, Soru from Zoro, Tekkai from Chopper, Geppo from Sanji and for the rest of the skills you need to learn slowly from Dan including haki training." Nami said to Robin.
"Was Dan really that bad at teaching?" Robin asked them.
"YESS!!!" They all answers in unison while I just crouch down and drawing circle on the floor with ice stick that I made.

We continue our journey in the Grand Line towards our next island that were being pointed by the Log Pose on Nami's wrist.
We're in no hurry so we keep stopping to train in the middle of the frozen ocean that Dan froze with his power and keep increasing our strenght through our hard training.
We also got another haki user on our ship which is Ussop. He can only use observation haki in basic level, with no luck to awaken his armament haki anytime soon. At least our fighting power increase a little bit than before.
