Wu Jing

Even though Xu Yue wanted to ask more questions, when seeing the look on the old man's face, she knew that the time was over.

"Junior thanks senior for answering her doubts," said Xu Yue as cupped her hands.

"It's nothing, I just did what was promised," said Old Man Shan Ling before waving his hand

...

"Senior sister," said Ming Yun with a surprised expression on her face as she saw Xu Yue inexplicably appear next to her.

"I really stayed here for too much," mumbled Xu Yue as she felt slightly annoyed that she wasted over a dozen years just to ask a few questions, but even so, a smile appeared on her face when she looked at Ming Yun, who seemed happy to see her.

"Did anything happen while I was inside?" asked Xu Yue as she took her flying ship out of her spatial ring.

"Other than the fact a few cultivator's attempted to go up the mountain and were then thrown out, nothing else," said Ming Yun as she stepped onto the flying ship.

"Then let's go," said Xu Yue as she once again powered up the flying ship.

After this, the Xu Yue and Ming Yun once again began their journey.

...

Three hundred years later,

"Going through the three thousand regions is much more boring than I could have expected," mumbled Xu Yue as she put her newest painting into her spatial ring.

Suddenly, Xu Yue noticed something from the corner of her eye.

"Really dumb," mumbled Xu Yue as she looked at the small tiny fox that was eating some berries out in the open, completely revealing itself to the pack of wolves that was arriving from the south.

As Xu Yue said that, the fox's years suddenly moved as if it heard Xu Yue talk, the fox then turned it's cute small head towards Xu Yue.

It was unknown if the fox was fearless or just extremely dumb, as soon as it saw Xu Yue, the fox then began walking towards her without any caution, and after a while, it even arrived at Xu Yue's feet.

And after standing around for a while, the fox started coiling her body alongside Xu Yue's leg.

As Ming Yun went to rip the fox away, she was interrupted by Xu Yue's hand, which blocked her way, at the same time, with her other hand, Xu Yue captured the fox and raised her up at the same level as her eyes.

Being held by Xu Yue, all of the fox's confidence seemed to be shattered, as the little thing began shaking in Xu Yue's arms, but at the same time, the small fox showed her small little teeth, as if it was threatening to bite Xu Yue.

Seeing that the fox was uncomfortable being held this way, Xu Yue brought out her other hand, and was now holding the fox in both hands, as if she was holding a baby.

After merely a few moments of this, the fox, which seemed almost feral before, suddenly became calm.

"It really is dumb and without any sense of danger," mumbled Ming Yun as she looked at the fox which was comfortably sleeping in Xu Yue's arms, without any worry.

As Xu Yue held out the fox, as to throw it back into the wild, the fox suddenly opened it's eyes, and upon noticing the circumstances used her teeth to bite into Xu Yue's robe and refused to let go.

"At least it has good sense," said Xu Yue as she looked at the fox, seemingly being entertained.

"Watching this little guy is much more entertaining than traveling through these boring parts," mumbled Xu Yue as she decided to bring the little fox along.

But suddenly, Xu Yue withdrew her hands, allowing the fox to hang on with her teeth, as to see what it would do.

Suddenly, both Xu Yue and Ming Yun opened their months in shock.

After Xu Yue withdrew her hands, the fox then began climbing her body before sitting on her shoulder, but that was not the end, after this, the fox seemingly noticed an opportunity, it then jumped on Xu Yue's chest before entering it's body inside her robe, or rather, in between the two large peaks on her chest, with only it's furry head sticking out.

Looking at the fox which seemingly wanted to start sleeping, Xu Yue took it out of her robe before placing it on her shoulder.

But after the fox was taken from it's new warn home, it wanted to arrive there once more, as such, the fox once again jumped to it's target, only this time, it landed face first in a white barrier, before falling to the ground.

Now aware of the obstacle, the box chased Xu Yue, who was now walking towards her flying ship and jumped onto her shoulder.

"If you are obedient, I will take you with me," said Xu Yue as she moved her fingers through the white fur of the small fox and felt herself relaxing.

Hearing this, the fox seemingly became dispirited, but after that, it then sat down on Xu Yue's shoulder and began sleeping.

"So shameless, quite a good match," mumbled Ming Yun before dodging the rock thrown at her by Xu Yue.

After this, Xu Yue, Ming Yun and now a small fox began traveling the three thousand regions.

...

Suddenly, Yuan Zan opened his eyes to look at his young disciple.

Not at her directly, but rather at her existence.

"Almost there," mumbled Yuan Zan as he looked at the chains that suddenly came out of Wu Jing's existence, the chains seemingly grabbed Wu Jing's Dao before drawing it closer and closer to her existence.

As this happened, Wu Jing's painting Dao seemed to affect both her body and soul more and more, and at the same time, Wu Jing's Dao Tree began withering as a small golden fruit feel off it's branch.

Being in her Sea of Consciousness, Wu Jing picked up the fallen fruit before taking a large bite out of it.
