2 Chapter 2: The Dimensional Chat Group.

Aster opened his eyes to find himself sitting in a grassland meadow, the long plains before him stretched with greenery as the grass swayed with the flowing breeze and behind him a cliff with the roaring waves crashing on it.

He sighed and laid on his back to try and make head and tails out of the whole ordeal he just went through, dying from an accident that was impossible to happen in normal scenarios and then meeting God, which was then followed by the whole mess of being chosen to do quests for the will of existence itself.

Changing race from human to spirit and getting an awesome body, well Jack's compass was a really good addition but my whole world view just took a leap and jumped right into the trash can. Then, there is also the power of ice that was still left unexplored.

'Send out the invites. Let's get this show on the road.' Aster thought as he tried to communicate with the system mentally.

The floating window appeared before Aster as the notifications came in. In the Admin panel, there were four files on the members who had just joined the group. He opened and skimmed through them to get an idea of who the members were and some general information on their worlds.

While Aster was busy reading through the files, the other members had already started chatting among themselves.

Shit Neet: "Which bastard was behind the names, you better change this and how did you manage to get me a smartphone here in this fantasy world?"

Madam Bones: "This is much like that muggle contraption my niece showed me, but much more advanced I guess. It's a smartphone, right? How is this still working in presence of magic?"

Perverted Octopus: "Did you say magic? I guess that can explain my phone changing. But who was the one that invited us and more importantly, I am a gentleman, how dare they slander my good name like this?"

Queen of Nightmares: "I guess once the admin is here, he can answer our doubts. Let this queen see who dares summon her among the mortals."

Spirit of Winter: "Welcome to the Dimensional Group Chat, my name is Aster Frost, and the chat group is every bit of a mystery to me as it is to you all, and for the admin title, I guess it must have been because I was invited first. The chat group gave me bits of information on you all and your worlds, so I can tell that there are different dimensions, each separate from the other."

Pervert Octopus: "So, you were not the one who invited us?"

Winter Spirit: "No, that was done randomly by the Chat itself. The only thing I can do to help you better understand the situation we are in, is to point you to the question mark icon at the upper left corner that has all the information I currently know."

Shit Neet: "So, you mean to say that you can't change this damned nickname?"

Winter Spirit: "Wait, let me check something... Oh, I found it. Go to the profile option and change the picture and name, I have permitted the members to make changes to their personal information."

Kazuma: "Much better, thanks for that admin-san. My name is Kazuma Satou, I was a normal person but after I died I was transmigrated to a fantasy world and am currently stuck here with a useless goddess." [pic here]

Amelia: "Now that the trivialities are sorted, we should get acquainted with each other, so that we can work something about the situation we are in. Let me start, my name is Amelia Susan Bones, the Head of DMLE or the Department of Magical Law Enforcement." [pic here]

Koro Sensei: "Well, due to some circumstances I have turned into an octopus-like person who can move at the speed of Mach 20. I am a teacher by profession right now and I guess that would suffice for an introduction." [pic here]

Aster: "My name is Aster Frost, I am the spirit of Ice and Snow who was given a physical form by the Chat Group. I am the admin as well but I have no idea where I am right now, so I hope that at least one of you guys lives in this world I am in right now." [pic here]

Queen of Nightmares: "I don't know how to react to this anymore, suddenly there is this app on my phone and now I find all the fantasy stuff is real. I am a normal person, how could I deal with quests in worlds where people have magic or are strong enough to break mountains with their bare hands."

Aster: "Don't worry Miss Ruri, there will be a starting gift for the starting members and there is still time before the quests arrive. If the push comes to the shove, I can cover for you till you are strong enough. So, finish the introduction, it will trigger the rewards."

Queen of Nightmares: "My name is Gokou Ruri, a normal high school freshman from Japan. Please take care of me." [pic here.]

Aster opened the gift and a box appeared in his hands. The box had a note inside, 'the earbuds made by the system itself, can connect to anything within a 20-meter range. self-charging and soul-bound. He opened the wrapping and looked at the gorgeous earbuds and took a liking to them instantly. He put them on and searched for the movie Frozen to get a better idea of his powers. He started streaming the movie and waiting till the others have finished receiving their gifts.
