When A Mage Revolts
Kubei was just an ordinary pencil and button pusher working a day job, hating his boss and making horrible speeches when one day he fell asleep after pushing an all-nighter. When he woke up, he was bound to a chair, facing three creepy robed women and in a body way too young and way too weak to be his own. As he slowly came to, he realized that he was no longer in the same universe as he was before. He had teleported to the Kingdom of Helius, where an all-powerful church rules its lands and wages war against the elusive group known only as Mages. Armed with an incredibly cocky neural interface that just won’t shut up and his own sheer wit, our MC will find himself not just fighting to survive, but maybe even something bigger than himself.

Jack went silent for a while as if still in disbelief. After a while, he reluctantly spoke, "Mage Benjamin, I... Could I ask what magic this is?"
Benjamin hesitated but decided to tell the truth.
"It was the Water Ball spell."

Jack’s expression after hearing those words, were as though he stepped in dog poop whilst wearing a brand new pair of shoes. His aggrieved feeling was indescribable.
It was only after Benjamin went over to him and mentioned that he would definitely inform the Mercenary Association that Jack was the referrer that he did not look so beaten up.
"... You ain't that bad. I’ve lost." Jack slowly came to his senses and shook his head, "Alright, which incantation would you like? I’ll exchange it with you."
Benjamin took a silver coin from his pocket and handed it over, "Anything for an Intermediate level magic."
Jack sighed and in the end exchanged the Earth Armour Incantation with Benjamin.
