While still amazed at the blue window in front of me, I quickly realized that I was the only one that was able to see it. Since none of the hundreds of nobles congratulating me seemed to see it.

While some of the congratulation were sincere others had other intentions behind them.

My mother seem more than pleased and was the happiest she been as long as I can remember. Lady Ashryn on the other hand was looking at me with a gaze full of admiration and pride. I understood that she was always surprised by my ability to learn, so it might be the same thing now as well.

My grandfather was not present but his butler Hab however was. He even congratulated me with a look of relief as if a great burden had been slightly lifted from him.

I remained silent on our journey back while mother and Lady Ashryn were chatting with one another about my so called "great" achievements.

I didn't waste long before I went inside my room to quietly make sense of all that had happened. The first thing was to understand what the blue window was exactly.

I tried to touch it see if I could move it around. However immediately as my hand got near it, I got a prompt explaining how the "system" operated. How to summon it and how to interact with it.

It seemed that this so called "system" provided a way for me to quantify myself.

What shocked me the most was the fact that one of my blessings seemed to manifest itself already.

I was not sure why and how it manifested itself but it seemed to be connected to the system itself. Perhaps the system is part of my first blessing. It had "1 star" next to it which I assumed meant that it was not the whole blessing.

As for my so called "STATS" it looked like it was quantifying my natural ability like strength and speed. It was not surprising that my intelligence was better than the others. However I was surprised by how much the difference was.

I made the decision to fully take advantage of the system to improve myself. I was not stupid, so I knew that a lot of people would depend on me going forward even though those around me tried to hide it.

I could always hear the maids talk about how the whole family future depended on me and how strong I would be in the near future. I promised myself to never backdown from a challenge and to rise to the occasion and save my family and house. Maybe a bit naive of me from all those readings I have done of novels about courages knights fighting to protect their families.
