Consequences
"Well, if that works," Lisa shrugged.
Walking back, Lisa took some more pictures.
"Wow, wow! That's more like it!"
She transformed into the heartless and fearless Miss V, the woman she saw most in her life, every aspect of her physical appearance imprinted in her memory.
"Yeah, that's enough. Let's go shopping before it's too late. If not, Matteo will have my head."
Just as they walked a little distance, they saw Matteo waiting, leaning on a wall.
"Were you waiting for us?"
"I don't particularly trust someone not to make a stop at five different places before the planned location," he said, staring at Lisa alone. He took deep breaths to compose himself before talking to Rosalie, or he wouldn't be able to play it cool.
"We were going to the shopping mall!" Lisa yelled in her defence.
"Then let's go together." Matteo walked closer to Rosalie.
