Chapter 8

After our meeting, I talked with my group and we decide as a group until all the paper work was finalized we would stay at the local hotel. I left a message with my father. As we payed for five days ahead so that we can wait for the paper work to go through. We expect it to go through quick since we are paying for it in one shot, no payments and no loans needed.

As soon as we reached our rooms, opening one room door we all went in. Through the pack bond that I have with everyone in the pack , I felt Trish's emotions and I knew she was having conflict right now. Not wanting her to feel like she was unwanted and no one cared for her. It was time for an intervention. I waited until the door was closed and everyone was in the room.

"Trish," I started. "I know you are having a hard time right now. We need you to understand that you can come to us. You need to heal and let go of everything."

"But I cannot," Trish cried.

"Oh Trish," Colt said. "To us guys here we think of you as a little sister. Also the other guys in the pack will be there for you as well. However as for Phoenix's dad and uncles, they are going to support you and help you raise your little pup. what you need to do now is to focus on yourself. Keep your health in good condition and have that little one. Your pup will be born in a loving evoriment."

"You are love little sister and your pup that is coming will know what love is as well," David said. "Right now focus on you and heal. We will help you."

"As for a job," I told her. "Do not worry. My father and I have decussed this. First we want you to get yourself together and healed. After a few days we will tell you what we have planned for you as a possible job."

"As you heal," Blake joined in. "we will be there every step of the way. If you find someone just know you have many who will threaten him. In fact any one who dares to harm you will have a whole pack to fight off."

"Trish," Nathan mind linked the group. "we may have not met but you are now apart of my pack which I consider my as my only family. As far as I am concer and this is how everyone of us feels. No one and I mean noone messes with our pack of family with out getting hurt in the process. You have many behind you that will always be there for you when you need anything."

After Nathan said that there was an amazing response through the mind link as everyone agreeing. All Trish could do was break down and cry. Tears just flowed down her face as she relized that she now has a family and a pack that will always be behind her. To always help her when she need the help and to help pick her up when she falls.

"Jeremy lets get you into the pack," I said.

"Jeremy, what you need to do is swear your loyalty to Alpha Phoenix," David explain to jeremy. "I want you to go as slow as you need to but mean every word. Than I will cut both your hands so that you can mingle your blood together. This puts our pack bond stronger than a normal pack and also because we are getting a second chance. In this way it aids us to calm our wolves from being rouge to now being apart of a pack."

"I swear to protect the pack and to follow Alpha Phoenix," Jeremy said very slowly. "Alpha, you have my undying loyalty till the end of my days."

After his plegde David took a blade and made a small cut on both our hands. With a shake the bond formed and link to everyone made.

"How do you feel, Jeremy?" I asked.

"I feel okay," he anwser.

"Give it a little while and you will be feeling like there is energy in you," I told him. "Also when everyone feels you they will welcome you into the pack. As for your job right now, all I want you to do is to helpo Trish with anything she needs or is doing. Trish, Jeremy is to aid you in anything you do. In fact since we are on the subject of what you are going to do I will explain what is going to happen in the next few days."

"Okay," she said. "But I do not need a babysitter."

"Jeremy is not going to be your babysitter," I told her. "He is going to be your helping hand. lifting the heavy objects that you should not. Also I want the two of you to work on getting things for ready for the house. we are going to need appliances for the kitchen, washer and dryer, beds, tables, coaches, desks for the offices, filing cabinets, including other supplies. I have at least a list here from our previous supplies that we have used to help you out. Than when you have got prices as well as items down that we are going to need. I would like you guys to come up with a rough idea of a reasonable amout of money that you think will cover that. As for the beds make sure they are all queen size."

"Okay," Trish said. "I can see why you want me and Jeremy work together. but what are you guys going to do?"

"Well," David anwsered. "We have to scopp out the area and also see if there is any other packs here. While we are checking things out we will be letting rouges who have moved here know about the change as well as giving them options that the can choose from. We offer three choices to them. First is that they can join our pack. second is they can stay and continue to live there. And the last option if they feel uncomfortable about the other two is we can help them find a new place to live. But we always give them the choice to do what they want. If they choose to continue to live where they are than we just give them a tempary pack link that they can use if they are in danger or need aid. On top of that we have them come to a monthly meeting so that they know what is going on. The only thing we ask is for them to at least give us names so we know that they are just living there."

"Wow," Trish was amazed with this information. "All the other packs would kill you if you come onto their land. But you guys let them come and offer them all these choices. You give them a chance and hope that they may need."

"Well little sister," Colt said. "As our Alpha has told us we are who we are. If we give a chance than you make more allies than enemies. The only thing we ask is no problems but even that is with in a reason. So we also include that they give us a little information such as if they have any problems. With this we can prepare our selves for what may come and protect everyone on our land. This also builds a trust and if they choose later to become part of the pack they are still welcome."

"We all need to feel safe and have someone to help us out," I continue on. "This is what I offer to everyone and i do not care if you are rouge or not. Just that you are safe. As for work I offer to help them finding a job. What ever they may need i try to at least help them out."

A knock came at the door after i explain what we do and the workings of how we handle some things. Domanic being the near the door anwsered it and in walks my dad.

"Well in about four days we will have the paper work all finallized," he said. "how did your meeting go? Also who is this young man?"

"Well dad meeting went great," I anwsered. "In fact the guys we are highering are all werewolves. As for this young man, his name is Jeremy Volt and he just join the ranks of my pack. He has a disablity and his old pack thought of is as a weakness."

"Well hell," Dad said. "Welcome to the family Jeremy. My daughter has a high expactation but I have one requirement from everyone that becomes apart of her pack. If you are under the age of 18 you will finish high school. If you need help we will help you to pass but I want you to have a diploma to prove everyone that you can accomplish any thing. As for your disablity we can work around that. All we need to do is find what you are good at. "

"Well it looks like it is a go. So Trish and Jeremy I want you guys to also pick out colors. As for what we need just get the basic first than focus on the other items. So kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, beds, living room furniture, tables, and office desks. Than look into cabinets, televisons, games, and anything else you think we may need," I explain to them. "Also I have an inventory of what we have that will be coming with us in the move and the amount we usually go through in a week. I have a system for a weekly inventory to see what we need. This way we know how much we go through each month and how much we spend out. With this system it keeps us on top of everything and we have no problems afterwards."

"I wil be going with them," Domanic said.

"Yes i am as well," Colt agreed. "Little sister and brother may need extra hands but also may need some sort of protection. I will feel better to have at least us two with them. Also they will have two experiance fighters with them at least till they have had some training to protect themselves."

"All right it looks like we have things to accomplish over the next few days," I said. "I will inform Mike about the news and also we need to see about a storage shed for the things we are getting at least until we can put them in to the house."

Everyone just settled down in random spots as it all started to sink in for a few that for the first time since the pack been formed we will have a place to call our own.

"Well," I started. "How about for the rest of today and tomorrow we all just kick back and relax a little. Have a break before we get down to business again. Than before the work on the house start we will do another break for us so that we can all get prepared for the big long haul of work a head of us."

"Mike," I mind link along the tempary i had set up with him and his guys. "I want you guys to take a day to your selves after you finish your projects before startin on ours. Also we will have all the paper work within a week. We are going to get a shed to put so of the things we are going to get for the house. If you need a shed for your suplies and equipment just say so and it can be aranged for you."

"Alright Alpha Phoenix," Mike respinded. "After I get our supplies lined up, we can do with that. A shed would make it easier all around. I can also have one of the guys start on getting the suplies into the shed for when we start to build."

"Alright so two sheds to start off with," I respond back as I make a quick note. "I will have that let you know when it is on the property.'

"Okay," I said. "What are we going to do now?"

"Tomorrow we can all split up and enjoy what is around us," Ralph suggested. "As for the rest of the day we can watch movies and if this town offers order in pizza for everyone."

"Alright I want everyone to agree on a type of movie," I said. "Personal I do not care because I have a few things that I need to take care of. Also I want to make sure I have all my paper work done so I can have a day to relax as well."

I went to one of the other rooms with all my paper work, laptop and my phone. Sitting at the desk in the room I started to work through bank information. Labeling and putting everything to gether as I made notes what was for the business. Also I seperate personal spending from the business. It also helps that I have everyone put their names on reciepts that they get as they spend their money; especially, when they have asked me to keep track of their money I also invest on their part as well. They have had alot in just saving. so they do not over spend I always total out what they have thet they can spend and the rest is in savings building so that they can support a family or buy something they want. I made sure they pay their bills first that they have but they only have a few bills and that is what makes it easy for them.

The more I worked through the paper work and expences. It would take a little while but I was determined to have a free day to myself so that I can relax. As I figure out the balances, i go on line to check the balance of everything so that I know what the actual total is and as far as I am concerned I have came out right on the dot with the amount.

On to the paper work and signing off what needs to be signed off. Than I start to look at what needs to be put together for schedules such as the work out and training. I always give the new members a month to adjust before I start their training why should I push them. This also gives them time to learn how our pack is runs and them to find their place. I do not care what they decide to do but the one thing I stand by is that everyone is required to train and learn to defend themselves. This way the pack has a fighting chance and if something happens or gets to the rest of the pack they are able to fight till help comes to aid them.

"Hello, this is Phoenix speak," I anwsered my phone. "How may I help you?"

"Long time no chat Phoenix," Richard said. "I got a call form your pack elder asking about an area. Than I got another call from my surprise an elder from the Blood Light pack. Apparantly they could not believe that you are a strong female Alpha. However I expolain that they were lucky that your father set a restrant. Than I explained that you are and always be the queen of blood bathes. He was shocked and had no words to say. So you want to tell me what is going on young Alpha Phoenix. Dear I do not mind you having people call me but I would like to be ready for the calls a head of time."

"Okay Richard I will explain but in return you are going to tell me about this Alpha meeting that is coming up," I responded. "As for why they called I referred them to you because they seemed to not believed me when I tild them the truth. Personally thought they would believe an Alpha that witness what I did as well as saved their pack."

"Well," Richard said. "On that note I will make sure my bete is ready for incomming calls than. As for the Alpha meeting, that is where all the alphas come together to discuss problems, solutions, create allies, and if need be make trades."

"Do you guys have agendas that cover the meetings?" I asked.

"No we do not. I have suggested it more than once but everyone just brush it off," Richard anwsered.

"So I am guessing this happens once a month," I brought up.

"No once every two months. only because no one can agree on anything," Richard mentioned. "Hardly nothing gets covered and more problems arise than gets solved."

"Hmmm," I said. "I have an idea. I would like you send out an inquirey to all the Alphas. This inquirey is to ask about the problems they have both in and around their pack. Have them pick the top three issues they have. Than with than with that information I want you to put together the top issues that everyone has in common."

"Okay," Richard agreed. "I can get that stated. Also I can see what you are doing as well."

"Yes," I agreed. "What this does is narrow down and gives us a focus on a few items to cover for getting solutions. I was invited by an elder so I will be there."

"Okay," Richard laughed. "I can see a big fight over you being alpha so we may as well have the betas come as well. I have seen how your beta can keep you calm enough so that you can be reasoned with. Boy I was going to skip this upcoming meeting. Now I am going to come so I can see this up roar you are going to cause."

"Well aren't you a bag of joy," I laughed. "So you want to see me put a bunch of fellow Alphas in their place? Wow you have a weird way of showing your willl to come."

"Yes I know Phoenix," Richard said. "But I had the pleasure to see you put alot of my elders in to their place and guide us to be better than what we were. You gave all of us something more. Taught us that we could strive to be better than what we that we could be. when we thaought that we were good you came in and taught us that we had to keep pushing ourselves to be better. For that i have worriors always chellenging themselves and pushing their limits. Now I have a stronger pack after we set in a system that you showed us that can work. Rouges now leave my pack alone and those who are peaceful ask to become apart of my pack. I did what you have suggest by giving them a trial period and than those who watch over them help decide. We talk with them to find out if our pack is what they are looking for than we make choices to what we need to do next."

"Glad to be a big help for you to achieve so much more," I told him. "I am glad to be a type of help that could help you out. At least now your pack can better themselves more and acheive so much more."

"Well now you can have the pleasure in whipping the other packs into shape and change their atitudes," Richard commented. "As of now I need to get to work. My luna and wife said that she will get the agenda done. Lilly also wants to see you soon."

"Okay," I said. "I would like to take a look at the schedule ahead of time and add a feww things it needed. Also you two give each other a big hug and it is from me. You guys give me hope of what can happen for the future of all packs. However mine will always strive to push further and help others out. So I will chat with you another time. Oh and no matter what I need you to put in the agenda is rouges that are blood thirst. Other than that we will talk later."
