for those who want to know what the shop upgrade did all it did was give him access to bloodlines abilities and skills from other anime as well as the right to buy transfer ticket which can either be random or he can purchase a specified transfer ticket, which let him go to other anime manga novel or game worlds. for those who think that limiting it by age is too much I don't think it is after all if one trains too much at a young age it is detrimental to the body so until he is 12 and is officially a genin his strength wont increase though he might obtain more techniques to strengthen him.
