Ultimate otaku system

Our main character is an otaku who is an orphan with no family, one day he was going to buy the next volumes of the mangas and novels when he was struck by lightning reincarnated and given an OP system! (Although it’s OP it takes time I don’t want the main character to be able to kill people at Kaguya level when he’s only 10) P.s. this is my first time writing anything really so hope you guys like it.
