Chapter 18 : Jacob's pack

On a snowy road in the mountains in the North of Alaska where the lands of the Denali clan were, A black car was driving on the mountainous road with a motorcycle following them at the back, it was Jacob who accompanied Edward and his family to convince the Denalis.

They arrived in front of the clan's chalet and the two vehicles stopped side by side. Jacob got off his motorcycle and Edward got out of the car before walking together in front of the Denalis who were already outside.

Tanya, Kate, Eleazar and Carmen looked at Edward but their gazes were much more insistent on Jacob.

Tanya: Edward? Is everything alright ? Why didn't you announce your coming?

Kate: Is it because of Irina? Do you have any news from her?

Edward: Not directly.

Eleazar: Why doesn't your wife get out of the car?

Kate: And why do you have a stranger with you? He's not our kind, he smells like humans but strangely better.

Kate, wanting to free herself, with her free hand touched Jacob's hand which was strangling him to give him another electric shock but he did not even flinch while slight burn marks appeared on his skin because of the electricity .

Jacob: Stop with this annoying thing ma'am otherwise I'll break your neck. (Speaks louder) WE ARE NOT HERE TO FIGHT, THE CULLENS NEED YOUR HELP SO WE WILL LEAVE IF YOU WANT BUT AT LEAST LISTEN TO WHAT HE HAS TO SAY.

Edward: (points to his daughter) Blood flows through her veins, you can feel his warmth.

"He's telling the truth" Carmen said after noticing in Renesmee what Edward had just said.

Jacob released Kate and she watched her burn heal in a second.

Edward: I'm her biological father and Bella carried her when she was human.

Kate: Impossible.

Eleazar: I've never heard of such a thing.

Tanya: How?

Jacob: I'm a werewolf.

Carmen: Impossible.

Speaking of alpha, I decided to create my own pack with Seth and Leah, it was a pack of three wolves but quite special because when I accepted them under my pack and my command, an unusual psychic link was created. created between them and me.

That night, the Clearwater brothers had a whole night of intense fever in my cabin and I was very worried about them when the next morning, their eyes were purple like mine.

My cottage, my poor house had suffered from its two who were now in their human forms faster and stronger than newborn vampires.

Seth also gained lean muscles and height like his sister and even their smells had changed.

Danielle had returned for a while with Rosalie and asked me to come back but my new proteges had taken up a large part of my time.

I had to go with them to the Cullens' house and they became tense because of the presence of so many vampires.

There were exactly 18 guests in addition to the permanent residents and our arrival only increased their thirst.

" My wolf !" Danielle ran towards me and I hugged her before kissing her.

"I missed you" I told her and she said the same thing.

"Seth? Leah? Your eyes, your smells...you smell like Jacob but less intense. » Danielle remarked on this drastic change.

Seth: We're part of his pack now.

When they all heard this remark, the general attention was definitely on them and several guests came out to see them because of what Leah said but also because of their smell.

Danielle: (to the others) You are in the presence of Jacob Black, a powerful pack leader, our benefactor, close friend of the Cullens but also my boyfriend.

"Is he a werewolf? There's nothing powerful about these little dogs except their smells" one of them said and it was Alistair a blond vampire who said with contempt.

Jacob: Hold your tongue tramp, you may be a friend of Carlisle but respect those who own this territory.

Alistair: (Spits) I may not be crazy enough to mess with the Volturi like those crazy guys, but I'm always ready for a new coat made of stinking wolf skins. I don't-(interrupted)

Leah immediately gave him a Front Kick that threw him away and she was already behind to grab the back of his neck to force him to the ground before putting her knee on his back and starting to pull on his head to decapitate him when Esme came.

Esme: Leah...

Leah stopped to look at her for a bit before Esme shook her head slightly to ask her not to do that and she left Alistair on the ground as the woman's smile widened.

"You have become even more beautiful and stronger. Come on, I made some sandwiches for Rosalie but you must be hungry too" Esme said as the girl followed her and Seth who also liked Esme's sandwiches ran to join them.

Basically, Leah viscerally hated the Cullens but because of Jacob, she ended up liking them and especially Esme. (I recall that in Alice's vision, Leah sacrificed her life for Esmee in the crevasse).

"JACOB" Renesmee who had been woken up by his scent came down and ran towards him before he carried her in front of the others still shocked by what happened with Alistair, he couldn't understand what kind of wolves they were.

Carlisle: What you are going to do will change the lives of all these vampires Jacob, they will no longer be slaves to their thirsts for perhaps eternity. You have my eternal gratitude and certainly you will also have theirs.

"You should go prepare them and tell them what's going to happen." » Jacob said and Carlisle let him draw his blood.
