Lu Jinho

We turned around just to see a very small girl looking at us so innocently. But what was more shocking was that the door was completely shut and we didn't hear any sound of her coming in.

"Yahh! What are you doing here? How did you get in?"

Kali didn't say anything, she just kept looking at all of us.

"Well....are you gonna talk or have you suddenly gone mute?"

"Am I allowed to?"

I didn't understand why she would ask that, it is so obvious we are all waiting for her to speak.

"I know my mom asked me to help you but you really scare me".

After saying this, she look straight at me but when her eyes met mine, she immediately dropped her eyes. I opened my eyes in confusion and surprise.

"Me? Yahh....yahh yahh!! How can you say that huh? Come here, come here".

I saw her flinch backward but I still didn't understand why she saw me as scary.

"Shin Suri!"

"What?"

I turned around and looked at Joo Ah. When I turned around, both Joo Ah and Jagi were looking at me like they were disappointed but Jagi's face was saying something like 'are you being serious right now'.

Honestly, I still couldn't understand how she could make her expressions so clear when she was clearly an animal.

"What? Why are you guys looking at me like that?"

"Are you a fool? Isn't it obvious? You are scaring the hell out of the child!".

Because of how hard she screamed, I flinched a little. Then I turned back only to see the tiny thing almost peeing in her pants.

"Well, don't blame me, blame your mother".

After saying this, I went to sit on the bed but Jagi growled at me so I went to the couch instead.

"Come over here darling. Come on, don't be scared".

Joo Ah was trying to calm Kali down but as she kept coming closer, she could feel Shin Suri's face on her so she was still very scared. After a while, she got to the bed and ran towards Jagi where she felt the safest.

"Okay, listen little Kali, you must never tell anyone anything you hear us talking about okay? Can I trust you?"

The little girl simply nodded.

Lu Jinho kept going up and about in his room and this wasn't because he was thinking about what Yu Lei had told him earlier, this was because he was trying his best to stop himself from going to Shin Suri's room right now.

After a while, he couldn't help it anymore so he decided to just check up on her.

"Right, I can come up with an excuse on my way there".

When he got to the door, he tried opening it but for some reason, it was shut completely.

Shin Suri looked at the door like she was caught stealing meat from her mother's pot.

"Quick, hide".

After all three ladies hid, she scattered her hair making it look like she was sleeping. She went over to open the and when she saw Lu Jinho, she acted indifferently. She even yawned so he could know he came at a totally wrong time.

"What are you doing here, it's pretty late".

"Uhm that...."

'What is wrong with me? Even when she looks like this, I still find her extremely attractive. It's obvious I've lost it completely'.

'What is this? Why is he looking at me like that?'

"It's obvious you're tired. I'll just talk to you tomorrow".

After saying this, he left without looking back, and after he knew he was out of sight, he paused and gave out a sigh of relief.

Shin Suri kept looking at his retreating figure and when she couldn't see him anymore, she close the door while placing her back on it and gave out a really heavy sigh.

"That was Lu Jinho, what did he want?"

"Alright, that's it for tonight. Everyone out of my room".

I said this and pushed them all out.

As soon as I landed on my bed, I kept remembering how he kept looking at me. I kept reminiscing throughout the night, I just couldn't sleep. I decided to go out to get water to drink.

When I came out of my room, I noticed his study was open so I went in to see if he was inside.

The entire room was dark. I could barely see anything but then, I heard someone. I walked towards the sound and then, a small light from the table lamp came into sight. I saw Lu Jinho lying on the couch and he was breathing profusely while sweating so much.

"Lu Jinho, Lu Jinho!!"

I said this while kneeling by his side but the next thing I felt was his hand strangling me.
