I really like you

"Hey, stop it's just me".

I tried calming him down but it felt like my words were falling on deaf ears. I stretched out my hand and place it on his cheek and then, he looked at me. I could tell that he was beginning to come back to his senses.

"Lu Jinho, it's me, Shin Suri".

He pulled his hand away from my neck and stood up. He went out to the balcony and I followed him. With his back towards me, he let out a sigh.

"You should leave".

"I don't want to".

I already said what I said before thinking about how crazy I was sounding.

'Waww Shin Suri cheap much?'

He turned around to look at me and it looked like he was hoping I wouldn't leave. He went back to his study and sat on the couch. With his hands covering his head.

"You are not supposed to see me like this".

I went closer and sat next to him. I placed my hand on his back and began patting him.

"Shy much huh?"

He raised his head to look at me and chuckled. This is the first time I've seen him smile at me without looking like a serial killer and I have to admit that his smile looked very warm.

"Do you have to tease me right now?"

"What?! It feels nice so I'll do it whenever I have the opportunity to".

He chuckled again but this time, I didn't see his face clearly.

"You should go and rest, today was a pretty long day".

"Ahh, that's true". I stood up to leave.

"Goodnight then".

I began leaving but I heard him speak again.

"How...."

I turned back to look at him.

"How is your hand?"

I had totally forgotten that I was shot. The medication was pretty helpful and since it was a brush from the bullet I didn't lose too much blood.

"It's okay, might get rid of the bandages before three days".

He stood up and walked close to me.

"You should let it run its cause. He asked you to keep it on for three days so you should".

'You don't have to come so close to say that, it's not like I can't hear you or something'.

I kept looking him in the eyes while my thoughts were going haywire. Suddenly, he hugged me and whisper into my ear.

"Can you sleep with me tonight?"

I know he meant to sleep with him without any other ulterior motives but my entire body was feeling extremely sensitive. This guy was definitely doing a lot of damage to me. I didn't know when the word 'okay' came out of my mouth but it just did.

He looked at me and smiled and I honestly wish he would stop smiling because it was making me feel a lot more vulnerable than ever.

We went to his room and for some reason, I just kept following him without any reluctance. It was like my entire body wanted to be with him. I was really beginning to think that what I feel for him is much more than a simple flirty crush.

On getting to his room, I realized this was the first time I'd been here. We usually just meet in his study or the living room. I unconsciously swallowed hard and totally forgot to take in the looks of the room.

"Here, you can have the left side of the bed, I'll sleep on the right".

I nodded and went to the left. After lying down, I felt the other side of the bed sink but I just closed my eyes tightly and tried as much as possible to avoid doing anything I'd regret the next morning.

'Okay Shin Suri, the earlier you go to bed, the better for everyone'.

"Why aren't you asking me anything?"

When I heard this, I opened my eyes and turned around to look at him. He looks...calm and somewhat sad I guess.

"I felt my presence would be easier to bear than the experience or whatever it is you were going through".

"Does that mean you aren't curious?"

"I am. But I'm also really patient when it comes to things like this. I'm sure if you ever want to tell me, you will".

Lu Jinho already knew he liked her but now, he was sure there was no going back. He moved closer to her and wrapped his arms around her pulling her closer to himself.

"I really do like you Shin Suri".
