Oztown

Peter is setting things up at the farmhouse. He turns around and sees Almira, who had been a Witch all this time but he never once never expects it.

"Pete..."

But Peter walked away without saying a word.

Almira is feeling guilty but couldn't let it go as she follows him to his room. He slammed the door behind, Almira nearly got hit but stopped at the front.

"Pete..." She slowly knocks the door three times. "I want to say... I'm sorry."

Taking a deep breath while Peter continues on settling in.

"I didn't mean any of this to happen. I had no ill intention nor any deathly goal in play here. I'm just here, talking to you as a human being. Not a Witch. Not a casualty. Just a person, trying to talk to another."

Almira leans back-to-back to the door while Peter placed the chair next to the door, sitting on it as if he didn't want to hear it but decided to listen.

"For four years, I've known you and little Becky. When you first came to Oztown, all I saw was two little pups who ran stray from home. Far from home. So all I can do is help you out. From job to job, I ended up helping you because I feel sorry for both of you, and you two need to live a proper life."

Looking back at the Cauldron area then I had to mention it.

"When I first heard that she wanted to become a Magical Girl, I didn't want to interfere in her affairs. But I wanted to let her know that I never plan on hurting her. Even if she managed to get into the Academia, I was gonna let her be. But I will confess that if she was a Red Magical Girl, I might do something far worse. I'm no saint. I never say I was a saint to begin with, even though I had caused the divorce between the Harwoods. I never wanted to hurt Becky. If she was Blue, Green, Yellow or even Pink, I vow to never bring her harm. Since I value Dave and Ashley like a step family, even though Ashley and I don't really get along for good reason. When Dave said that both she and Becky are coming up on trying to make crime happen for Becky to get involved. I didn't mind it since they're small petty crimes. But the only time I would have gotten involved if they were gonna bring in serious crime was if they brought actual killers and sexual predators into town. That's how far I'm willing to aid her, but when Dorothy and Becky first met and fought, I didn't think any of this would happen. I just wanted both of them to have separate but healthy lives."

Almira continues to plead her heart out to Peter.

"It's alright that you hate me. I'm a Witch after all. I'm meant to be the villain of the status quo."

Almira leaves Peter alone in his room, making her way outside.

Dorothy is looking over at the construction of Oztown while wearing her Maleficent outfit.

"What on Earth have I done?"

Dorothy thinks to herself as she watches with the sense of dread in the air.

Almira walked up to her then sat next to her. Observing and impressed with her look.

"Maleficent. Such an interesting choice." She complimented Dorothy's look.

"It's not really my choice, but a choice for me." Dorothy replied. "But I didn't mind it."

"So you're planning on attending the Magical Girl Academia?" Almira questions her while showing her a recommendation letter. "I honestly doubt it's the real thing, but forging a Magical Girl letter is a crime. So I doubt you would be part of this scam." She passed over the letter to Dorothy.

She gives it a read. "Why on Earth would I get this?"

"I think whoever the Magical Girls that got involved here must have said something to the AWM before the destruction."

Dorothy is surprised with the letter. "I have no intention of becoming a Magical Girl, but seeing how corrupt the system is, on both sides, I need to make a difference."

Almira is curious. "And that is...?"

"I will become both." Dorothy answered. "But first, can I ask you about a certain Witch. Do you know about the Witch named Sandra Black?"

"You mean Cassie? Not much I know about her, but she does tend to have a motherly figure but hasn't done business with her at all." Answered then asked. "Why?"

"Because she's both Olivia and Belle Mentor." Dorothy sat back.

"Belle? Is that another Apprentice Witch you met?" Almira is looking around.

"She's a Magical Vigilante, but she's a reborn Witch like myself." Dorothy revealed which shocked Almira. "And we made a deal, and she became a member of my Guild."

"A deal? What kind of deal?" Almira asked as she made herself a shot of whiskey.

"Both of us were gonna become a Magical Queen and Plague Witch. With her for the former, and me as the latter. Only Ollie and Abbie are the only ones who know about this." Dorothy remembered the dead bodies around Mary's place. "I have a question about the Bloody Mary method on making Witches."

"Is it the bathtub?" Almira asked which shocked Dorothy.

"How did you...?"

"Because this isn't the first time she has done this." Almira pulls out a picture of another victim of Mary's. "She had been trying to create a new kind of Witches, but only to be overwhelmed due of black magic."

"Then how did Becky...?"

"Because she had been exposed by the Magical Girl Locket. At least that's my only explanation. Anything else, she tried dead girls, healthy girls, sick girls, white girls, black girls, Hispanic girls, you name it, she tried it. Not one of them aren't Vigilantes or Magical Girls. At least in all the times I have known her."

Dorothy looks at Almira. "You seem close to her. She did talk about you."

Almira slightly shakes her head back and forth. "Not really. We were mentored by the Witch who made us. Necro Mercer."

"Necro Mercer? Another Salem Witch?"

"No." Almira shakes her head. "A Plague Witch."

Dorothy is shocked. "You already met Jackson, so I'm hoping that's as far as you'll ever meet a Plague Witch. But seeing this letter, and if you're planning on going, then you're gonna meet Witches that are powerful as her. And unlike seeing this destruction from Jackson, they'll be far more subtle but more calculating than her."

"How many?" Dorothy asked.

"Five. There's always five."

"Why Five?"

"People believe that all Witches are associated with the Devil, so five Plague Witches are the tips of an upside down pentagram. While the five point star, upwards, represents the Five Magical Queens. Don't know why, but it has always been that way for the past 40 years. And your goal is to take both spots?" Almira continues to question Dorothy's goal.

"I honestly don't know how to do this. But it's something that me and Belle agreed on, I had to do this. See this through to the end." Dorothy seems determined, but Almira isn't.

"You ain't the first to do this. One of the Plague Witches, Hikura Asuna. She is located in Paris, due to having a political meeting with one of the Queens."

Dorothy is confused. "How is she a Plague Witch?"

"Hikura has always been an odd one, due to the fact that us Witches will use deceitful tactics in order to stay alive and stay ahead of the curve. Most of us are questioning her on how she managed to have the power to match a Queen and the other Plague Witches. If you wanna achieve this goal, I won't stop you nor hold you back. Marge will be in a different situation, but I know her for years, so she will let this go by. She should be located at one of the fancy hotels." Almira passed over a postcard.

"Are you friends with her?"

"Oh no. Not even close, but she does show up at the Coven Meetings, which you'll have to take part of. If not, you'll be sold out to the Magical Girls or be killed by us."

"I understood." Almira stood up then pulled a construction hat. "So when is the next meeting?"

"Don't know, but you'll know. You and the rest of the Wicked Witches will find out." Almira stood up then transformed their outfits to construction worker attires.

"Right." Dorothy nods as she glides down as she's standing while Almira looks over at the farmhouse then decides to walk down instead.

As Dorothy continues to look at the destruction, her Wicked Witches are covering her up by keeping the construction workers occupied.

Dorothy made her way into a house that had been occupied by the Witches, including Marge.

"Where's Mira?" She asked Dorothy.

"Walking down."

"Guess she needs to adjust the situation." Marge continued with the hammering.

"Does this happen to her?" Dorothy asked.

"A couple times. But she always says that the Plague is by far worse than any kind of assault. I can't really blame her, because knowing a certain day you're supposed to die is far worse than the death that comes after. Torture is another way, but torture is only inflicted to those who want something." Marge answered as she looked over the blueprints.

"Does something scare you?" Dorothy asked which Abbie was afraid of the answer.

Marge looks around then points at a book of Witches.

"A Witch Hunt. All I remember from it, from false claims, was the torture. I was asking God to help me. Asking Jesus to save me from days of torture. Raped. My sisters were killed from a Witch Hunt because they're afraid that they were born as Witches like me. But for five days, seeing horrors that I couldn't even help any of my sisters, I just accepted death, hoping it comes swiftly for them. And when the Devil came, she made me into a Witch. I had spent 40 long years after I was reborn into a Witch, killing every last one of those relatives from my village. Wipe it out of the face of the Earth. But whenever I hear that Witch Hunt is still a thing, I'm just afraid of it. And seeing Magical Girls, remind me of those people who torture me."

Marge angrily glared to see Magical Girls then calmed down.

"But, I did live up to my Witch status during Her Majesty's reign. When I was ordered by Alex herself, I accepted in front but turned my back once I'm out of her view. Because my Mentor was the one who was behind the Ripper's case. I turned a blind eye from her while turning back on Alex herself. I lie after lie in front of Alex's face."

Marge placed the hammer down. "As of right now, I'm just staying put till I'm provoked."

"Do you want to take some time off then?" Dorothy asked.

"I'll go see Mira then. I could use some time away from the subject." Marge takes a quick look at Abbie who turned back at Dorothy. Walking up to her then held her shirt to say something in her ear. "I will only go along with this suicide mission of yours, but if anything happen to Abbie, I'll kill both you and Mira. Because I've lost enough Apprentices to the Magical Girls. You got me, Glinda, the Northern Good Witch?"

"Crystal."

Marge let go then walked out to meet Mira from the Yellow Brick Bridge.

The Wicked Witches continue to work on a house on their own.

"Hey!" A familiar voice spoke up to Dorothy that gave her some feels. Jackie Kingston, the man that Dorothy saved from his suicide attempt.

Walking up to Dorothy.

"Oh crap!" Dorothy said to herself, fearing that he knows who she is.

"How are you doing?" He asked as Dorothy was afraid.

Olivia, Makayla, and Abbie are preparing to strike, but Dorothy shaked her head.

"I'm doing well. Just coming back to help out on the construction." Dorothy smiled.

"Well that's what I expect from Glinda the Northern Good Witch." Jackie said which made the Wicked Witches on heels and ready to strike.

"First thing..."

"I'm not gonna tell, nor am I afraid of who you are. Seeing you trying to fix up my town, convinced me enough to trust you." Jackie offers a handshake.

Dorothy accepted, which calmed the others down. "First off, I want to apologise for what I brought here. Because I had no intention of creating such destruction."

"I know. Since I heard that the MGKs had attacked this place, over a Magical Bounty." Jackie replied while knowing about the Bounty.

"How much do you know?" Makayla seemed suspicious.

"It's quite famous, and the MGK only posted them up in the Deep Web with identities exposed. But I used the public site where they only reveal the location, then Vigilante Locket, and the price." Jackie answered.

"Sounds about right." Makayla continued to work afterwards. "How do you know about the Deep Web stuff?"

"Part of my problem before I met Glinda here." Jackie answered, then looked around. "What happened to Becky? She would had been one of the first ones to help out on whatever stuff she tend to break."

"She'll be out of commission, at least till Christmas." Dorothy answered. "I hope."

"Right!" He seems to understand but not the context. "You need some help?"

"I would love that." Dorothy smiled.

As they're all working together, Jackie had an interesting question.

"You said you know Oscar Marvel, right?"

Dorothy nods as she's hammering and nailing. "I know him. Why?"

"Well it seems that he's Charlie and I's great grandfather." Oscar revealed.

Dorothy looks at him, observes and comments. Uncomfortable to comment, but had to say it. "I'm guessing that it's either his child or grandchild must had been the rebellious one."

"Grandma Dorothy."

Dorothy felt uncomfortable even more. "He named his daughter after me? He may have been a good friend, but as a person, that can be questionable in today's standards."

"Oh!" Jackie was shocked. "I've been told that G.G. Oscar is a great man."

"Then Dorothy must have been sugarcoating it." Dorothy looks at him. "Because he does have a racial mindset here and there, and I don't really believe that he's no Pvt. Roger Stevens from the General USA comics."

"Do you?"

"We're all going to sensitive training school." All four of them reply at the same time.

Jackie looks confused over Makayla. "Why you, girl?"

"Mostly homophobia. I'm from the 80's." Makayla answered. "And rehab."

"I finally understood about the cocaine." Dorothy looks disappointed at Makayla. "You're gonna kick that out of your system, Kayla."

"I know, I know. But growing up in the streets as an underage hoe, it tends to numb out the pain." Makayla said with a disapproving tone.

"So how has a new Witch been born? Because I thought you all would at least different from what the school tells us." Jackie asked.

"We stay inside a Cauldron for an unknown amount of time, and we break out like a chicken and just wake up to a new world. We're all reborn this year. We're all from different time periods." Abbie explains while checking the dirt.

Jackie nods and amused. "What do you think about this time period?"

Each one replies differently.

Dorothy, "Like what Pvt. Stevens says; food is a lot better."

Abbie, "Internet. Very useful, I can learn from what I missed."

Ollie, "Music is hit and miss, but very unique and so many have a favourite."

Kayla, "So many opportunities for us Black people. I feel like I can do anything, but I'll admit society problems do linger from my time period."

Jackie seemed interested. "You seem like a fun group to hang around with."

Both Johnny and Darian just enter the area to help them out.

Jackie is trying to keep things under his breath but both Dorothy and Ollie let him know that they're their Familiars.

Both Darian and Johnny argue on who can have the second best cat bed in the tree house, since the best bed belongs to Serena.

She had entered behind them. "I hate stray cats." She shakes her head.

Almira and Marge enter the area with the Witches as Oscar went to Officer Harwood to aid with the work.

"Mrs. Green. I just learned an uncomfortable reveal, but quite flattering in a creepy way."

Almira looks at Jackie then back to Dorothy then knows what she's talking about. "Ah! So Jackie reveals that he's part of the Marvel Family?"

"You knew, but didn't want to say anything?" Dorothy walked up to her.

"You wouldn't believe me if Oscar's daughter, Dorothy, was rebellious against him and married a coloured person."
