After a few days of the Battle of Oztown. Peter Wolfe is looking horrified as he's across the room of the now fixed up farmhouse that the Wicked Witches had built with her Guild sitting next to her and their Familiars. Darien and Johnny are sitting on their Master's laps.
The light casted behind the Wicked Witches to hide their identities but not blinding to Peter.
Serena is next to Peter, comforting him.
"So..." He leans down as he's looking down to a see through spell that lets Peter see a Cauldron that's underneath them. "My little sister is there?" Pointing down.
"That's correct. Part of our deal." Dorothy is taking under her Glinda's voice with her face obscured as the other Witches.
"Will my sister... still be my little sister?" Begging for an answer that he wanted to hear.
"She shall still be your little sister. Through strict guidance and training, she'll even be one of the best Witches to change everything."
"Change?" Peter continues to be in denial. "How can she bring change?"
"By joining me and my Guild on changing both systems. The system of both Witches and Magical Girls. No more bloodshed. No more war over who's powerful. Living in a world where we can all just compromise and tolerate one another, in peace."
"So your goal is World Peace where everyone is accepting?" Peter questions the world's ideals.
"Acceptance might take longer, but it will be on the progress list. Actually, from the Battle of Oztown, I had learned that no one can accept each other for who they are till I met Belle. All I can offer is tolerance at first. They're completely different beings. And it was your sister's bravery of tolerance of me, her mortal enemy, to come with the terms. I shall help her guide through the Magical Girl Academia as my Guild here will have a choice to follow or observe."
"Wait? Can my sister fulfil her dream of being a Pink Magical Girl?" Peter asked with such hype. "And how? She's..." didn't want to look down but points, "Down there."
"She will be reborn within Christmas, by the time the closing Acceptive Results will take place. The story behind it is that I shall claim that I had kidnapped her, to a certain degree and managed to escape from captivity. And my friend here, um..." Dorothy couldn't come up with a name but a codename. "Scarecrow," Makayla looked dumbfounded that she's the Scarecrow. "Will deliver us a couple of former MGK members, and us four in a video to make her look good."
"So you four, fifth being my sister, are conspiring on both sides?" Peter is trying to understand.
"That's correct."
"And who are those two?" Peter points at Ollie and Makayla.
"This is Lionesse and Tinwoman", Ollie and Makayla respectively.
"So does my sister get a fancy nickname?" Peter rolled his eyes.
"Toto." Dorothy answered. "These names are to prevent our real identities."
"So you two are planning on being in the Magical Girl Academia?" Peter points at both Becky and Dorothy.
"Correct."
"Actually," Ollie leans forward. "I shall guard our boss here from any trouble from the inside, while both Tinwoman and Scarecrow will keep us up to whatever the Witches are doing."
"As a former MGK, I should know how their tactics work but going across the world for a school, it's risky since if it was an American school, I can protect them and guide the other MGK away." Makayla added.
"This is a suicide mission for us five here, but we're all up for the task." Abbie said.
"Are you four trying to cast a spell on me?" Peter asked as he held Serena tightly.
"No. I don't do those kinds of spells." Dorothy took a drink of her tea.
"Any side effects?" Peter continues to be concerned about the situation.
"Sadly, she does show signs of being a Salem Witch but we'll be helping her on guiding through it. And she'll be doing spells that will get out of control, so we'll help her on controlling it and get her a Wand. She'll learn how to master the art of Wicked Magic."
Peter looks around as he's worried about the situation with a heavy heart. "I'm not gonna lie, I don't really believe you after the shit that happened to my home back there. When I got the news and was expecting the worst would be that she would be dead, but seeing her becoming everything she had sworn to fight against. I just feel like I have died with my sister."
"There's no need to feel like that, we can still aid."
"But that's not what I'm worried about the most after this." Peter stares at Dorothy who's not feeling well due to the situation. "It's the fact that now she'll be hunted down like a wild dog. And seeing the aftermath of our once home, I'm afraid that she'll end up dead from the Anti-Witch Military or a Magical Girl. I know she could handle herself against a Vigilante, but an actual Magical Girl? No." Shaking his head.
"Then what do you want in the end?" Ollie asked a shaken Peter.
"Not this. Not dying out there. I just want her to be my little sister. Someone who I can live freely with has an actual life that isn't driven in a delusional dream where Serena and I have been telling that ain't gonna happen. I was willing to support her to a certain point. But..." Shaking his head. "I just want her home."
"And home..." Dorothy stood up and revealed herself to Peter. "Is where she'll be." Walking up to her and taking a knee in front of him. Holding his hand with comfort. "I promise you that whatever happens to her, and if she ever is in trouble, we'll be there to protect her. Unlike all of us here, our families are gone. Long gone, but you're still here to be with her. You too can help us by helping her in this new way of life."
Peter felt warm as he slowly nodded. "Alright then." Come to terms of the idea. "And will she really be here by Christmas?"
"Yes."
Dorothy stood up and walked up to the desk with Darien. He grabbed the card and placed it in Dorothy's hand.
"I know that Scarecrow, Lionesse, and Tinwoman don't want to reveal, but I'm willing to tell you mine." Dorothy walked up to Peter as she passed her a card that is a confirmation of residency document. "My name is Dorothy Gardner. Born in a small farmhouse not too far from here, also reborn as a Witch from there. I had a family that died in a tornado. I was a childhood friend of a lone scientist named Oscar Marvel, founder of Oztown. And I, the Apprentice of Almira Green the Wicked Witch of West. Unlike me, I gave Becky a choice and willingly agreed. And if I did lose, I would have brought both myself and Almira down in order to make her dreams come true."
"You said you were my sister's mortal enemy, right?" Dorothy nods. "Then does that make you Glinda the Northern Good Witch?"
"I am the same."
"I have one important question that baffles both of us; why did you spare my sister from death the first time around?"
"I spare her because I didn't want to kill her. Nor deceive her with any kind of tricks. Like your sister being a new Vigilante, I was a new Witch at that time who didn't know how to use her own Magic. And sparing her, is perhaps my biggest accomplishment not as a Witch but as a human being in general."
Peter took one deep breath then stood up to offer her a handshake. "Then accept my condition."
"Name it."
"If anything happens to my sister. If she's in trouble, get her out of it. If she's been captured, bring her home. If she's... dead, then bring yourself into the authorities to make up for the trouble you brought upon us."
Dorothy accepted the handshake. "I can't promise you about my Guild, but I alone can. As Glinda the Northern Good Witch, I will honour this agreement."
Peter pulls her in for a hug and crying, while slowly going down to his knees.
Dorothy slowly joined him, comforting him then placing her Witch's hat on him.
"I promise you till my bitter end, Peter."
