Reinforcements

Half an hour before the arrival of the three captains on the Emerald Isle. 

On the island of Seafoam in the city of Zadrige. Captain Ryoichi awaits the arrival of Captain Nagasawa and Captain Aibara. Along with her lieutenant Serenity Bishop close by her side. 

The doors open.

"You called for us Head Captain?" Sho asks.

"For you to have us come at once it must be important," Itsuki asks. 

"Yes, it is to discuss a dire situation at hand have a seat."

The two captains sit in their respective spots of five and eight.

"You both are well aware of the mission assigned to Captain Kaneda and Captain Paige correct?" Ryoichi says. 

"Yes," both respond. 

"I believe they will need some assistance," Ryoichi says.

"But the mission already has Aeon Class mages why send more?" Sho asks. 

"I agree with Captain Aibara on this one there are two very formidable opponents for anyone, especially Kaneda. Also given the fact that the Seven Virtues are there, they should succeed" Itsuki adds. 

"Yes, both of you are correct but remember what this mission is for. The Crystal of Life is one of the three empowering artifacts that could reshape our universe and create a new one. You wouldn't think 7 Demon Lords wouldn't put all their assets into retrieving it? Hence the reason why I called you both is so we can gauge the situation at hand and how many mages we need to send there. " Ryoichi states. 

"True," Itsuki asks.

"What is the situation right now?" Sho asks. 

"Serenity dear"

"Yes, ma'am" Serenity responds and steps forward. 

VOOM

A map displays the island and the location of all the mages location on it as well as their energy levels and magical energy being outputted within the area. 

"As you can see here the majority of the mages have finished and successfully defeated their opponents in battle. Captain Kaneda and Lieutenant Tetsuo seem to have just finished their battle. 

"Wow that's surprising Tetsuo actually showed up alongside Kaneda you don't see that every day"

"I feel sorry for Kaneda they always seem to bicker and have a bad relationship with one another. I hope they are fine now"

"Well let's assume there good. For now.

The three chuckle.

"Hmm they seem fine but some things not sitting right with me" Ryoichi questions in her head. 

The screen flashes.

The energy of the room shifts as it was once filled with laughter.

"What happened Tetsuo's energy level went down quickly," Itsuki says. 

"Captain. A new enemy revealed themselves." Serenity says urgently. "Judging by the magical energy being outputted it seems to be one of the Demon Lords." Serenity states.

"Can you identify which one?" Ryoichi wonders.

"No, I sadly can't," Serenity says. 

VOOM

A purple circle appears on the projected screen as magical energy begins to build up. 

The three Captains look in surprise. 

"Kaneda" Ryoichi says softly.

"He's using Supreme Magic right now," Itsuki says.

"He's fighting a Demon Lord right after another battle," Sho says. 

VOOM

Again the screen turns purple as it picks up another big output of Magical Energy. 

"Captain am picking up another big source of magical energy in the city of Bellanoir." Serenity says. 

"It appears to be three of the Virtues," Ryoichi says.

"We should head there-" Sho says. 

"Wait. They have successfully defeated their enemy." Serenity reassures the Captains. 

"Hm maybe we shouldn't head down to the Emerald Isle," Sho says.

"Maybe but it'll be good to check up on them" Itsuki reiterates. 

All watch the map Serenity displays.

"Hold on something wrong" Ryoichi looks closer.

"Are my eyes deceiving me but are Kanedas ME is depleting little by little."

"Now that you mention it appears it is"

VOOM

"Shit it went down by a chunk," Sho says. 

VOOM

"Another development it seems Everett C. Sage and Mae Takeo are engaging in a fight as well" Serenity adds.

"We should-" Sho about to speak a sentence. 

VOOM

The two's ME disappears suddenly.

"Huh" 

"What happened?" Itsuki asks.

"There Magical Energy disappeared," Sho says.

"Serenity send us to the Emerald Isles immediately," Ryoichi demands.

"But ma'am what about the headquarters?" Serenity says.

"Have both Captain Aibara and Captain Nagasawa lieutenants be brought here once we leave. Report out an emergency rescue mission to the other Captains. And do not let anyone else come to the Emerald Isle without consulting it with me." Ryoichi in an authoritative manner says. 

"YES MAAM on it"

"Captain Aibara and Captain Nagasawa save Captain Kaneda at the top of the Emerald Path."

"Understood," Sho says.

"Alright, I never fought a Demon Lord before," Itsuki says. 

"Neither have I should be fun-" Sho responds.

"And dangerous we gotta be on the top of our game Captain Aiabara," Itsuki says.

"Of course, we must watch for one another." Sho reassures her.

VOOM

Captain Kaneas ME is drastically depleting. 

The three stand from their seats.

"Serenity send them now."

"Readying teleportation in 10 seconds."

"Remember save Captain Kaneda. Defeat or make the enemy retreat. Report and rendezvous with the rest of them when this is done. Be cautious as the enemy you fight is unknown.  " 

"Yes," both Captains respond before heading off.

The two captains get sent off to the Emerald Path.

VOOM

Everett and Mae's ME reappear.

"Captain it's bad both Everett and Mae's Me have been nearly depleted. Oh -"

Two more ME's reappear on the screen.

"It looks to be two virtues. The Princess Alice Alexandria and Dillia Drake" Serenity says.

VOOM

"They both have been apprehended fast"

"Send me there at once" Ryoichi demands.

"Yes, and be safe Captain" Serenity says.

VOOSH

Present Time.

The Head Captain battles the Leader of the Order of the 7

"Head Captain Nozomi Ryoichi it's an honor to be in your presence" Luxk remarks.

"Thank you I must take you the one leading this mission," Ryoichi asks.

"I may or-"

VRMM

Luxk appears behind the Head Captain. 

"Or may not"

DODGE

"Are you a puppet being controlled by a master" Ryoichi wonders as she easily dodges all of Luxk's advances.

"I am my own master I have a purpose and will carry it out." Luxk responds. 

Luxks proceed to deliver a shadow shot with his blade. 

POOSH

Again Ryoichi dodges as she scoffs. 

"No weapon? Luxk asks.

"Mage like you don't deserve to see it" Ryoichi responds.

"It's alright" Luxk sends out his chains made in the shadows.

DODGE 

"Well, dodging  won't do you any good either!"

The chains there emerge from the shadow that Ryoichi makes. 

FWOOP

Ryoichi materializes into light as she escapes the attack. 

"Wow, Your title suits you," Luxk says. 

"No need for the flattering what is your intention?" Ryoichi asks.

"You should know the grand mission but for now-"

VRMM

"retrieving this girl is my current objective "

FWOOP

BAM

Ryoichi delivers a light-speed kick that Luxk blocks with his blade. Luxk staggers back a bit.

Ryoichi's leg is covered and seems to be made of pure energy or light. 

"So it's her whole body that can turn into pure light. What a match-up I have." Luxk thinks to himself. 

"Am giving you two options escape or die," Ryoichi says.
