Clean

The day started out as normal as it could be. Lyle woke up, cleaned the room and dressed the bed before going to the bathroom to take a shower. After he finished showering, he went to the bedroom window and watched as Raizel made his way to the stone memorial tablet.

He sat before the memorial tablet and took out a prayer bead. Low Buddhist chanting left Raizel's mouth as his hands remained folded in a seal. It was gentle to the ear and extremely calming.

Lyle looked up to the sky. If there was indeed a Buddha in heaven, he would love listening to the prayers of Raizel, wouldn't he? How lucky!

He did not make any single noise, letting the sutra cleanse his heart. This place made him feel very clean both outside and within. Even though Lyle knew that was unreal, he still indulged heavily in that feeling.
