Betrayal Got Exposed
" Enilese , Joseph asked everyone in the hall ." Selina called out .
" This early ! why ? " Enilese asked in a sleepy voice .
" You will know after going there . So are you coming or not ? " Selina feined anger , " I'm leaving ."
" Wait.... I'm also coming ." Enilese rubbed her eyes and got up unhappily .

" Lucas is missing since last night . He has not answered any calls or texts . So it's a serious matter . Does any of you know where he went or what happened to him ? " Joseph's deep voice filled the hall .
" No , leader . " everybody answered in unison .
" Yes " a dry voice said .
Immediately everyone's attention shifted from Joseph to Brad , the right hand man of Joseph .
" Where is he ? Did you assign him any job ? "
" No , but it seems he had assigned some job himself . "
" What do you mean ? "
" Yesterday evening , I heard him passing our information to someone over the phone . "
A shock wave passed over the hall , everyone started whispering about the news. Brad continued , " He was planning to meet someone yesterday ..and then he went out . "
Joseph bocame furious , " Treachery ! I will kill that bastard ... bring him here at any cost . "
" Why didn't you confront him then and there Brad ? Pierce , a young member retroted with anger .
Brad calmly replied , " I wanted to follow him but at the last moment something came up . And everyone had specific job yesterday . So I thought , when he would return I would confront him , but he didn't return thereafter . "
" But why didn't he return yet , even if he had betrayed us , he should have returned by now . " said Rain . Rain was the only woman who managed her position in the decision bench .
Enilese said , " What if those people had done something to him ? "
" That's not something you should be worried about . And any way you can not help with anything . " Rain said glaring at Enilese . Enilese looked away .
Selina comforted her , " Don't mind , you know she's a bit proud .."
" I don't mind ." she replied .
" Pierce , Erika , Aiden , Rilley , go and find Lucas as soon as possible ." saying this Joseph turned his heels and walked out of the room .
