After taking care of the first archer skeleton, I encountered more in varying levels along with some warriors from the previous dungeon level that seemed to have gotten an upgrade because they could use mana now, although it was just a little bit to make their swords sharper.

I carried on battling these skeletons until I reached level 10 and seemed to have invoked the mini boss for this level, as the piles of bones from my previous battles all grouped up together and formed a giant skeleton with green flaming energy forming in its eye sockets.

I used Observe to get a read on what this thing is.

Ok, so this will probably be my most difficult bad for the night. Let me check my status and plan accordingly.

Well, with that high of an hp, maybe I should put a few more stat points into my Int stat so that my mana reserves can match.

Before I could fully decide on distributing my stat points, the skeletal giant sent a breath of green fire my way. I used Telekinesis to redirect the fire and send it back at the giant with added force, knocking the tall skeleton on its back.

That fire attack was 200 damage. It's a good thing I redirected it. So I could probably repeat this to knock down its health and then end it with TK Bomb.

I was taken out of my inner planning when the giant grabbed ahold of me and squeezed.

"Ah, fuck, that hurt," I coughed out.

I concentrated on the hand that was holding me and used Telekinesis to will it to open up. I fell, but I used my power to slow down my fall to the ground.

I gathered my Psionic Energy and shot a TK Bomb at the rib cage of the giant.

The explosion knocked it back into some buildings, destroying them as it toppled over.

Ugh, I should've put more into that attack. I decided to use another TK Bomb while it was still down.

It was a rhetorical question system, but thank you for reminding me it's a tank.

I roll my eyes at the system and focus back on my fight to see the giant getting back up.

The giant, now missing its entire rib cage, expelled a torrent of green flames at me again. As I did before, I took control of the attack with Telekinesis, but instead of sending it back right away, I charged it up with Psionic Energy until it gained a pink hue over the green.

With the attack ready, I sent it back at the giant and aimed for the skull.

Critical Hit!

The attack destroyed the skull and the rest of the giant crumble until all that was left was bone dust, a potion, and a glowing green crystal.
