As I finally got to the Danger Room, the drones were already attacking Kurt and Toad.

"Try getting Kurt and Todd out of the way, I'll take care of the drones," Scott commanded.

"Alright," I said as I used my Telekinesis and moved Kurt and Todd out of the way of a blast from the drones and over to us.

Scott turned a dial on his visor and let loose two blasts that crashed into the neck of the drones, causing the heads to pop out of the machinery and power down the rest of it.

"Nice shooting, tex," I said to Scott.

"Now, Todd, you feel like telling us why you infiltrated the institute?" Scott questioned the frog-like mutant, who looked really nervous.

After taking Todd to the professor and having him questioned, the professor sent him off with no memory of being here. And like Charles fashion, he didn't tell us why or how Todd got into the mansion, he just told us good job and everything will be handled.

With our task finished, we all went back to our rooms to get a good night's sleep, but not me. I wasn't feeling tired yet, so I decided to finally do something I was putting off for a few months.

A/N: I'm still not that good with doing fight scenes, so the dungeon will be briefly talked about in the next chapter for the time being. Sorry, this one is so short. The next two chapters I'm working on will be longer than this.
