A week had passed since Sasuke had sneaked back to Konoha and had been placed under Kurama's tutelage along with Naruto.

Tsunade(2) was a bit skeptical about the situation, but after having a little talk with Kurama and coming to an agreement, she agreed to the return of the young Uchiha traitor.

Naruto(2) was a bit confused with the appearance of his strange new training partner, but after feeling a strange little connection with him, he nodded and continued training not caring about anything but getting stronger, and his new relationship with Hinata.

Kushina was happy to see how her son now had a girlfriend, more so when he blushed at the jokes she made to make him embarrassed.

Hinata(2) had also gone into training, she was under the command of her counterpart because she was the best qualified to train her.

During this time, Kurama hadn't heard from Itachi or Kisame, though it wasn't as if he was in a hurry to tell them to speed up preparations.

The Uzumaki family was quickly adapting to their new home and was even getting more and more acquainted with the different clans, who were still surprised to see so many familiar faces.

But that wasn't all that had happened, no, another detail needed to be highlighted, and that was that Orochimaru was starting to lose his patience.

". . ." - Orochimaru was scowling as he tried again to influence Sasuke with his Cursed Seal, but to his growing irritation, nothing was having any effect.

He knew that his young apprentice was alive and well thanks to the seal he had placed on his neck thanks to his bite, that's why he wasn't worried about Sasuke's safety, but with all the days that had passed, something told him that something had changed inside his apprentice.

"We still haven't heard from Sasuke-kun?" - Orochimaru asked as he looked at Kabuto neutrally.

"No, my lord" - replied Kabuto as he shook his head - "Our spies haven't been able to find any information about Sasuke's whereabouts either."

"That means he's still in Konoha, possibly with that strange woman who has the appearance of his mother" - muttered Orochimaru as he fiddled with the pencils on his desk - "We haven't gotten any information about the 'Uzumaki family' either, have we?"

"Negative" - Kabuto answered seriously - "Every spy who tries to get close, ends up being killed by someone unknown."

Orochimaru again frowned as he began to feel his plans begin to fall apart by an unknown group who had no information at all except for the appearance of some of them.

"Should we send Karin?" - Kabuto asked as he ducked his head - "If they are indeed part of the Uzumaki clan, then sending someone from their clan as a spy would be the best idea because they would let their guard down."

"It's a good plan, but at the same time it's a bit risky" - Orochimaru replied as he tapped his desk with his finger in irritation - "We don't know the real reason for Sasuke's disappearance, and with how obsessed Karin is of him, I wouldn't be surprised if she did something stupid in the middle of the mission"

"I'm sorry, my lord, I didn't think of that" - Kabuto replied as he ducked his head again.

"Don't apologize, it's a good plan, although it needs a little polishing" - replied Orochimaru as he started to think - "By the way, is there any movement on Akatsuki's part?"

"Negative, they seem to ignore anything currently related to the Kyubi Jinchuriki" - replied Kabuto while frowning - "Is that so they don't want to reveal any kind of information to prevent it from being discovered."

"I see" - muttered Orochimaru as he started to think - "I guess we'll just have to do it ourselves"

"What do you have planned, Orochimaru-sama?" - Kabuto asked as he raised an eyebrow because he was confused.

"Simple, we'll infiltrate Konoha again so we can find our little partner" - said Orochimaru as his eyes glittered with viciousness - "In the process, we'll try to capture some of those women so we can do a few experiments."

"I don't think that's a good idea, my lord" - replied Kabuto while ducking his eyes - "Whatever is protecting that family, it's strong, very strong."

"I know, that's why we have some preparations to make" - replied Orochimaru as a sadistic smile appeared on his lips - "Kukuku ~"

"Whatever they saw in Konoha, it had to have been something dangerous" - Zetsu said as he looked at Pain and Tobi with a neutral expression on his strange face - "Possibly they don't even remember if they interacted with that stranger"

"It's a little upsetting to know that there's a new problem for our plans, but I don't think it's as serious as you think" - said Tobi as he put aside his childish attitude.

"No matter how strong that stranger is, he can't compare to the power of a god" - replied Pain neutrally while Konan kept her silence.

"This is serious, leader" - said Zetsu seriously - "According to the report my spy was able to give before he died, that stranger has a power superior to yours."

A deep silence pervaded the place while those present looked at each other, after all, this was something almost impossible to believe.

"How sure are you of this?" - Tobi asked seriously as he looked at his colleague.

"100% sure" - Zetsu answered as he shivered while recalling the despair-filled memories of his clone moments before he died - "I only managed to see a silhouette next to different colored eyes."

Zetsu wouldn't admit it, but something deep inside him told him to stay away from that thing.

"I still can't believe it" - Pain said while frowning - "No matter how you look at it, someone stronger than a god can't exist."

Konan was about to say something but decided to keep silent because she knew it would only make things worse.

"I guess we'll have to save the Kyubi for last for now, though it doesn't change our plans much" - Tobi said as he started to think - "Tell me, what's the probability that this unknown man will ruin our plans?"

"I'm not sure, though the odds are not very high" - Zetsu replied while shaking his head - "After all, he doesn't know what we plan to do"

"We'd better leave this for another time, now we'd better go capture the Ichibi" - Pain said while shaking his head - "As Madara said, this doesn't affect our plans at all"

"I still say that we better investigate this seriously" - said Zetsu while frowning because the appearance of this strange man, was something that brought him a bad feeling as if he was being slowly trapped in a spider web - "Ok, I'm going to go inform Sasori and Deidara to get ready to leave, although Itachi and Kisame should stay at the base because they could ruin our plans if they are being influenced by the stranger"

Pain said nothing in response to this, though this itself showed that he accepted Zetsu's proposal.

"I just hope those two idiots don't ruin it" - Tobi said as he remembered the fights Sasori and Deidara had about their 'art', and how they would meddle from time to time in their missions"

"Perfect, this concludes today's training" - Kurama said as he watched as Naruto(2) and Sasuke were stretched out on the ground with all their faces transpiring.

The training was hard but efficient. The two young men were getting considerably stronger with each passing day.

"Ugh, this hurts like hell" - Naruto(2) muttered as he groaned in pain - "God, it feels like my whole body is about to break."

". . ." - Sasuke just kept silent as he watched the white-haired man closely with enormous respect, after all, no one had trained him so efficiently and in such a short time.

"If you keep it up, you can start with phase two of your training" - Kurama said as he nodded with a smile on his face - "Naruto, you can start with your Senjutsu training."

"Great!" - Naruto(2) exclaimed with excitement.

"As for you, you will be able to train with your Mangekyo" - Kurama continued as Sasuke nodded calmly.

"Mangekyo, what's that?" - Naruto(2) asked as he tilted his head in confusion.

"It's the Kekkei Genkai that our friend has" - said Kurama while deciding that he had better not reveal Sasuke's identity.

"Come to think of it, I still don't know your name" - said Naruto(2) as he looked at Sasuke - "What's your name?"

". . ." - Sasuke was silent for a few seconds before shaking his head - "I'm sorry, by my clan's laws, I can't reveal my identity to other people until I return home."

"Hmm, I see" - nodded Naruto(2) as he shrugged his shoulders.
