3 Chapter Three

We packed my stuff, also we took my truck. Deverell and I got to the alley. Once I got off the truck, someone slammed me into a hug. I looked up to see Gerard," Don't ever leave me again. I thought you might have gotten hurt or -"

I put my finger on his lips to tell him to shut up" Hush." He kissed my finger that was still on his lips," My love let's get going." I stopped him," Hold on." I faced Deverell," Don't destroy my house please." Gerard's eyes started getting red," Stop. He's just a friend." Deverell said," Um. The house keys, I don't seem to have."

I laughed. I tried to untangle Gerard's arms around my waist but his grip tightened," Gerard let go for a second." He growled out," No. I sighed," I'm just going to hand him the keys ok?" He still didn't let go. I reached and got my keys out. Deverell stepped towards us making Gerard hiss at him," Look at me, Gerard." He looked dead at me. His eyes were full red and his fangs were out.

" Just let me give him the keys. Think about it this way. The sooner he can get the keys the sooner we can head to your house."He added," It's our house now my love." I handed Deverell the keys. The whole time Gerard kept glaring at Deverell like he wanted to kill him. I hugged Deverell quickly and said," Remember if at any time I decide to come over to the house it better be spotless."

Gerard said as he pulled me into him," Now let's go my love. " I said as he wrapped his arms around me," What about my stuff?" How are we going to get it to your place?" He smiled down at me, " I'll carry it." I nodded.

Since Gerard used his vampire speed to get here we had to walk, my jaw dropped. Gerard chuckled," You like it?" I nodded - he has a nice house," Let me show you our room, my love."

I was laying down on the bed with Gerard when an annoying voice said," Gerard, baby!" I looked up at Gerard who had gotten up. As he walked out of the room, I got up. There in the middle of the living room was a girl. Gerard said," Beth I won't tell you again leave and never come back!"

The girl who Gerard pointed out as Beth saw me. She said," Babe, why is there a slut in our house?" Slut? Sweetheart, look yourself in the mirror and then we'll talk. Gerard rolled his eyes," I am not your babe! Now get out!" His eyes were red...\he's angry. I better calm him down. I put my hand on him and he seemed to calm down a bit... not much, but a bit.

" What do you mean? Just yesterday you told me you loved me." Did he now? I will talk to him about it later. " Really?" Beth chirped," Yep." I sighed dejected, "Oh." You could tell there was hurt in my tone of voice. Gerard gave me a pained expression.

Little does he know I'm faking it. You can tell that all that comes from her mouth are lies but I want to see how far she'll go," Babe get her out of our house all this yelling isn't good for the baby." Baby? Even if you do have a kid I hope he or she don't look like you, offense intended. Gerard confused asked, " Baby?"

Please tell me you don't believe her, you're a vampire with super hearing. If she was pregnant you would hear a heartbeat," Yes I told you that yesterday." How many lies is she going to tell? I mean she is smirking at me. Let me give you a hint, it kind of shows that all you are doing are saying lies.

I decided to play along in her little game. " What?" Beth let out a fake sigh," Sorry but it's true, I guess he doesn't need you." I ran off into his room and pretended to grab my stuff. I heard Gerard shout at Beth," LEAVE!" Finally! I thought he would have never kicked her out! Suddenly Gerard was in front of me. I heard the front door slam, I win!

" Amelia please don't listen to her!" I didn't anything. He pleaded with me," She was saying nothing but lies! You got to believe me! She's been trying to get in my pants for a long time​! I would never do that to you! Please don't reject -" I put my finger to his lips," I know she was lying. I'm not going to leave." He sighed in relief, "It's getting pretty late."

" Let's go to sleep in our room." We both got in the bed. He put his arms around me as I slowly drifted off the sleep. Gerard says softly to me," Goodnight my love."
