"I really am liking you more and more, Daphne. It's so much easier talking to you than it is with all those simple-minded men." 

As Meira confirmed Daphne's suspicions, Daphne didn't know quite how to feel. Maybe it was how the effects of the truth serum hadn't quite worn off yet, but she just wanted to comment on Meira's near-insanity. 

"I don't suppose I have to find you again to get the real cure." Her voice was mocking, as if guilting Meira into thinking she broke part of their deal. 

"I did give you the real antidote. It's just that it takes a periodic treatment to filly rid your system of the poisons, that's all." Meira responded with a giant grin. "I'm delighted that I'll be seeing you again at least once every month." 

"Is this how you keep your assassins in check as well?"

"It's a simple tactic really."
