As Lance's party headed deeper into the cave, more and more corpses riddled the ground. They felt that they were nearing the lair of the Cockatrice. Lance started to get excited, he was looking forward to his rewards and testing out what happens with the completion of this quest.

"Hold." Elandra halted the team just outside the lair. The group huddled together and Elandra turned to Lance, "So, what's the plan?"

Lance looks to the entrance of the lair while he thought of a plan.

The entrance wasn't that big. It stood around three to three and a half meters by four meters. Plenty of space to send large creatures in, or even a fairly large group in waves.

"I'm going to send in my summons first, draw the attention of the beasts, and then we can head in." Lance thought of the safest route to take. He didn't know much about the Cockatrices, but he wasn't going to risk his team.
