They aren't overly powerful, but they can wipe out an entire ecosystem overnight." She figured this would be the best mission for them. Find and prove the existence of the cockatrice, and then take them out. And while they were doing that, there were other animals they could clear out.
"Simple enough. But aren't they difficult to hunt? Especially with such a small group?" Lance had read about this species from the book he got from Genna's class. He even made notes on the habitat and places to avoid until he was stronger.
