Chapter Fifty-One: Welcome To Hell

Jasmine froze from disbelief and fear by seeing the beeing before her. It was tall, very tall, reaching five meters long, but that wasn't the scary part. The creature consisted of three upper bodies, slim and sharp limbs, proudly displaying the horror it could cause. It was completely covered in red fur, head to toe. Each slim body, facing the same direction, had six pairs of eyes, completely black and lackluster. Its mouths spanning across the face, two wide open, displaying hundreds of dislocated teeth, bleeding from the injuries it caused to itself by talking. Its lower body was thick and robust. Unlike the upper parts it was filled with strong powerful muscles, capable of supporting its weight. Three legs, two in the front and one in the back, almost like a tail.

"Who..are you?" Jasmine managed to stammer, completely taken back by the creature standing in front of her.

"I'm but a humble Abomination Embroy, kidnapped by the Kingdom Of Death. Anyways, you have a fun little adventure planned for you. A small tip for the journey, just be numbed to it. Sure, all of it is real, but it has already happened. It's already in the past, nothing you can do! Have fun.", the monstrosity exclaimed and brought one of its slim, pale, sharp limbs forward and swiped it next to Jasmine, making her lose consciousness again.

The first thing Jasmine heard when she regained consciousness was the sound of cheers, happy laughter and mumbling on such magnitude it was overpowering. Around her thousands of people were crowding the streets. They waved around flyers, above them weird colorful explosions lit up the sky, as thousands of loud cheers resounded throughout the place.

"Happy new year." she heard a young woman say to a smaller girl, who held the grown woman's hand tightly, afraid to let go.

Suddenly Jasmine's keen eyes noticed a black, gray bird pass by above the sky. "Is that metal?" she thought, seeing the weird creature. It had small slim limbs, almost round, like a cylinder. Its lower body lacked legs, and instead had small wings. While its main wings were long, but thin, each having two big spinning things.

Suddenly the bird's stomach opened and several oval objects fell towards them. Some seconds later a loud explosion sounded through the place, making everyone look up. They saw the disappearing figure of the bird-like creature and several black dots in the sky, and all hell broke loose.

The old and young women were pushed aside and trapped, as the crowd panicked and ran in all directions. "We're all going to die!" a man said, getting on his knees, his hands and head touching the ground.

Jasmine grew confused by their actions but that confusion turned to anger when she saw how the woman and child died, together with many others, killed by their own kind. Despite the difference in species Jasmine couldn't stop herself from pitying them, feeling wronged for their sake.

Sadly her thoughts of righteousness came to a halt when a giant explosion, consuming the whole city, transpired. Jasmine saw a giant cloud, shaped like a mushroom from the explosion and the shockwave that came from it.

All around her the world was torn apparts, buildings collapsing, civilians dying one after another, man or women, young or old, everyone lost their life. The world grew stale, as ash rained, even now Jasmine felt the impact from the explosion. Nothing but destruction was within her vision.

She wandered for what felt like days before she found herself in an entirely new place. Weird metallic beast made loud sounds, sending projectiles on other metal beasts. Falken-like creatures ran around holding weird metallic weapons that shot smaller projectiles on one another.

Explosions of smaller magnitude could be heard and sometimes seen here and there, killing more and more.

Then, as the battle seemed lost to one side, a similar plane to the one before blasted through the air above them and another oval object came falling. When the people from both sides saw it they came to a halt, as the vigor faded from their eyes. That small hope to live, completely gone. Then, the thing hit the ground and everyone died.

Jasmine stood still, watching the carnage, contemplating what was happening. In such a short time, she's seen more sentient beings than in her entire life and all of them are now dead.

Out of nowhere the being that sent her to this place appeared, "Sorry for the unrelated scenery, somehow you have a connection to this world, however small that was. Let's get you to the real thing, sometimes chaos can even corrupt these things!" the monster from before said and made her disappear from the accursed world she had visited.

Jasmine felt hungry and cold. Her vision was blurry, fading in and out, from time to time seeing small fragile hands, dried up and shivering in front of her.

She was jolted awake by sudden pain in the back, as she fell on the ground. "Move!", she heard a raspy, angry voice say. To Jasmine's shock she started to move, walking into a line of other people. All of them were tied up, her included, weighted down by heavy chains that bore into the body, leaving deep flesh wounds.

"Listen closely, if you're not sold today you get sent to the mines!" an old man's voice sounded, as Jasmine could barely make out the people around her. She could recognize them, they were elves, all of them.

After the man spoke, Jasmine was once more forced to move. Slow, painful steps that made her entire body shake. In front of her slaves faltered and were lashed, those who fell were lashed until they could never get up again.

The walk was long and painful. After some minutes Jasmine lost track of time and everything became a blur afterwards. She came back to consciousness once in a while, still walking. Thankfully she hadn't stopped when she fell victim to sleep, or she'd be dead.

Eventually they saw light at the end of the tunnel, hundreds of hushed voices, making small talk that could be heard from the room in front of them. Cheerful and happy, some even carrying a hint of pride and arrogance.

Jasmine saw another group of tied up slaves coming from where they were going. They looked dead inside, some just giving up and letting themselves get killed by the whips.

"And now ladies and gentlemen, let me present the next round of products!" a grown man's excited voice sounded, making the distant crowd quiet down slightly, just as excited as the man, announcing their arrival.
