The Counselor

I should break that silence which fell between us, that one which only sparked the tension in the room, but I was found gaping at the young man away, watching the delight which rushed to his gaze. In there was a haze of glee. One which mocked me, one that said, 'I know how well I've gotten you, and it would be unwise to turn away now' How those eyes scrutinized my form, Lord! Mouth was found turning dry, the tensity and anticipation coursing through every vein in me, building up so bad, and coming to burst up right in my chest. Those eyes were ravenous on my form, pulling mine so well, and I could tell you, my own eyes faltered, warmth rushing to every part of my being, and in a second, he brought his lips to mine, body freezing under his hold. It was a like a rush of breeze had snapped past me, with my legs found numb, I swallowed hard at the touch of the young man. I was tossed in a state of shock, left completely bewildered at what was happening, but more so, dumbfounded that I gave no resists to his actions. His lips remained light on mine, waiting for me to give entrance for his to settle in, and in a moment, they pushed in, sending every heat to my body. It came to last for as long as a minute was, our lips moving in sync, and only at that instant when his hands reached for my thighs, had I pushed him off at once, coming to realize what was enfolding. The silence that passed, gave enough volume to sound of our breaths and pants. While the young man away remained watching me, I avoided that scrutiny of his, hands adjusting my clothing. "Leave, Logan" My breath was low, voice heavy. No utterance was emitted from him. Those eyes only contracted on my form, watching as I brought my gaze to his. "Leave" I called yet again. "And let it be known that this will be our last counseling session" I dropped those words, right before moving away from him, meanwhile, I just could feel that scrutiny lingering on me.

THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW…

Those eyes.

Those eyes belonging to the young man, which appeared disturbed, would skip from the figure of the lady stood before the class, onto the clock placed on the wall by the corner of the room.

3:28, the time read.

So close it was to closing hour, yet Logan Marshall was found bubbling with so much anticipation, eyes holding onto delight, as he would check that minute hand every now and then.

The figures scattered around seemed so immersed in whatever Miss Myers had to teach, but Logan couldn't be any bit interested.

All that lingered on the mind of the young man, was making leave out the room, going to that office, only to behold that profile.

That profile he longed to see. Dammit!

The recurring ring of the bell had shot his form off the chair at once, with the noise pouring in at the arrival of closing hour.

A number of students had taken to their feet immediately, ignoring the voice of Miss Myers yelling for them to take their assignments, meanwhile, the figure of Logan was far gone into the hallway, pushing forward, when a voice from behind, caused him stopping mid-steps.

"Logan?"

That voice called yet again. When he turned around, he was the eyes of Cole shifting through his, gaze holding onto a thousand questions.

"What's the hurry? I never have seen you so enthusiastic about those counseling sessions which I'm pretty sure leaves you bummed out every now and then"

"I only want to leave the school premises, that's all" He followed, soon turning to leave, but was pulled back at once by Cole.

"Are you alright?" That voice followed.

"Why are you in such haste to going over just to sit in that space for as long as an hour and thirty minutes?" He questioned.

"I only wish to get it over with" Followed Logan

"Wow, how ardent you are that you even forgot your bike keys laying on your desk" He had pulled the keys out, jingling it before the bewildered eyes of Logan.

"Thanks"

He reached out to snatch it from his fingers, but Cole, quick enough, had pulled back in a moment, questioning eyes peering on at the young man away.

"Is something wrong, Logan?" He began "Cause if there is, you should let me know"

"There's nothing wrong. I assure you" Followed the response, with him grabbing the keys at once, soon hurrying down the hallway, meanwhile the eyes of Cole lingered on that figure, watching him keenly, until he was farther away.
