"I am sorry Kaede-chan, but I cannot lose here, I have a long way to go to be the hokage, so losing isn't an option" Naruto said with a serious face as he made a cross shape with his fingers, ready to make some shadow clones

'That isn't something Naruto would normally say... did I change him so much? but I barely interacted with him...' Kaede thought

"I really can't understand you... what is so great about being the hokage? this is just a title, you could be anything, but why hokage?" Kaede asked, knowing what drives Naruto, but hoping to cause some internal questions on him, he shouldn't become a tool of the village like his original self did

"...I want to be the hokage to be respected, being the strongest ninja of the village, protecting everyone. Showing to everyone who didn't believe in me, what I can do..." Naruto answered, with a non-Naruto-like serious face

"... I see... then why Hokage? you could be like the sannins who are just as respected but had different focuses, like Tsunade who is globally know as the best medic, so why hokage specifically?" Kaede asked

Meanwhile, Sasuke dodged yet another wave if sand, trying hard to find Gaara's body with his sharingan, but all that was useless, as [Great sage] was the one controlling the sand, there wasn't anything he could focus his attacks on

"Because someone said I couldn't become hokage, and I will prove for him the opposite!" Naruto answered with conviction

"Sigh... well then, when you are the hokage, don't say that I didn't warn you..." Kaede said as she aligned her fingers in a seal no one ever saw before

"You... you believe that I can...?" Naruto asked shocked, whenever he told someone his dream, they either didn't believe him or laughed at him

The number of people that believed in his dream could be counted in his fingers, and every single one of them was someone really important to him

"It isn't that I believe you can... I know you can, but enough chit chat, I am sorry that you will lose here, but I cannot just let you win..." Kaede answered

"...heh... Thank you... Now, BRING IT ON KAEDE-CHAN! SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!" Naruto screamed with renewed determination, having someone believe in his dream, always had a great effect on him

Meanwhile, the sand unified to create a Gaara out of sand, just in case Sasuke gave up fighting alone and tried to help Naruto, with [Great sage]'s help, Kaede could maintain the two fights separated

"Warm-up time is over, prepare to lose" 'Gaara' said in a bored voice

"Don't be so arrogant, You didn't even hit me yet!" Sasuke shot back, forgetting one simple detail... he didn't even attack yet, not even once

"Domain expansion: Raging sandstorm" This was one idea Kaede had after she fought Lee, using the sandstorm she made before, and getting the idea because of when she trapped Lee in a dark sand barrier

The sand begun to violently fly around Gaara and Sasuke, making the uchiha need to dodge attacks coming from every side all the time, once again putting him on the defensive

Once both domain-like techniques were used, Kaede heard something she didn't expect
