Surviving in A Novel That is Destined To BE Doomed

 In a vast snowy field a boy could be seen running away from a pack of wolves. Through ragged breaths he muttered,

" Hello guys. How have you all been doing. Today I am going to give a niche for future live streamers wannabes. And the niche will be…. Come on guys ask in the comments if you wanna know the the niche " 

 - (yomomma): Oh… Its Damian. What crazy things are you going to get yourself in to today.

 - (iamqute): Hi Damian. How have you been doing. Can you show us some cool Adventures of yours like last time.

- (fakeboy): Enough with small talks guys. Damian, tell us about the niche. I want to be a famous youtuber some day too. 

-(iamrich): I Am Rich "_".

-(iambatman): I Am Batman.

 Yes. The one who's been chased by the pack of wolves is Damian. And he is a streamer who does adventurous things to make a living and clear his boredom. Ever since he was a kid he always desired to do thrilling things. Yet he wasn't able to quench his desire until he was a teen. 

Once during the holiday vacation of his school he went to visit his grandparents who were at the time living near a wilderness. His grandfather was a war veteran who went on hunting trips occasionally. So to kill his boredom he asked his grandfather to take him to the wilderness. Before, when he asked him to take him on a hunting trip his grandfather would have flatly refused him because it was too dangerous for a kid. But his grandfather understood that now his grandkid wasn't a kid any more. At the time Damian was 17 and he will be 18 in two months. So he agreed this one time to take Damian with him to the wilderness.

However at that time Damian had no idea that he would come to love the felling of Nature that was untouched and unexplored by the the technology. It was the starting point of his career as a full time streamer. From then on he quit high school and started streaming by the name Damian The Adventurer.

 And now it has been 10 years since he started streaming. And he has come to lose interest in exploring too. Yet he still put up a facade while streaming to not lose his income.

 " All right since you all are eager to know the niche I'll tell you. The niche will be how to survive a pack of wolves "

As soon as Damian said that he pointed the camera at the wolves running behind them.

- (yomomma): Holy Sh*t.. Dude get out of there.

- (fakeboy): If you die here today. Who will entertain us from here on out.

-(iamrich): Tell me your location. I will come save you from my private jet cause I AM IRON MAN "_"

-(iambatman): I am Vengeance.

 As comments were being spammed in his chat window. Damians' mind was being occupied by something else. He was currently in Antarctica, near the ice wall. And what confused him more was the fact that the road he took to get here wasn't guarded by any military services. But first he needed to mislead the wolf pack and get them out of his trail.

 After running away from the wolf pack for another five minutes Damian came across a small cave hidden in the snow. So he quickly took out some jerkies he bought with him and through them to wolves following behind him and quickly got into the cave and covered the entrance to the cave with snow and rocks mixed in.

 Suddenly being hit by jerkies wolves stopped running and hurriedly devoured the jerkies in front of them momentarily forgetting about the pray they were after. However that one moment was enough for Damian to cover the small cave entrance from snow and hide himself.

 After making sure the entrance was blocked success fully, he again faced the camera and started speak like he wasn't about to die just a moment ago. 

 " Hello, my viewers how are you all doing. Sadly I am still headed to my destination and won't be able to keep on streaming because signal strength is pretty low around here. And I won't be revealing my location to you just yet. And I'll see you guys again soon. Peace."

 Damian ended the the live stream with the peace sign and suddenly the look on his face drastically changed in to a look of indifference. If before he looked like a naive teenager, Now it was almost as if he has seen things to the world end and has lived thousands of life times.

Soon he took out a book with a golden cover from his bag and started to read it and as for the wolves he didn't give a fuck. Damian knew very well that once there hunger is satisfied they would return to there cave. 

 The book he is reading now was a book he found during one of his adventures. So he started to read the golden book out of curiosity. Today marks the end of last chapter. After closing the book he exhaled deeply. He felt some kind of emotions he has never experienced before. He had this Longing sensation for something. He wanted to continue reading the story. But he couldn't find the author of the book no matter how hard he searched for in the web. 

At the end of the last chapter the author said this,

" And dear Traveler. Today marks The Begging Of The End. So with this marks the end of volume one of Heroes Of The Doomed World. The Rest is Up to you. Create a Great Ending That makes you proud of your self when you look back. May the world Forgive You. "

 The last part of the book didn't made any sense to him. So He Didn't delve too much into it. But it was great reading About a fantasy world story although that world was destined be doomed.

"Sigh" sighing once again Damian took out a map and started heading inside the cave. The map was something he found with the book while exploring a cave in the Himalaya mountains. At the that time Damian thought someone lost both the book and the map while exploring the mountains. But he found the book and the map inside of some hidden box buried beneath the soil of the cave. That means it was lost for more than 10 years.

After walking for another 20 minutes Damian found the cave exit. He hurriedly walked up to the cave exit and exited the cave. It was freezing cold out side. But he ignored the cold because he was covered with clothes from top to bottom. It was impossible for the cold to get past a thick layer of comfy clothes.

After exiting the the cave he came across a big ice wall that extended far beyond his vision. He slowly walked up to the wall and inspected around it. Suddenly unbeknown to Damian the map and the book in his bag pack started to glow in a faint glow of golden light. At that exact moment Damian spotted and ice monolith and that ice monolith started to slowly melt revealing an obsidian monolith. The monolith was around 7ft and it had some unknown scripts glowing in golden colour and a place to put a human palm.

Damian curiously inspected the monolith and unknowingly place his hand on the palm mark. 

And there it was suddenly the whole obsidian stone suddenly started to glow in a ethereal golden color and the map and the book in Damians' bag dissipated in to nothingness. Amidst the blinding light a screen popped up in front of Damians vision.

- The Sacrifice has been Taken. Akashic Records has been unlocked. The Seal has been Broken. And today the world shall face the Apocalypse And Born a new like a phoenix from its ashes. Today Marks The Beginning Of The End. -

 As soon as Damian saw the words he tried to run but it was already too late Before Damian could even take a single step his whole body dissipated in to nothingness. On December 29 2032 the one who brought upon Apocalypse to the earth Died.

But will it Be the End of Him?
