Weapon Selection 2

7.58 am

I was sweating profusely as I stood in front of the Class 1-A door .Taking a deep breath I brushed past the hair that was on my face and entered the class room. As I entered the class room all the cadets in the class briefly looked at me. Ignoring them I walked to the back of the class and sat down on my seat.

A minute after I entered the class room, Professor Aurora barged in to the class as if commanding all the cadets to give her the attention. 

" Good morning. I hope you enjoyed the first day of the school. First, lets mark the attendance sheet. "

" Alright class, Today is a special day because you'll be choosing a weapon for your self. So get up from you seats and follow me. " Professor Aurora said with an indifferent face.

After 10 minute, we were all standing in front of a huge silver door with different kinds of languages engraved on it. Taking out a key from her pocket Professor Aurora walked towards the door and put the key in the key hall. But instead of turning the key, She injected mana in to it. 

Soon the door radiated with silver glow and opened sideways automatically.

" All right come with me. " Professor Aurora said as she walked inside the class room.

As soon as I stepped inside I was a little shocked to see the weapons that were stored carefully in the storage room. There were thousands of rows with weapons carefully stored in them. Although these weren't relics, they were worth at least one hundred thousand PC . As I was spacing out looking at the massive weapon storage I quickly composed my self when Professor Aurora cleared her throat to start speaking again.

" All right kids, You all have exactly one hour to finish choosing your weapon. Once chosen You have to wait exactly 3 months to change in to a new weapon again. So choose carefully. " As soon as those words left her mouth all the cadets went inside and inspected the each weapon rows until they found the respective weapon they were looking for.

Some cadets have already decided the weapon they were going to choose meanwhile some were still contemplating about which weapon to choose.

Ignoring all the cadets around me I inspected the weapon hall looking for a spear that looked like the one blind sage was wielding.

It has been almost 1 hour and all the cadets have already chosen a weapon for them selves. But no matter how hard I looked I couldn't find a spear that looked like a katana, Namely A Naginata. So I decided to confront professor Aurora about it in the last five minutes. I looked around the weapon hall until I spotted her near the entrance tapping on a holographic screen.

" Professor Aurora, I can't find the weapon I'm looking for. " After approaching her I asked.

" Hm. Which weapon are you looking for. " She asked me with an indifferent expression.

" I am looking for a Naginata. " I said to her ignoring her expression.

Then she tapped on the holographic screen in front of her and looked in my direction.

" The specific weapon you are looking for isn't available in the weapon hall at the moment. I recommend you to go and ask the librarian of the academy Library. I have already sent him a text. " Professor Aurora said while turning off the holographic screen.

" Thank you. " I said before heading out.

" Come to the training hall after you received your weapon. " Professor Aurora said when I was heading out.

It took me only 10 minutes to reach the library as it wasn't that far away from the weapon hall.

As I was heading inside I saw Mr. Sosuke looking through some documents in his hand. As soon as I went inside, the documents in his hand vanished in to thin air as he looked at my direction.

' He doesn't have a storage ring in his hand, So that only means it's special magic. Amazing. ' I thought to myself

" Good morning Mr. Sosuke. " I greeted the librarian as soon as I entered the library.

" Good morning Cadet Avion. How can I help you. " He asked me with a hint of amusement visible in his eyes.

" Professor Aurora sent me here to pick up my weapon. " I told him while putting on a pleasant smile.

" Oh. So you are that cadet. What weapon are you looking for if I may ask? " Sosuke asked me while rising a brow.

" Um. Didn't Professor Aurora told you. " I asked him with a confused expression.

" That cold hearted women only sent me a short text massage saying that a cadet will come here to pick up a weapon. " He said with an annoyed expression. 

" Oh is that so. Ha Ha. I am looking for a Naginata. " I said scratching the back of my head while faintly laughing. 

" Interesting weapon choice you have there. Follow me. " He said impressed while standing up and walking towards the back of the library as I followed behind him.

As we reached the end of the library, Mr. Sosuke pointed his finger towards a small hall on the wall. Suddenly air near the hole compressed in to a small needle that took a golden color. In the next second he casually willed it inside the small hole on the wall. 

 Suddenly a line started draw in the shape of a rectangle on the wall. And In the next second the part of the wall within the line disappeared. What was behind the missing wall was a somewhat big storage room with different kinds of weapons stored in it. There were some weapon that I have never seen or heard in my life inside the room.

" This is my personal storage room. Come inside. " Mr. Sosuke said while prompting me to come in.

It was a room that was lavishly decorated to make it look like a museum. There were different kinds of skill books and weapon art scrolls placed inside glass boxes carefully protecting them.

" Behold, watch and adore my Collection. It took me so many years to collect everything inside this storage room. " Mr. Sosuke said while putting on a proud smile. 

' Well he should be proud. I can even see some legendary rank artifacts in here. ' I though while marveling around the room.

After boasting about his collections for about ten minutes he finally took out a Naginata from one of the storage rings inside the room and handed it to me.

" Here take this. It is a Naginata I made my self. It is not a relic but, it is durable than the weapons that the academy offers you. So you don't have to worry about breaking it. " He said while handing me a Glistening Red color Naginata with a black blade. There were also some engraving of a dragon on it as decorations.

" Thank you for the Naginata Mr. Sosuke. " I said while giving him a slight bow after taking the Naginata.

" My pleasure. " He said while giving me a nod.

" See you again and good bye. " I said while leaving the storage room and heading towards the exist.

A fiery red haired figure with waist long hair tied in a pony tail looked at the receding figure of a black haired boy with an amused expression visible on his face.

" Now I am 100% sure he is the one who invaded the den. " He muttered to him self as he closed the room behind him and exited the room. 

" Let's see what the future holds for you, Cadet Avion. " As he muttered those words his eyes shone in a golden color.
