Jun's face became serious as he compared the Blaziken and Mightyena that were chasing after them.

Afterwards, Jun looked at both the Blaziken and Mightyena. Most of them were at level 33 or 34, with the highest being 34. This surprised Jun, as Blaziken should have been able to easily defeat them. However, as Blaziken neared Jun, he finally understood why it had given up the fight.

There was a wound on Blaziken's stomach, which was not typical of how Pokemon fight. Additionally, there were scratches and tooth marks on its thighs and back, although these were not as severe as the wound on its stomach.

Mightyena were born to be highly cooperative and hunted in packs. They would never disobey their trainer's commands. Upon seeing that Blaziken was injured, they immediately recognized that their prey was weak and chased after it with ferocity and grins.

Jun ignored the other Mightyena and turned to Eevee. "Eevee, can you distract them? Don't face them head-on, just distract them a little bit. I'll give you a signal and then you can retreat. You'll go with Beldum. Is that okay with you?"

"Kyuu~~ Eevee nodded and pointed its paw towards Beldum, as if asking for Beldum's help

Jun thought it would be okay since Beldum could levitate and Mightyena might not be able to chase it. He nodded and instructed Beldum to accompany Eevee, reminding them again not to fight but only to distract the Mightyena.

After making sure they understood his instructions, Jun took out a Super Potion for Blaziken to drink and a Spray Potion to cover its wounds. Looking back at the situation, the group of Mightyena was distracted by Eevee and Beldum, but since they were only instructed to distract and not fight, they only circled around the group to give Jun time.

At that moment, the girl who was carried by Blaziken realized that she was finally safe. When she got off Blaziken's back, she suddenly burst into tears

Upon seeing this, Jun scolded, "Shut up, Do you want to be chased by Mightyena again?"

The girl had been so scared that she immediately held back her tears and looked around fearfully, worried that they might be chased again.

Jun ignored her and took out a potion to give to Blaziken, observing its wounds closely. He was sure that it was not from a Pokemon attack. The wounds on its stomach looked more like those of a spear gun, suggesting that it was the work of a poacher. Jun then took the potion and gently sprayed it on Blaziken's wounds.

"Hey, is Blaziken okay?" the girl asked through her tears, looking at Blaziken on the side.

After treating Blaziken's wounds, Jun turned to the girl, who seemed to be around ten years old, and asked, "What's your name?"

Probably because she was still frightened by the situation, the girl's eyes kept darting around, and she stuttered in reply, "Fla-Flannery."

"How did you get here then?" Jun asked

Looking at the girl's clothes, coupled with this very good Blaziken, the girl must come from a good background. Upon hearing Jun's question, the girl wiped her tears while telling her how she had entered the Vermillion forest.

Flannery is a young girl who accompanied her grandfather to a gym leader conference in Kanto. Due to her age and the dangers of the region, her family assigned Blaziken to protect her. Unlike most children who embark on adventures, Flannery was sent to a private aristocratic school to become her grandfather's successor. Because of this, she was able to receive her Starter Pokemon earlier than most, who typically receive theirs at age eleven.

However, she made a bet with her schoolmates to see who could obtain better Pokemon without relying on their family's help. Flannery believed that if she could get a powerful Pokemon from the Kanto region, she could impress her schoolmates. As a result, she ran to the outskirts of Saffron City and eventually became lost in the depths of Vermillion Forest, where she was chased by Mightyenas. If it weren't for the Blaziken by her side, she might have become Mightyena food.

Jun looked at Flannery, wiping away tears, and sighed. HHe knew exactly who she was: with her red hair and the name Flannery, she could only be the granddaughter of Mr. Moore, the gym leader of Lavaridge Gym in Hoenn. He knew this girl is typical to same with Ash, reckless and emotial girl.

'Why are there so many brats in this world who seem to have a death wish? You could have stayed at school and been safe. There was no need to make a bet with others. Wasn't it enough to accept a high-potential Pokemon from your grandfather? Why bother running all the way out here?' Jun looked at the sky and lamented

Moreover, when they were in elementary school, if I remember correctly, there was a subject on geography covering all the regions. However, since they were in the Emerald Empire, most of what they learned was about the Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn regions. They learned about the cities, various landmarks, and most importantly, the wild areas.

The wild areas were graded, and to facilitate the travel of rookie trainers, the Pokemon Alliance and Empire cooperated to clean up many of the main roads from dangerous Pokemon, using Pokemon Rangers for security. They also provided maps that showed where the dangerous wild areas were located. Essentially, if you were already ten years old and prepared to enter middle-high school integration, you were expected to know where you could go and where you couldn't go.

Just as Flannery was wiping her tears, her belly suddenly growled, making her blush. Flannery covered her stomach and glanced secretly at Jun next to her, looking pitiful.

Jun looked at her and sighed, thinking that she might have lost her bag while being chased by the Mightyenas.

"Alright, you can eat this," Jun said as he took out a chocolate bar from his bag. He continued, "After this, tell your Blaziken to listen to me first. We need to clean up the Mightyenas now."

Seeing Eevee and Beldum working hard to distract the group of Mightyenas, Jun needed a little help now.

Flannery nodded and whispered to Blaziken, who was recuperating while munching her chocolate bar. Blaziken agreed, probably because Jun had saved her and she felt gratitude towards him.

Jun looked at the group of Mightyenas. There were one, two, three, and two Poochyenas. This was the best time to farm experience for Beldum. If he could use Blaziken to cooperate with Beldum and get Beldum to deliver the final attack to finish it, it would be impossible for Beldum not to evolve into Metang, right?
