Stream Sniping GoldenLuxxe

Galen stood there, unmoving. The shock was painted across his face. It was as if he had just found out that his Uncle is Jeff Bezos.

He shook his head roughly, his cheeks waving a bit as he did so. "THE FUCK? ARE YOU SERIOUS?"

I sighed, slightly irritated. I had never experienced this before. It might be because I had never met one of my dad's fans before. "Can you not fangirl? It's kinda weird since it's my dad."

Galen nodded, wiping the dumbstruck expression off of his face. "Okay, okay, sorry. Back to what we were doing. We are heading to CoCo Town, right?"

I nodded. "That is what Seila said."

Galen smiled. "Coincidentally, that's where your dad is right now. Apparently that area was established as the gathering place for travelers."

I nodded, processing that information. Then, my eyes lit up as an idea popped into my head. "Wait, can we own property?"

Galen shrugged. "No idea. Why do you ask?"

I grinned. "What if we bought a place and opened a club in CoCo Town?"

Galen furrowed his brows, seemingly in deep thought. "That'd be a good idea. We'd have constant credits coming in."

As I thought about it more, my excitement faded. "Actually, it's not that good an idea. We will be leaving Coruscant soon and we can't take it with us. With that, I doubt the other players will be staying here for long."

Galen chuckled. "Wow, you're a buzzkill. Anyways, I have an idea."

I raised my brow, curious as to what crazy thing he'd come up with this time. "I'm listening."

Galen smiled. "Let's stream snipe your dad!"

Rolling my eyes was all I could do in response. "That's ridiculous. Is that even allowed?"

Galen laughed. "Yes! He had two stream snipers in just the few minutes I was watching!"

I could only sigh and shake my head. My dad was probably irritated because of how much he immerses himself in Star Wars. "Fine, but if we're gonna do this, we're gonna do this right."

Galen smirked. "Alright, brains, what's the plan?"

I only turned away from him and pulled out my comm. "Just follow me. We need to get a few things first."

About an hour later, we were checking out at a department store. Aside from this making us look cooler for the task at hand, I was kind of done with the basic and bland started clothing. Thus, both of us went on a shopping spree. We only spent a few hundred credits each so we had plenty left. We were also able to get a decent sum for our old clothing.

There was a mirror by the door so I decided to admire myself for a moment. My eyes went from my feet to my head. I was now wearing dark brown leather boots that had a buckle on the side. The buckle made them easier to put on and take off. Tucked into the boots that went most of the way up my shin was a pair of black, ridged pants. They were quite flexible and great for combat.

Next was my torso. I now wore a loose linen shirt that had no collar but had buttons. It was beige. Under that shirt was a lightly armored vest that was form fitting. It was as if I wasn't wearing it. Over the shirt was a brown leather jacket that matched my shoes. I had decided to forgo a hat since I already had beautiful hair. I had also bought a new utility belt.

I smiled, happy with my new threads. I looked over at Galen who had just finished checking out. While he also purchased a vest and a new belt, his clothes were quite different to mine. He had black leather boots with brown fabric wrapped over his shins. His pants were also black. He was wearing a long black shirt which was tucked into the utility belt. He finished it off with a black cloak that appeared to be water resistant.

He looked at me as he walked over. "Daaaaamnnnnn, you lookin fine as fuck!"

I chuckled, doing a little dramatic twirl for him and bowing. "As are you."

Galen smirked. "What's the status of the other thing?"

I nodded towards the door, turning to exit the store. "It should be here by now."

Galen got visibly excited. "Finally, I can see what you insisted on spending 8k for."

I didn't respond, just walking towards the doors. As I approached them, they slid open, revealing the outside world. We were currently on the outskirts of the Senate District. When looking for a clothing store, I presumed that a place like the Senate District would have nice stores. It turned out I was correct.

Outside of the store was an expansive walkway with fountains and shrubbery. There were seemingly wealthy and important people everywhere. It was vastly different from where we had departed.

To the right of the door was a man waiting next to a large transport speeder. He appeared to be reading a data pad. I decided to walk up to him in order to find out if this was who I was waiting for.

When I walked up to him, he looked up from his data pad. "Soryn?"

I nodded. "That is me."

The man tapped a few times on the data pad before pressing a button on the back of the speeder. The large door slid upwards, revealing the inside of the cargo bay.

Sitting inside the cargo bay was a gorgeous machine. It was an all black speeder with white accents. The chassis had a rectangular footprint with some angles to improve the looks and the aerodynamics. It had four seats hidden behind a tinted canopy. On either side of the seats were folded up wings. The best part about these wings is that they had space for weapons to be installed. I would probably do that at a later date.

The man turned to me and held out his communicator. I also took out mine and tapped his. I then received a notification on my comm. There was now a new app. The icon was a small starship with some lines coming off the back.

The man nodded, pressing another button on the transport that made the speeder hover out of the cargo bay. "Alright, it's all yours. Thank you for doing business with us."

I smiled, waving him off. I took 20 credits out of my inventory and tossed them to the guy. "Thank you!"

The man smiled and left, getting into the transport speeder and quickly departing. Now this ride was all ours.

I turned to my left and saw that Galen was standing there with his mouth agape. It appeared that he had stopped breathing. "Dude, you good?"

He slowly nodded in response, not saying anything. I just laughed at this as I hopped into the driver seat of the speeder. Now, our plan could commence.

In a small courtyard within CoCo Town, a man dressed in a CSF uniform was speaking to seemingly no one. He was sitting on a bench. At a comfortable distance, a few people were lurking, appearing to be stalking the man.

He smiled. "Thank you for the donations… Oh yes, I was just catching a quick breather. I'm still on that investigation… What am I doing after? Not quite sure yet. Maybe I'll do a few more jobs so I can get some more credits and then check out the enlistment office."

*WHIRRRRR*

The sound of an engine gradually became louder until it was directly overhead. Curious as to what the commotion was, the man looked up. It was there that he saw a blacked out speeder, descending from the skies.

He tilted his head in confusion. "What is that?" His eyes fluttered as he noticed his chat exploding with messages. Everyone was curious what the speeder was and why it looked so damn cool.

The speeder kept descending until it landed right in front of the man. It's appearance was quite intimidating. So much so that the man put his hand over his blaster, wanting to be ready for anything.

The tinted canopy opened like butterfly wings, revealing the driver of this speeder. The driver looked towards the man and spoke. "Are you Viktor Brenko?"

The man became more anxious. He put his hand closer to his blaster while his chat somehow managed to speed up even more. "Yeah, who's asking?"

The driver chuckled, lowering his sunglasses. "Can't you recognize your own son?"
