Hammer Accomplished

SHIRO'S POV

"Sonica! What's happening!?" I shouted and ran to her.

Sonica fell on the grass and got unconscious. I started to panic. Did I do something wrong!? No, no, no, please forgive me.

"Sonica! Sonica!" I tried to shake her and held her in my arms. She was all cold. "Sonica! What did I do?!" I started to tear up.

Just then, ice started to cover the grass. My eyes widened.

What's happening!? I didn't do this..

The ice was spreading more and more. Then, I realized that the ice was...spreading from Sonica...

But how?!

I looked at those frozen grasses. Just then, Sonica got conscious.

"Sonica!" I hugged her tightly. "You scared me." I said and separated from the hug.

She grabbed her head and asked, "What happened?" Then, she looked down and saw the frozen grass and she was also shocked. "But...how.." she said and stood up slowly.

"This ice was spread from you, Sonica." I said.

Then, she looked down at her hands. "B-but how? I didn't have this ice power before." she said and looked at me.

"Wait, you didn't?" I asked.

She shook her head as a 'No'. Then, she looked down at her hands and feet.

"Did I get the power of ice element?" She asked.

"I think...yes. It may be because you got deeply influenced by...the ice and snow flakes... " I said.

She again looked at her hands. "I guess you are right. I will need some time to get used to this new power." she said.

I nodded.

SONICA'S POV

I got a new...power. My face got emotionless.

"I had the power of 5 elements but now I have the power of...6 elements.." I said while looking at my hands.

"Wait, what what elements can you control?" asked Shiro.

"Fire, Water, Air, Lightning, Earth (Soil and Plant) and now Ice as well..." I replied.

"Whoa! So, your powers develop time by time?" he asked with wide eyes.

I nodded slowly.

Then, he turned around, raised his index finger and started lecturing, "I guess you are used to other powers. But! I think you will need some more time to control ice. It is-" he got cut off by me when I hit a snow ball at him.

"Hey!" he crossed his arms.

I chuckled.

"That's not f-" I hit him with another snowball.

He shook his head and the snow fell down from his quills.

"Oh, you have messed with the wrong person." He smirked.

"Oh really?" I chuckled.

Then, he drew a big circle in the air and at last, pointed towards me. My eyes widened after what I saw. Many, many snow balls started coming out from that circle and they were coming towards me. But I had my speed, I quickly dodged those snow balls.

"Impressive." he smirked.

"Now, my tur-" I got cut off by-

"Shiro! What's going on here?!" He shouted. Then, he looked down at the grass which was all covered by ice and snow...

"I-I can explai-" Shiro got cut off by the leader.

He glared at Shiro and said, "We will talk about this tomorrow after the battle. Go to sleep. Now!!" He commanded.

Shiro looked down and nodded slowly. He picked up his mask and looked at me sadly. Then, he started walking.

"Take this hedgehog back from where you brought her!" The leader said again.

He nodded slowly and looked at me again. I looked down and started walking behind him.

He locked me back in, others were still asleep.

"I am sorry, Sonica." he whispered.

"It's not your fault.. I am sorry.." I whispered back.

He gave me a sad smile and went back to his house. I sighed.

-- The Next Morning --

The leader called me, Sonic and Knuckles outside for the battle and others had to stay in as before. I sighed and walked outside. I looked at the leader and next to him was Shiro. He was looking down. I sighed again.

Then, we were brought to a big battle field. The battle field was divided into 3 big rectangles, each rectangle was for 2 competitors.

"Get ready." said the leader in a stern voice.

Sonic, Knuckles and I stood separately in each rectangle. The tribe members handed each of us a sharp spear. It was really sharp. Then, our competitors also stood in the rectangles. They also had sharp spears like ours. The leader nodded and then...

-- The Battle Began --

SONIC'S POV

I tightened my grip on the spear.

Then Sonica said, "Play safe, guys. We are not here to hurt anyone. Just play saf-" She stopped when her opponent attacked her and cut her right eye.

"Sonica!!" I and Knuckles said at the same time.

No no no no!!!

She kneeled down and covered her eye with her hand. It was bleeding!

Then my opponent shouted, "Yeh! T'nod truh reh! (Hey! Don't hurt her!)"

The other opponent shouted back, "Tuhs pu, Shiro! Ohw si ehs ot uoy!? S'ehs ruo tnenoppo! (Shut up, Shiro! Who is she to you!? She's our opponent!)"

I couldn't understand what they said but I shook it off and focused towards Sonica.

She slowly stood up and removed her hand from her eye. It was still bleeding but thank god! her inner eye (eye ball and pupil, etc) wasn't hurt.

"Just. Play. Safe." She said sternly.

She turned her spear upside up and pointed the wooden part at the opponent. And I noticed that my opponent also did the same!

But why?!

"Shiro!!" the leader shouted. He finished and then slowly pointed the sharp spear back at me.

"Game on." Sonica whispered and she started battling.

Oh yes, I forgot my battle! I looked at my opponent but he was also looking at...Sonica?! Then, he looked back at me and our battle began. I just kept dodging his attacks. He was good at this.

Meanwhile, Knuckles was also busy in his own battle. He also used the spear upside down, like Sonica's and hit his opponent a few times as well. But Sonica... She was battling like a professional. Sonica's spear and her opponent's spear hit against each other. But then, she got another small cut in her arm but she didn't seem to bother it and continued the battle. She is damn good! I-I mean uh..let's forget it. I focused on my battle.

I also hit him a few times. But hopefully, I wasn't hurt till now. Then, he looked at Sonica for a few seconds and looked at me again. He looked down and then started attacking. But...I felt like he became a bit slower than before. What happened to him? I still continued the battle.

Then, I looked at Knuckles and Sonica. Knuckles's opponent had already lost the battle. Now, only Sonica and I were left. But my eyes widened after I saw Sonica. S-She had cuts on her cheek, stomach, arms and hands. She was bleeding, her legs were also trembling.

"S-Sonica..." I whispered quietly.

But she didn't give up. She attacked her opponent again. I couldn't believe this. She was trying her best...

Then, I looked back at my opponent. He looked at Sonica then at me. He looked down and tightened his grip on the spear. Then, he attacked me again but I dodged it and attacked him back. I kept attacking him until he fell down. I pointed the wooden part of spear at him. Then, the leader raised his hand, declaring me the winner! I was so happy. But I felt like he gave up intentionally...

Then, I looked at Sonica again. She and her opponent were at their attacking positions. They both attacked eachother at the same time but Sonica dodged the attack and the opponent couldn't dodge her attack. After a few more attacks, he finally kneeled down in defeat. Both of them were panting heavily, especially Sonica.

The leader slowly raised his hand again.

"We won!!!" Knuckled cheered.

I was so happy. But then Sonica fell on her knees, breathing heavily.

"Sonica!" I and Knuckles ran upto her.

We helped her to stand up again.

We looked at the leader and he nodded. Just then, a tribe member (Shiro) brought the hammer and handed it to Sonica.

"Knaht uoy.. (Thank you..)" said Sonica.

He nodded and walked away. She looked down at the hammer.

"Sonica...You are...hurt." I said softly in a concerned way.

Then, she looked up at me and handed me the hammer, "Here."

"Why are you giving this to me? Give it to Amy." I replied.

She shook her head slowly and said, "Amy will be more happy if you give her the hammer." She smiled softly.

My face got expressionless. I looked at the hammer and at Sonica. Just then, Amy came running behind me and hugged me very tightly.

"Sonic! You brought my hammer back!!" Amy shouted.

"Y-yeah. We did it." I said and looked at Sonica but Sonica had already turned away, covering her eye.

"Sonica...why are you so...nice..?" I thought to myself.

Then, Amy pulled away from the hug.

"Here." I handed her the hammer.

"Thankyou. Thankyou. Thankyou!!" She cheered and started jumping up and down.

"I missed you so so soo much, my hammer." said Amy and hugged her hammer.

"Finally Amy, you got your hammer." said Tails.

Amy nodded.

Then, Tails looked at Sonica and asked,"Sonica, Why are you turning that side?"

Sonica hesitated a little and said, "It-Its nothing."

Then, Amy looked at Sonica. "Sonica, is anything wrong?" asked Amy and took a step towards Sonica.

"Oh, no. Everything is fine." replied Sonica while trying to not face us. Amy walked upto Sonica and put her hand on Sonica's shoulder, "Sonica.."

Sonica sighed and slowly turned towards us, her hand still covering her eye. Amy's, Tails's and Sticks's eyes widened after they saw Sonica.

"S-Sonica! What happened!?" they shouted.

"It-Its nothing. Just some cuts only." replied Sonica and looked down.

"Sonica...you don't have to hide this.." I thought to myself and sighed.

"Just some cuts?!! What do you mean just some cuts!? Look at you, all covered in blood!" Amy shouted

"I-I am fine. Really.." said Sonica while looking down.

I looked at her with concern in my eyes. Why is she like this... I have never seen such a strong girl like her..

"We need to get home, quick! I haven't brought any first aid kits!!!" shouted Amy.

They nodded, excluding Sonica. Sonica tried to walk but fell on her knees.

"Sonica!" I kneeled down infront ot her.

"I-I am fine. I don't need your help.." She tried to stand up but failed.

I sighed and picked her up in bridal style.

"I don't need your help." said Sonica.

"And I don't need your permission." I replied.

She sighed.

SONICA'S POV

I sighed. I didn't need his...help. I knew my body would heal itself after 24 hours.

Then, he started walking and so did others. I sighed again and looked back at the tribe members. Shiro was looking at us go... I sighed and just then a missile came towards us!

"Whoa!!" Sonic and others moved to the side and dodged the missile.

Sonic held me tightly but it was hurting me due to the cuts and I winced.

"I-I am sorry, Sonica." he apologized. He had blood stains on his fur because of me.

"Who the hell launched that missile??!!" shouted Sticks.

"Oops! That would be...me." It sounded like...

"Eggman?!" we all said in unison.

"Did anyone miss me?" Eggman laughed evilly.

"No, actually." said Sonic and smirked.

Eggman groaned and pressed a button on his egg mobile and then a big robot came infront. The robot had missiles on its shoulder, four claws and hidden guns as well.

"Everyone get ready!" said Sonic and looked down at me.

Then, he smiled softly and placed me down under a tree. Then, he joined others in the battle.

I sighed and looked at my cuts. "They will be healed after 24 hours. Same as before." I thought to myself.

Then, I looked at others.

"Ha! This time I will get rid of you and your friends once and for all." Eggman laughed evilly.

"In your dreams, Egghead! Everyone get in posotion." said Sonic.

"Destroy that blue pineapple and his friends!" Eggman said to the robot.

Then, the robot turned towards Sonic and his friends. Then, it started firing missiles. They dodged those missiles. Sonic, Amy and Knuckles tried to hit the robot but the robot would start firing gun, missiles and punch them before they could even touch it.

"We can't fight with it like this! We can barely touch it!" said Amy.

"If it goes on like this then we will never be ab-" Sonic got cut off when a claw grabbed him.

"Sonic!" Amy shouted and tried hitting it with her hammer but no use.

It grabbed Amy as well as Knuckles. Sticks tried hitting it with her boomerang but...yeah, no use. It grabbed Sticks also.

"If I canget at the back of it then I can try to deactivate its syst-" Tails got cut off by Sonic, "Just do it quick."

Then, Amy shouted, "We need more help!"

I tried to stand up slowly, "I can hel-" I fell on my knees again.

I punched the grass. "I can't do anything.." I thought to myself.

Just then, I heard someone yell, "Shiro! Teg kcab ereh! (Shiro! Get back here!)"

The robot was about to launch a missile at Tails but just then Shiro came running towards the robot and hit it with snowballs which distracted it and it didn't launch the missile.

"Shiro..." I whispered to myself.

Tails looked at Shiro, "Who are yo-"

Sonic cut him off and said, "There is no time to talk! Help us already!" Then, Shiro threw snow balls right at its eyes so that it couldn't see anything but snow. He motioned Tails to go. Tails nodded and flew on top of the robot.

Shiro kept distracting the robot, while Tails was busy with the robot's control panel.

"Tails! I am trusting you, bud!" said Sonic.

"This should do it." said Tails and got off the robot. But the robot started spinning, Sonic, Amy, Knuckles and Sticks were still in its claws.

"Tails!!" They shouted.

While the robot was spinning, it hit Shiro and he went flying and hit a tree. Tails closed his eyes tightly and opened them after a sec. Then, he quickly got at the back of the robot and did something in its control system. It finally stopped spinning.

Then, it looked here and there.

"No enemy detected." It said and then turned towards me.

"Enemy detected. Blue hedgehog, under the tree." It said.

My eyes widened.

"Wait! No!! Sonica!!" Sonic shouted.

I tried to stand up but fell on my knees again.

The robot was about to launch its missile at me.

I tried to get up again but failed!!! This was the first time I felt so useless!!

"Sonicaaa!!!" they shouted.

And finally, it launched its missile at me. I couldn't do anything.

I closed my eyes then I heard Shiro shouting, "Soniicaa!!!!!!"

He quickly got infront of me and put his hands infront and created a huge wall of ice and the missile froze in between the ice. But the ice was very very spiky, it went right through the center of the robot, Tails quickly flew off and hopefully no one was hurt. The robot shut down and released Sonic and others.

"Oh boy." said Eggman flew away from there in his eggmobile.

Then, Sonic quickly ran towards me.

"Sonica, are you okay?" He was worried.

I nodded slowly. Then, he looked at Shiro and hugged him tightly.

"Thankyou for saving her." he whispered.

Then, others came running towards us.

"That was close." said Amy.

We nodded.

Then, I heard someone yelling, "Shiro! I dlot uoy ton ot og erehwyna!! (Shiro! I told you not to go anywhere!!" It was the leader.

Shiro looked down and said, "I-I ma yrros, redael I- (I-I am sorry ,leader. I-)"

The leader quickly hugged him and said, "I ma duorp fo uoy, ym yob. (I am proud of you, by boy.)"

Shiro hugged him back and separated after a moment.

"Now what about this huge wall of ice?" asked Sticks.

I looked at Shiro and he looked at me and nodded. We took some steps back. Then, he placed a hand on that ice and created a huge flame of fire, melting the ice. After he melted the ice, we decided to head home but the leader requested us to have lunch with them and everyone agreed.

The tribe members put some herbal paste on my cuts but I was still unable to walk. Everyone started eating. And when everyone was busy eating, Shiro picked me up and we sneaked to the battle field. The battle field was all ruined by the missiles of Eggman. The trees and grasses were..burnt and miserable. He slowly placed me down. I closed my eyes and put my hands on the grass. My hands started to glow light green and then, the trees and grasses started to regrow like before. After we were done, he picked me up again and we went back to where others were.

-Time skip -

It was now time to head home.

Then, Shiro came to me and said, "I hsiw I dah gnihtemos ot evig uoy os taht uoy dluow rebmemer em... (I wish I had something to give you so that you would remember me...)"

I smiled and whispered in his ear, "I tog siht eci rewop esuaceb fo uoy. I lliw reven tegrof uoy. (I got this ice power because of you. I will never forget you.)"

He nodded.

Then, I tried to walk but still failed. And Sonic picked me up again even though I refused for his help. I looked at Shiro. He opened his mask and smiled at me and waved 'Good-Bye'. The leader placed a hand on his shoulder. I smiled and waved back at him. Then, we started to went home.
