Aliens!?

Knock!! Knock!! Knock!!

"Ace, are you still not done, your going to be late at school!" Ace mother voice was heard once again after a few knocks.

"I'm coming" Ace replied as he immediately packed his bag with his books and came out of the room he was in.

As Ace open the door, his eyes immediately landed on a beautiful woman dressed in a nurse scrubs. She looked to be in her mid to low thirties. Her hair, eyes, and skin tone were similar to Ace.

"What took you so long young man?.. Did you call your girlfriend first before readying?" Her mother teasingly asked as she raised her brows with a grin.

"W-What are you even talking about mom!?, I don't even have a girlfriend!!"

" He he~ just kidding, but you should find your girl Ace, mommy's already getting old I still need to see my grandsons you know." Her mother jokingly said as she chuckled.

"I'm still too young to have kids, mom. I'm only 15!" Ace said defensively.

"Alright, alright, no need to be so defensive my dear. Let's go now breakfast is already ready, you don't wanna be late in your first day of school." Her mother gigglingly said as she lead the way and went downstairs.

"This family is kinda weird... and I love it." Ace said as he shake his head and smiled.

In his previous life, he is only an orphan and he didn't know what family affection is. But now maybe, just maybe he will feel it with this new family of his.

When Ace arrived downstairs, he discovered his father watching some news on the television and her mother that is placing a stack of pancakes on the table.

"Morning kiddo"

When his father heard Ace's footsteps, he turned around and greeted him with a smile.

"Morning dad" 

Ace said as he sat down and grabbed one of the pancakes and began to eat.

"Here have some milk Ace, it will make you taller." Her mother said teasingly as she put a glass of milk in front of Ace.

Ace rolls his eyes in annoyance at his mother's teasing but he still grabbed the glass of milk and started to drink it while listening to the news.

News flash; The star hero, also known as Metroman has singlehandedly defeated Megamind again making the Metro City back in its peaceful place. After being defeated by Metroman, Megamind is now imprisoned on Metro City's Prison for the Criminally Gifted. The prison is now run by the new elected Warden, Albert Torres... 

Splurrt!!

Cough!! Cough!!

Ace splurtted his milk as he began to cough, his eyes widened, he is shock from what he heard just now.

'Metroman!? Megamind!? what the hell, they're fucking real!!?' Ace thought confusedly. 'Is that why they're superhero posters in my room?'

"Slow down drinking son, you won't get tall there right away with just drinking milk hahaha!." His father laughingly said.

Ace snapped in trance as he look at his father and protested.

"Oh come on dad, even you!?"

"Hahaha, we just want to lighten up your mood son, you look pretty tense today. Dont worry about the first day of school it will be fun."

"Haahh" Ace sighed then said. "It's not about the school, I'm just shock to what the news said."

"Oh it's about the those two Aliens huh, they have been bickering and fighting for most of the year nothing new."

"W-Wait aliens!! They're aliens dad?" Ace asked.

'How did dad know that they're aliens, I know that in the movie the citizens doesn't know what they're, and consider them as humans?' Ace thought.

"RICK!! you are talking nonsense again to your son!" Ace mother angrily shouted.

"Uhhh... W-What I mean about is they look alike aliens, just look at Megamind he has a big head right, ha ha ha" Rick, Ace father said as he akwardly laugh.

'Suspicious' 

'Well nevermind I should first find more information about this world after school' Ace thought and proceed to eat more pancakes.

"Are you walking to the school today? or should I drive you?" Rick asked as he flashed his car keys.

"I will be taking the subway today dad." Ace replied 

"Alright suit yourself. Let's go now Amanda." His father said before walking out the house.

"Hurry up eating dear, you're going to be late. Me and your dad will be going now" his mother said as she give him a warm kiss in the cheek.

Mwah~

"Have a good week at school" Amanda said as she leave off too work.

"Byee"

Ace ate his breakfast, and saw her mother off before talking the subway to the 29th Avenue station, which is right next to, Western View Junior High.
