Derios what’s our plan of attack?, Philip asked a Middle aged man that looked to be in his early 40’s but was actually 2 centuries old already, he stood at 6’6 feet tall and had a muscular build, he was sitting on a pure black griffon called Hades that had fire as it’s mane and a metallic tail that glowed really red with fiery eyes and wings on its back, it stood at 7 feet while on all fours, he wore a black armour with red engravings to match the colour of his Soul Beast and he had two battle axes on his back one glowing red and the other glowing black I’ll attack from the front while you and Adisa attack from right and left, he replied while staring at the terrifying looking man at the highest mountain in the wasteland, it was none other than Uzeroth, The Harbinger of Choas, he was a man that stood barely 5’7 feet tall with a pitch black dragon behind him that stood at 20 feet making him look like an ant compared to it but the power coming off him was more frightening than the Dragon itself scaring the soldiers of the 3 kingdoms except for the veterans and the kings. Adisa said while marching his army, he is a tall looking dark skinned man with shining silver armour on him and a Golden spear on his back, walking beside him is his Soul Beast Snow, a 6’5 feet tall pure white wolf with blue fur on its paws with a long tail with a blue icicle at the tip, it emitted a chilling cold 100 metres around it making those close to it shiver like hell except for Derios, Adisa and Philip and some of their generals, Philip rode his soul beast a Pegasus with four wings that stood at 8 feet tall and had brown fur and a stony looking tail with a mace spike at the tip he named him Rocco because of the stony tail. ………… Standing far far away was a young man in his twenties wearing nothing but a simple golden and black robe but the obvious thing about him was his jet black and white hair and his ominous looking black and golden irises, he looked like a sage just sitting and enjoying the weather. Should I join the fight now he asked his Mentor and oldest friend, Well don’t you want to wait for your friends before you guys go join the fight Mazael asked back, They look like they need my help those monsters Uzeroth created look quite strong to my Soul Perception and they are outnumbered 3 to 1 even with the numbers of the soldiers. Standing up and dusting his robe he opened his mind link saying to his friends, “ Hey guys how long would it take you guys to get here” , a female voice replied back angrily, if only you had reduced your speed a little but you were too eager to kill monsters we should get to you in 5 minutes with our current speed, Alisha out!!! Hehe it’s not my fault I have to kill monsters and increase my soul bank and besides Uzeroth is my mortal enemy I’ll kill him no matter what, he said while moving at supersonic speed and seeing the battle starting in front of him. The sound of his flying made everyone look up and every soldier on the ground saluted and shouted together It’s Eros!!! The Soul Reaper!!! The Angel of Death is here!! Victory is ours!!!, with up to 10 million people screaming it was a magnificent sight and it made him happy that people saw him as a hero even though he had killed countless in the war all this time. Looking up Uzeroth couldn’t help but sneer as the one person who was actually a huge pain in his ass could be seen flying towards him in the blink of an eye I’ll make sure to kill you this time Soul Reaper!!! He shouted causing a little tremor all around the battlefield.

Chapter 5: Soul Recharge

Activating his Soul Eye everything around him now had a golden and black hue to it and it was as far as his eyes could see into the night which was far due to how excellent his vision got, he got back into the same running position and sprinted again but without hitting trees this time and he was shocked at how fast he was moving, he was sure that he would leave the fastest horse in the village right now in the dust in a race at its top speed and it looks like he could maintain this speed for a while before tiring out, he kept running for an hour more and had moved so far from home before realizing it even but he was confident he could use his soul Eye to trace his movements back , next thing he wanted to try was his strength he already had enough running for one day so he looked for the biggest tree he could find, planting his arms around the tree while using the muscles in his legs and hands lifted the nearly 20 feet tall tree that weighed like 4 elephants and he did so without breaking a sweat, he experimented around with big boulders both lifting and punching through them and he did so for another hour until he noticed the sun was out already.

Had enough fun now Eros!!! You kept the technique on for an hour and I only have like 900 soul energy left now!!! You idiot!! M screamed at the confused Eros, well you should've said something earlier!! He screamed back at him while deactivating it. Well yeah I can't perceive any soul energy or mana here or else I wouldn't have needed you and would've just recovered back to my peak in minutes with my Restoration Breathing technique called Converter but to get soul energy now I have to do it the old fashioned way by taking it from people but I don't like doing it cause of what it does to the person, a person without a soul is nothing more than a cold hearted zombie and I'll rather kill than suck a persons soul I only dish it out as a cruel punishment to people who deserve it.

Seeing this Eros couldn't help but smile, he had at least a 100 people that deserve to die and he knew where they were and with his new body alone he believed it should be easy, only problem is getting caught which he doesn't want to happen so he had to keep his powers a secret till the right time but before he went to complete it he wanted to learn this runes stuff so he asked M to explain it to him,

Well Soul Runes are magical symbols with a certain purpose to serve, the obey rune allows you to completely control a person's actions for an hour after contact, Heal is obviously straightforward it allows you to heal any serious or minor injuries in seconds except a pierced heart or severed head, Break allows you to completely break down anything you touch upon contact, Stay completely immobilizes your opponent for 5 seconds after contact while attack is an offensive rune that increases your attack power or the attack power of your allies by 15 percent for an hour after contact but all runes would stay inactive if you get unconscious or out of Soul Energy but as long as you are awake and not out of energy they can stay active for a long time.

Looking around at where he was he recognized the region immediately it was a part of the Kingdom that was notorious for its bandit attacks and he was surprised he even got this far he must have been moving faster than he thought but an idea popped into his head and he decided to share it with M, so what do you think easy soul Energy while taking out the trash to which M laughed and gave a thumbs up.

To make your work a lil easier how about I give you some toys, M said while activating his dimensional pocket something he created while experimenting with his gravity ability, he was able to store anything except living things in there for all eternity if he wanted and his dimensional pocket had the space of 10 football fields and contained lots of things but he decided not to let Eros know about it until later so he was pretty shocked when a golden and black armour appeared out of nowhere with a sword that had golden hilts with a dark blade with different runes on it but they all soon faded which made him ask the only person he knows is responsible. Why'd you remove the runes??!!! He asked curiously, because you can make your own runes on them I can teach you how.

Okay teacher teach me then, making smile a lil bit because he was seeing more of himself in the boy which delighted him a little and made him remember memories that were already too old that he forgot he experienced, well let's start with heal on your armour so any injury gets healed because you are not really completely immune to damage, putting the golden and black armour that made him look like a night, it looked heavy but was actually light on him with a completely black colour that had golden lines along it that flowed faintly and contained runes along the lines, ones he couldn't recognize, putting his index finger on the chest piece he trailed the rune for Heal while the runes in his eyes glowed a little too, the rune glowed golden for a second before returning back to a dark golden colour and he cut himself on the wrist to test it out, the wound closed as soon as it opened but it cost 2 more soul energy but he was satisfied with it, then he proceeded to write the rune, heal, obey and stay on his sword so he could activate them even while fighting and with having to get too close to his opponent's, he tried asking M for where the armour and sword came from but he got ignored instead and had to wait till later to know.

The Sun was completely out now and then he heard horses coming towards him thanks to his enhanced senses, activating his Soul Perception he could sense their direction and how many of them there were.
