<The next day>

"How was your night?" I ask

"Best night I've had since a long time" she answered quite solemnly.

"That's good" I smiled "come, since you'll be staying here I'll give you a small tour."

...

"Umm, what are you doing?" I asked the cat that is currently lounging on my shoulder.

"Well you are currently giving me a tour so I got myself the best seat for it nya~" she replied with a yawn.

'Isn't she getting too comfortable with me way too fast?' I thought to myself.

She suddenly got off and turn her to her normal self and hugged me from behind.

"Or do you prefer this nya~" she said softly into my ears and I would be lying if I said that it didn't send shivers down my spine.

"I like you better when you're in you're cat form" I said bluntly.

"La gasp~ are you into beastiality nya?"

"..."

I freeze as I was caught completely off guard by the question, as I stared at her with a horrified and shock looked on my face.

Meanwhile the person that cause such reactions from me is currently on the floor laughing.

"Nyahahaha!! I FINALLY got a reaction out of you nyhaha!!" she said between laugh.

"You're lucky I'm a cat person" I mumbled quietly but it seems her sensitive ears still caught it as her fluffy cat ears twitch and her tails stiffens a bit.

"You're a good kid" She spoke up.

"You're not bad yourself kitty cat" I said, I would have patted her if it wasn't for the fact that she's currently taller than me.

It would have been very awkward if I tried.

"Can you turn back into a cat again please." I asked

"Oya, do you like holding me that much nya?" she said slyly.

"Yes I do, your fur is soft and fluffy" I decided to answer truthfully.

Again this seems to have caught her off guard as her ears started to twitch a little.

"Come on, I know how much you like it when I stroke you" I said with a smirk.

"Why don't we see if you liked it when I'm the one doing the stroking" she said as her fingers softly weave around my face and I couldn't help but blush a bit.

Well this is just straight up sexual flirting.

"You do know I'm currently just eleven right?" I deadpanned

"I know, but you don't act like a regular eleven year old, you're a lot more mature." she said

"You don't act like a 16 year old either, you're way too immature" I countered.

"That's just uncalled for nya!" She whined while I just grin.

"Sooo?~" I continued

She didn't say anything else but just turn back into her cat form and jumped right into my arms.

"I could really get use to having you in my arms" I commented as I made my way to the sofa and sat down.

She perked up and looked straight up at me, I just smiled down and just continued to stroke her back "Just enjoy this" I said softly.

"If I'm going to enjoy this then..." she trailed off before suddenly turning back to her nekomata form and lay her head on my lap.

"Again, WHAT are you doing?!" I asked in annoyance and a bit of amusement.

"You told me to enjoy this, so I want both of us to enjoy this moment to the fullest nya" she answered "Now stroke my hair and ears nya!" she said as she adjusted her head on my lap and sprawled the rest of her body on the couch.

"Unbelievable" I sigh out with a little smile. I really can't even get mad and annoyed with her like this, in fact I'm happy cause it means she getting more and more comfortable with me.

She soon fell asleep and I get the feeling that this is going to be a regular occurrence in the future.

And that's basically what happened for the next few days. She was slowly getting more relaxed with mom and dad as well as the other occupants of the house. Mom finds her adorable and would sometimes pamper her with food, much to Kuroka's delight.

But at the end of the day, she mostly just sticked around me, teasing me, trying to make me embarrassed and just generally trying to get some reactions out of me, which more or less always ended with her being the one getting teased and embarrassed.

Also like a regular cat, she lazy and sleeps a lot.

...

But she hasn't been here since yesterday, and I can't blame her. Dad told us he and Sirzechs has scheduled a meeting between her and her sister which will be held tomorrow. She was undoubtedly happy but also very nervous.

"It's honestly weird seeing you all nervous and jittery like this" I commented as she lay quietly on my lap.

"I'm just worried she wouldn't even give me the chance to explain myself nya" she said gloomily, her ears and tail drooping down.

*sigh~* "She's your sister, I don't think she'll ever do that."

"B-But what if--"

"It won't but if it makes you feel better, I'll talk to her if it ever happens" I assured her.

"Why are you being so good to me nya?" she asked looking up at me with her big golden eyes.

That is a good question, why am I doing all this for her, a character that will ultimately be on our side in the future. There's three simple reason.

One, why wait for it to happen in the future when it could easily be done and make her an ally right now in the present.

Secondly, I like her character as well as her sister's from canon and actually getting to know her just makes me like her even more and I truly believe that she deserve all the happiness she can get and I would happily provide said happiness as long as I could.

But that doesn't mean I want her as relationship partner.

Well, that's a bit of a lie I won't mind being in a relationship with Kuroka or her sister but I'm not going out of my way to simply try and bring them to me or look for women to be in a relationship with, I'm already very happy with Rias and Sona. In the end everything depends on whether we develop feelings for each other, cause if we do I'm definitely going to act on it.

Lastly, If I can prevent or at least lessen any future problems whenever I can then I'm doing it.

Which, now that I think about it, if I could get all of my pre planned peerage members I want, I could prevent a lot of things from occurring.

Having Kuroka, Arthur, Le Fay and Jeanne will make the Hero faction a lot weaker then they were in canon.

By having Valerie Tepis, I could prevent the vampire civil war from worsening and also prevent Rizevim from acquiring her sacred gear which led him to find the location where Trihexa was sealed as well as reviving the evil Dragon Apophis. So, me getting Valerie is a must.

Ingvlid Leviathan and her scared gear is going to be important against Vali and later on against foes like Samael and the evil dragons. Also having a descendant of the original Leviathan might help me win over some of the old satan factions.

"You okay nya? you suddenly blank out"

"Sorry, and to answer your question, do I really need to have a reason to help out someone."

"No, but I know you do nya" she replied.

"You sacrifice and allow yourself to be branded a criminal just to save your sister. So I just think you need and deserve some kindness and happiness. Plus, it's always good to see a friend all happy and jovial" was all I said.

She smiled and finally relax a bit and seems to just accept my reply and went back properly to sleep on my lap muttering a thank you.

I smile at that. I could really get use to having her as a constant part of my life.
