Chapter 46: Adventure 

After passing through the main gate of the city, the scenery beyond the wall was revealed. Li had not stopped to think about what the outside of Anpýrgio would be like. The clean stone streets, adequate lighting, and carefully planned trees made him think of a fully planned and well-managed city. 

However, it was truly mesmerizing. The outline, delineated by gray walls, was located amidst rolling plains and low vegetation. The surroundings were mosaics of lush fields and forests that extended as far as the eye could see. 

Peace and tranquility. Perhaps those were the best words to describe the feeling when looking at the landscape. 

Well-laid trails snaked through the fields. It was possible to see travelers and merchants loaded with goods coming and going along the roads. The green vegetation contrasted with the yellowed farmland.
