Chapter 45: Preparations

Li and Matheus, running at full speed, quickly arrived at the Guild's entrance. The grand marble hall once again amazed the newcomer. 

"Li, go back to the house and gather the others. We need to be ready to depart." 

Jihan agreed. 

"Are you sure you don't need help with this?" 

"Don't worry, I'll bring good news." 

Soon, they separated. Matheus entered the Guild, and Li headed towards Arcadia. 

Having memorized the route, the man quickly reached the faction's base. 

BAM 

The house door burst open. Fortunately, all three were present in the living room. Hans was lying on the sofa, reading a book. Fynn was sitting and eating, while Gloria seemed ready to leave. 

When he saw him, the lying man just glanced sideways, while the man with the mullet waved. 

"Good afternoon, you came runni…" 

"Hey, kid, what happened?" the woman interrupted. "The two of them just arrived and said you didn't go to the training ground."
