29 Wang Xin – WE ARE OVER.

"What's going on MoMo?" Chen Liam was still not able to accept the fact that Mo Hua now has a boyfriend.

"Liam, Yan Xuan is really a good person. I know you are worried about me due to whatever happened in past, but Xuan is not that kind of a person. I trust him." Mo Hua explained to him patiently.

"MoMo, years back, you trusted Wang Xin as well. You trusted him so much that he bullied you and still you were not willing to accept that he was wrong. And did you forget the most terrible thing. You almost got raped by him. Didn't you trust him as well?"

Chen Liam blurted out everything going on in his head in one breath without noticing Mo Hua's complex expressions.

It was a terrible memory for her.

"MoMo, Babe, where are you?" Wang Xin yelled frantically.

She was late from school and Wang Xin was already home. He was getting furious over why she was late. He was ready to crash the nearby table when Mo Hua came running towards the apartment door.

She was panting heavily trying to catch her breath.

"Brother Xin, I am here. Sorry for delay. I was stuck in assignment submissions. I got back as soon as I finished my work." She smiled at Wang Xin while walking towards him.

A loud sound resonated in the living room. Wang Xin slapped Mo Hua and started pulling her hair,

"MoMo, you are getting bolder recently. Did you find someone to sleep with?"

Thud! She was thrown on the ground forcefully. Tears started rolling out from her eyes. She looked pleadingly at him and tried to pacify him by saying, "Brother Xin, I am truly sorry. I won't repeat this again."

"You.. You still have the audacity to answer me back? Didn't I say I must find you here before I am back? And why is my room not clean yet?" He was yelling at her maniacally

Mo Hua wanted to run away from him. She was first very happy that Wang Xin was very considerate. He had chased her for year almost and seeing his dedication, she had agreed to date him.

But soon things changed and he started consuming drugs and abuse her. She tried to get away from him with clean break up but then he used to hunt her down and trouble her.

He even warned her that he will release the pictures he took sneakily when they were getting intimate. Although they were not obscene but still would harm the reputation of her family and her as well.

Today she was determined to leave him no matter what. She stood up, and glanced at Wang Xin in disdain and said, "Wang Xin, enough is enough. I am not your servant to serve you. I thought you were a gentleman with good morals but seems like either you forgot your manners or your family didn't teach you how to behave with a lady."

She smiled menacingly which moving closer to him. "No problem, let me remind them to you today so that you won't forget this ever in your life."

"Hahaha! You bitch... You will teach me manners. I left you too much room to voice out your words. Let's see today whether you teach me today or I tame you..."

With that he tried to pull her hair, but Mo Hua was quick and she kicked him in his crotch making him cry in pain.

Wan Xin fell down holding his crotch and screamed in pain, "You bitch. Just wait."

He tried to get up but before that Mo Hua stomped on his crotch again. She was fiery and shouted at him, "This is or cursing me and troubling my family. From now on you better stay far away from me else I won't let you have an heir for your so-called empire."

"Get this straight Wang Xin – WE ARE OVER." She gave him a last warning.

Mo Hua picked up her bag and walked away without looking back.

Tears were rolling down on her face. Her eyes and nose turned red and she was looking very fragile like even touching her would break her apart.

She didn't go to school for following few days to recover from the pain.

It was weekend and Mo Hua's parents decided to visit her grandparents who lived countryside taking few hours to reach.

"No Mom Dad, you guys go ahead. I am staying back as I need to prepare for the upcoming submissions. I will be fine for a day. Don't worry at all." Mo Hua tried to convince her parents.

"Okay sweetie, then we will be back by tomorrow late afternoon. Please take care and call us anytime if you need anything. Also, Uncle and Aunt Chen are there. Give then a call if needed. Okay?" Mo Hua's Mom left her reluctantly.

She was afraid due to Mo Hua's broken self from last few days but she knew her daughter wanted to stay alone and recover so she let her stay back.

"Okay Mom, I will. Now go before it's too late." Mo Hua kissed her Mom and hugged her Dad before they left.

It was 6pm and Mo Hua had spent her entire afternoon completing assignments she failed to submit due to her absence. Now she wanted to spend some time watching her favorite web series.

"Grrrr.." her stomach made a loud growl and she realised that she hadn't eaten anything after morning breakfast with her parents. She decided to go in kitchen and heat the food her mom cooked for her before leaving.

Singing her favorite song, Mo Hua left for the kitchen without noticing a shadow lurking in her living room.
