16 I am going to find Yan Xuan!

After hearing the warning whisper from unknown source, Mo Hua's heart sank.

Even though she knew this was all fake and just an illusion but still she can't help but worry for Yan Xuan.

She let go of Xi Mian's arm and started walking along the blurry path leading towards the balcony. It was in the same direction where Yan Xuan was last seen.

XiXi was the first one to see a light shadow of her best friend through the fog and yelled, "MoMo, where the hell do you think you are going? Stop right there."

Mo Hua stopped for a moment and blankly replied, "I am going to find Yan Xuan. " before retrieving her step towards the balcony again.

She wanted to find Yan Xuan then only she can be calm.

After few minutes, XiXi and rest of her group who were waiting for XiXi and Yan Xuan to return heard a loud scream.

It sounded very familiar to them.

"Oucchhh! " and then realised they that it was from Mo Hua.

Sheng Tao shouted in shock, "Mo Hua!!"

At the same time XiXi, Li Mei and Xi Mian all screamed in unison, " MoMo! "

All of them glanced at each other and with quick mutual thought decided to go and look for Mo Hua and Yan Xuan.

"Oucchhh! " Mo Hua yelped in pain when she stumbled and crashed on to something hard.

Just when she was going to scream in pain, she found that the scent was familiar. She gently whispered, "Yan Xuan!! Is it you?"

Hearing her calling his name, Yan Xuan wrapped his arms around her and said, "Are you okay? "

Mo Hua felt relieved after hearing his voice and annoyingly said, "Yes. I am okay. Where were you? I was so worried!!"

Yan Xuan felt warm feeling spreading in his heart. He softly rubbed her back and in sweet voice said, "Sorry to make you worry. I was searching for the objects and it took some time. "

Next moment he realised that she was alone and another thought passed through his mind and he asked her teasingly, "Why are you here alone? Searching for me? Aren't you scared? "

Mo Hua noticed the teasing tone on Yan Xuan's voice and immediately pushed him away.

Hiding her shy face even though it was dark, she said, "You wish..! " and started walking back to her friends.

Yan Xuan got the message he wanted from Mo Hua's delicate actions. He started following her with dashing smile on his face.

Just when Sheng Tao and rest of the group started walking towards the balcony directions, they heard footsteps approaching them.

Next moment they saw Mo Hua coming back safely followed by Yan Xuan with a smile plastered on his face.

XiXi and Li Mei ran and wrapped Mo Hua in tight hug and said, "Girl! How could you go alone for long time when you are dead scared to walk even single step by yourself in this house? That too for a guy?"

Li Mei was also worried because for her Mo Hua had agreed to visit this place and if something happens to her, she can't imagine what she will do. So she also warned Mo Hua, "Don't you dare leave us alone again?"

Mo Hua blushed and said, "Shut Up! I am fine now. Don't be Drama Queens. And who said I went for a guy? "

XiXi tickled Mo Hua teasingly. Both Li Mei and XiXi broke into a loud laugh.

Yan Xuan who was hearing all the conversation also chuckled throwing Sheng Tao in another shock.

It was difficult for Sheng Tao to believe when he saw Yan Xuan laughing.

Bringing back everyone's attention, Xi Mian said, "Uggh! If lovey dovey session is over then let's head towards the exit. There is a small ride we will have to take towards the exit door of the Haunted house.."

Sheng Tao nodded his head and continued his girlfriend's sentence, "Ride must be waiting for us at the exit door of the library. Let's go there before it leaves."

All of then agreed and started walking towards the exit door. The door opened automatically with creaking sound.

"YOU FOUND THE OBJECTS BUT YOU ARE STILL NOT SAFE. BE CAREFUL ON YOUR WAY BACK! " A loud warning echoed again.

Mo Hua naturally shifted close to Yan Xuan who was walking beside her and hold his hand. Yan Xuan wrapped his fingers around her palm reassuring her of her safety.

When they reached the exit door of library, there eyes were wide opened in shock.

Their ride was an open trolley car with only two seats in each of the trolleys. It was extremely dark and blurry to figure out what exactly are they boarding in. Mo Hua was hoping for it to be closed cabin car so that she can just sit in the corner and wait till the ride ends.

Suddenly a voice echoed announcing in a husky voice," You have made it to the ride station. Please hold on to your breath and enjoy the most anticipated ride of this house. Now please get ready to board the ride. Have a safe arrival at the exit."

LiLi was the first one to walk past her friends saying, "Oooh, I am so excited for this ride. Can't wait..." .

After lot of struggle, Mo Hua made up her mind to board the deadly ride.

Yan Xuan gently pushed her ahead and said," Don't be scared come let's take our seat. I will sit next to you."

Mo Hua was so scared that she was only able to say, "Hmmm" before walking towards the ride.

XiXi took seats behind them with Li Mei while Xi Mian and Sheng Tao sat in the rear seats.

Mo Hua tried to keep distance between them as she still felt embarrassed by the previous kiss and intimacy they shared.

Yan Xuan wanted to pull her in his arm and hug her tightly but when he noticed her actions, he decided to give some time for Mo Hua to get familiar with their closeness. And he still wanted to confess her before they leave this haunted house.

Their ride started at a slow pace.
